Lady very rude and not helpful. Definitely not good customer service. Being where they are you d think they d care about customers and gaining more sales instead of losing them. Wish I could put zero stars

Delivered here as a trucker, the owner and his wife are super sweet people. If I lived in the area, would 100% buy from them! I was thinking about getting one of the new polaris xpeditions, they answered my questions thoroughly even though they knew I wouldn't be buying from there because I live in a different state.

I had previously purchased parts from them and they were awesome. After checking stock at numerous dealers, I decided to order a new XP 4 1000 from them. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Picked up my XP TrailHead last week. Great experience. I highly recommend you visit for anything you need. I m also waiting for my second XP 4 to ship!

Sadly we had a very bad experience here. The woman that helped us was so insisting that we did not touch anything, twice we were reprimanded for our fingerprints on a unit. Very uncomfortable , no stock to look at, no other customers...no surprise. Couldn't wait to get out of there and go to a store that wants customers. Covid times or not we wear masks and sanitizers for hands. But had the feeling of not being wanted there..

Not very happy. Dropped my 4 wheeler off in May and after 2 months of not hearing from these guys I went to pick up the machine and take it somewhere else. Turns out they fixed the machine without calling me or providing any estimate. Pretty sure thats illegal.

We placed a an order for a Rzr here today. They were the most responsive of the 4 dealers that I contacted. The price was exactly what was quoted to me by email. No up selling and plain friendly people.

Cathy, Dave and staff were very professional and helpful, even starting late to meet with us to complete the transaction. We will definitely continue to shop at Klimmek Sales and Service for all of our Polaris needs.
