Ken has purchased parts from us at Miechiels Auto Salvage and will not pay his bill. I have called his work number, and his cell number. I have also sent his statement to the above address. He did answer once and said that I needed to add a suite number to his address in order for him to receive it. It gets sent back to me with wrong address stamped on it.

Ken, I assume by your lack of response,that I need to contact the better business bureau and post on line, as you had suggested about your poor service.Contact efforts include: phone; email and text none of which you have responded to. Therefore, you leave me no choice but to file a official complaint.You were chosen based on your reputation of being a qualified mechanic who does good work. After paying $5000 on repairs, the truck was expected to be running like new, which it is not and I am very disappointed.Now you leave me hanging on the final "easy repair" for which you have the parts. Please explain why you have not completed the job you started?Contacted Chevy and was no told there is no recall on stabiltrak, traction control or manifold, please explain why you worked on these areas. Which, by the way, my truck is more difficult to drive now
