We recently purchased our first side by side, a 2023 CF Moto Z-Force 950 sport from Northern Power Sports in Mio Michigan. Our sales and service experiences with them have been great.With nearly 1000 miles on the machine now we've been back once for scheduled maintenance and once for a repair. The service and parts department guys went out of theirway to get us back on the trails fast!Last Sunday we did 130 miles of mixed back roads and trails. I'm very impressed with the performance of this machine. It has plenty of horsepower and out on the trails the suspension provides remarkable ride quality! After a long day in the saddle I still felt great Kudos to CF-Moto and northern powersports

Great service, great experience. Steve (Owner) was very responsive throughout all of our communication and helpful when I was making decisions. He and his team are efficient and get you in and out with what you want. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Steve helped me with my purchase of my cforce 1000 overland. The people there are very friendly and helpful. Still patiently awaiting on my rear seat and infill rack I purchased to come in. I d reccomend northern power sports to anyone looking for a new atv.

Purchased a new CFmoto Zforce 800 EX from Northern Power Sports. This is my first sxs and from all of my research it seems like a really great machine. CFMoto packs a lot of standard features into their machines - things that would cost you 1,000's more as options from other manufacturers. Steve took my purchase over the phone during the week and had my sxs ready for pick up on the weekend. When I picked up my sxs, Doug swiftly completed all of my paperwork while Chris made sure I understood the operation of the unit and all of it's features. All-in-all a really great experience. I would highly recommend Northern Power Sports to any looking for CFMoto or Yamaha branded power sports equipment.

The staff at northern power sports is awesome! No B.S., straight to the point. Had us in and out in less than an hour and out on the trails. Great experiance and I'm glad I made the 2 hour drive to deal with them. Left there feeling good about my purchase.

Bought my 2023 CF Moto Z-Force 800 trail second gen from these guys and I absolutely love the machine ! everybody that works there are great people from what I experienced 100 # the people I like to deal with thank you guys !

I recently bought a 2023 CFORCE 600 from Northern Power Sports. From the moment I walked in, I was treated like a valued customer. I explained to Steve what I wanted an ATV for (riding trails & plowing snow) and he worked to get me the best deal possible. I did research online afterwards and no one could come close to the deal he gave me. I have owned side-by-sides, but this is my first ATV. The courteous, professional staff went through everything in detail with me to make sure I understood all of the features of the CFORCE 600. When I got home I noticed a couple very minor things and I was going to just fix them myself, but I decided to reach out to Steve. Without hesitation, he had me bring it in and they fixed it while I waited even showing me what they did to make sure I was satisfied. I can t say enough about how great the entire staff was to work with they will certainly be getting future business from me!

We bought a 22 500&600 CForce back in July. Machines have been great. Customer support is even better.Acquired a ZForce800 and needed a part while they were closed over the New Year Holiday. Doug personally went into to see if it was in stock to get us back on the trails. Really appreciate it.April '23Had service done on our side by side. Fixed quickly, and repair was less than expected.July '23 returned and purchased 2 more machines, both 800XC's.

I took my 2010 Polaris Ranger 400 there and thay thought it might be expensive I told them to look in to it thay did but it was not what what what thay thought thay made the repair it was in and out in 5 days I am very happy with there work when I need more work done I will go back or if I buy another I will buy there

Really nice guys. Doug is one of the owners and very helpful. Sat down with him for at least an hour and half. Have me full attention and answered every question and backed up his answers. Nice family owned business with a lot of "toys". I will definitely be back soon.

Was looking to upgrade machine on trip up here riding... very rude on phone and acted bothered we even asked questions... low ball offer for trade in...ended up at polaris dealer in Luzerne... was treated much better.

Recently purchased a 800 trail cf motto. First time UTV owner. The owner to the receptionist, service advisor have all been top notch. They did a follow up call to see how I was enjoying machine. I had a few concerns I would expect with any brand next thing I know I was talking to a tech getting an appointment scheduled to verify everything was right. I was ok coming in at my 250 check up but they were on top of it. Working in retail management I can tell you this is why this place stays busy. Good inventory, good people, good service after sale!!!!!!

Definitely gonna recommend these guys! Bought a ZFORCE 950 Sport from Steve in Sept of '21. Rolled the machine and took it to a dealer much closer to me and got screwed. Took it back up to Northern and Chris and his guys found cracked welds that US-27 missed/neglected and now I'm currently waiting on a new machine.Update: picked up our new '22 ZFORCE 950 E.X. H.O. 2 weeks ago and absolutely love it! Thanks again to Steve and everyone @Northern for all your help. You guys are awesome!

They happened to be the only dealership in the state with a yz65. However once I got there they were worth the trip even if every dealership in the state had them available. Everyone was friendly got us in and out in under 15 minutes helped me load the bike and everything. Thanks guys! We have one very pumped six year old.

Bought a Hisun Sector 550 from them and they didn't tighten the lug nuts so my wheel fell off. So while it was in their mechanic shop to be fixed I bought a trailer from them and they didn't even tighten the lug nuts on the trailer. They were hanging on by a thread when we got home. Not sure how they sleep good at night after selling someone a trailer and watch them load a side by side on it without tightening lug nuts. You would figure since they have to prep after you buy something they could have the common decency to tighten lug nuts or atleast check them.

We bought a new Uforce500 side by sideGreat people who took care of us we misunderstood a couple of things and it was our fault but , Steve took great care of us. They delivered the side by side the next day and we were shown everything even when it was 11 degrees outside I would go back and recommend northern power sportsMary Borgula

I bought a new 2015 Phazer here because I really try to support local businesses. I talked my son into buying his new Phazer there in 2016. I have purchased parts from there and have even taken the machine in for "winterizing" this past fall. In mid-February I had the rear shocks go bad. I called and talked to them about it and then took the machine in. I was told that because I bought the machine there I would get a discount on the shocks which with the discount came to about $670 for 2 shocks. Problem was one of them would not arrive in the United States until the first week of April. Well, I left a deposit to get them ordered. Unfortunately, I had a bit of a financial tight spot come up and decided to cancel the fix until later in the year when I could better afford it. I called them within 2 weeks of placing the order to cancel. They did, but they charged me a 20% percent restocking fee on the full price of the shocks which came to almost $150. After all the money I have spent there for them to RIP ME OFF like that is ridiculous! Well, they won't have me for a customer any more, nor will they have any of my friends for a customer either because they all feel the same way. Talk about going from a happy customer to not a customer any more in a hurry. Since then I have found someone to do the job for about half the price so even loosing the 20% I will still come out ahead. Bye Northern Power Sports!

Very dissatisfied with the service after the sale. I purchased a new Raider 800, drove 5 1/2 hours one way to pick up had some minor problems with the UTV was promised the parts would be be mailed to me. It has been several months now and I still haven't received them. Other problems such as a shock installed upside-down, some missing nuts and bolts and the stereo never has worked since day one but I never bothered reporting as I knew they were not likely to go good for it anyway if they couldn't mail something as simple as the damaged stickers and socket covers, etc. as promised. We ended up doing repairs ourselves but still have damaged stickers, missing socket covers, and a non working stereo which is not the end of the world but when you buy a new UTV you expect it to be in new condition. I highly recommend you find another dealer to purchase from. Any savings you may think you are getting from this dealer is at the expense of the service you will NEVER recieve after you make your purchase. I personally would rather pay a little more to be satisfied with what I buy.
