$75 clean room with and bed, bathroom, small shower, smart tv, mini fridge, microwave, desk. Very nice owner with great recommendations for things to do. Great location. Motel is nothing fancy. Some people state outdated. (It is) but I find that contributes to the Up North charm. The owners are super nice an accommodating. What I liked the best was how CLEAN the rooms were. I'm always nervous about unclean rooms in remote places....this place exceeded my cleanliness expectations. Plus, the location is great and the rates are fair.

Great location as it's within walking distance of the local pub and brewery. Good place to stumble back drunk to late at night and crash. Needs updating and the shower/bathroom is cramped. Owners are really nice. I would stay again considering most things to do in Copper Harbor involves enjoying the outdoors.

A vintage place to sleep for a good price. In-room microwave and mini fridge, WI-FI, cable TV. Rooms are clean.Noteworthy details: A short walk to the public dock, restaurants, ferry.

This place is definitely no-frills. We stayed here with the expectation of only sleeping and showering in our room, as we had friends camping and spent most of the time at their site. The room was clean and the management was very friendly and accommodating. That being said, if you're looking for a place with lots of amenities, this isn't the place for you. We would stay here again on a different visit.

the motel room itself was really nice and clean albeit a little outdated. copper harbor is a quiet little town. I had to give it 4 stars because there were dozens of spider webs around your door. also the little cottages are housing what appears to be drug addicts. the Windows on the cottages are missing and the doors are held shut by bungee cord, felt kind of unsafe.

We stayed for 4 nights with our 3 little ones. The price was great...I have been vacationing in Copper Harbor my whole life, you dont need AC usually so the fans are usually enough in the north woods. The rooms are a little dated but they are good enough for the price and my husband and I both slept great on our bed and missed it when we stayed at an Americinn in WI on the way home! We enjoyed our stay and had a microwave, mini fridge, two fans, a tv, ....our wifi was great as we dont have data up north we were able to stay in touch with family and friends who cared for our farm animals while we were away. Our tv signal was fuzzy but it worked well enough for the little time we spent watching it. Thanks for giving us a cost efficient place to stay and not minding the kids being a little rowdy! - The Christy Family of Illinois

Ed & Jo are great hosts, the rooms are basic but clean, if you need anything they're happy to oblige. Parking can be a little tight when it's full but you don't need to drive to get around town. Great WiFi, quiet, you are close to everything in Copper Harbor...but then everything is pretty close. Would definitely stay again!

At nearly half the price of the other places in town I was looking only for a bed and a hot shower. I was not disappointed. Yes it's old and not updated with all the favorite pampering amenities however. It was perfect for a warm bed, hot shower and all the outdoor activities that brought me to Copper Harbor. Walking distance from many places of interest.

The owner Ed is friendly. There is no ac, but typically you wouldn't need it. The fan in the room should suffice. The beds are loud and creaky. The wifi is great! Showers are tiny. It's worth the price for a place to crash for a night.

Location is great, but this was little more than a place to sleep. Room was pretty small and the bathroom was cramped. Check in was a little odd because the office is in the kitchen of the manager's house next door. Also, the reservation said queen sized bed, but the bed we had was almost certainly a full-size.

Its an old motel, there were cobwebs in all the corners of the rooms, shower isvery small. Only thing in the room was a TV. Had 2 beds in separate roomsbut you could not fill the heat in second bedroom. Lake Superior is two blocksaway, although they say you can see Lake Superior from your room. Had to ask for directions to get to the motel. The rate is not worth the price. You hadabsolutly nothing in rooms, No coffee pot, microwave. Was there on Sept. 23,2013

Clean and comfortable room. Ample hot water, but it takes a little while to warm up. Older building with a great location. Stayed here before and after catching the ferry to Isle Royale. Walking distance to everything in town. Free Wi-Fi.

Clean, quiet, and close to the ferry. Our room had a refrigerator, microwave, and wifi. The hotel was within walking distance to everything.

Here is the thing - if you just need a clean place to stay overnight before the ferry, the motel is inexpensive and is fine. If you are staying for a few days, probably want to look elsewhere.

Great location and great pricing if you are a fan of the old school mom and pop vacation motels. Nice people, clean linens, a 1 minute walk to Lake Superior all you really need, tbh.

Have stayed here multiple times / Fancy ? No !! / Good, clean & reasonable ? Absolutely !!! If you want the TAJ MAHAL; Go to INDIA: Otherwise Stop Bitchen !!!!!!

I didnt get to stay. ended up having a family emergency and had to leave. I accidentally left my wallet in the room. the owners made sure they got it in the mail on a Saturday morning me!

It was awful it was so hot the fan they had in the room was so cheap you couldnt feel the air and there was no air we left in the middle of the night because it was so hot
