John and his crew are not just conveniently located. But they truly care about their customers and the condition of their vehicles. I don't think I'll go anywhere else! Efficient quick professional informative, My husband who knows somewhat about cars is also pleased!

10/25/23 IUpon arriving at Victory Lane Quick Oil Change with my recently purchased 15 yr old Jeep which had just turned 117k miles, I was pleasantly greeted by owner Joe and his employee.Because my vehicle needed special attention due to lack of maintenance by the previous owner, Joe spent a considerable amount of time answering my questions with his expertise and advice of which was a great help to me in making decisions on the proper methods of approach to follow.I was very impressed by his casual friendliness, knowledge, and recommendations.Also during my visit the oil/filter was changed, along with flushing the radiator and adding new coolant, which hadn't been done since the vehicle was new.I most certainly will bring my other vehicles to Victory Lane for service when needed. Absolute, horrible experience! Guys were unprofessional, unorganized, forgot to top off the washer fluid, forgot to check the transmission fluid, had issues in a very old archaic way of checking and filling air in the tires. I had to question everything, and there was no checklist of any sort followed at all. By far the absolute, worst oil change experience I ve ever had and will never go back.

My family always takes their cars here for oil changes. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They don't try to push extras on you that you don't need. They're quick and efficient. The person helping me today even offered to install a different air filter for me if/when I purchase it.

2nd time went to ask them about my oil signal. Worried about from all my driving last few months. Also, didn't know what signal showing u p. Guy check oil everything fine also asked if I wanted him to ck code of malfunction to help me not worry it was something minor no emergency he offered a mechanic to help rectify . He explained everything why light was ciming on and not to worry didn't have to rush both issues helped immensely for me to calm down and relax . I will be going back and wd let people know of my experiences thx

My car was on 0% oil life and I was traveling for the holiday weekend, so I had to swing in here. I was very impressed by the quick service, attention to detail, and kindness from John and his staff. I ve been going here for about two years and these guys always treat me great. I ve had my fair share of bad experiences at other quick-oil change places but I d definitely recommend this location to any women who are trying to find a good oil change place where they won t get ripped off!

These guys are outstanding! I have an f350 6.4 power stroke diesel. This truck is known to be a bit of a diva or it will give you problems especially with white smoke from the exhaust. The manager and his crew are always professional and proficient. Never try to up charge me for things I don t and take care of what I do need and always give me my veterans discount. Thanks guys. Victory Lane is the best place around. My Husband had already been there once for a oil change & was very satisfied with his visit. We decided to go there for the next one, I wanted to check the place out. The staff was really nice, and the Owner was a kind man. He listened to our concerns & really focused on our car to make sure the details were right, and that everything was done properly. He even aired up our tires & fixed our headlight/license plate bulb, just to ensure our safety while driving. The pricing was fair & the service seemed honest. We will be going back for sure, without hesitation. Im confident you will not be disappointed if you do!

Had stripped bolts on my skid plate on my 2103 VW Passat TDi and every other oil change service place I called would decline even giving me an oil change because of the stripped bolts that Volkswagens are known for. The guys at Victory Lane were more than happy to give me an oil change and they were extremely kind and helpful! I have always had my oil changed at the dealership. I wasn't able to get in this time so I thought I would just go to a quick oil change. I paid twice as much in doing so. It may have been three times as much if I would have let them replace all the other items they were recommending. Very disappointed, especially in today's economy.Service: Oil change

I've been in the area only for a short time. Tried an oil change near my home that I was satisfied with. But now that I tried Victory Lane I won't be going back. 1 I was not pleased with the wait time. 2 brendan never checked any of my fluids or my air filter not sure if it's based on the service you choose but it shouldn't it should be automatic. 3 he was to busy helping his coworker to even start work on mine when he did he didn't seem to care. When I think of oil change places in past tense the one I normally go to it's fast and friendly and everything is done efficiently I didn't feel that it was done efficient I will not be going back.Service: Oil change
