I cannot say enough about the service here! Alex is so personable and has superb customer service!! Aaron took excellent care of what needed to be done with the car and also has excellent customer service. Makes me want to continue coming back!

I had the best customer experience I've ever had at the Milan, MI location. Each Individual working was informative and kind. Service was completed without delays but what I appreciated the most was their personal customer service skills. They made me feel important. That's an asset we don't see very often these days. I will be back and will suggest you to all my friends and family

Got an oil pressure low, shut off engine dashboard warning traveling down US 23 with about 40 miles to get home. Limped off the x-way and found Mike and his team. They not only helped me figure out what was going on, but went above and beyond to top off my oil and get me home (to the dealership actually!) safely. Mike even offered to pick me up if I had to pull off since he was heading north also shortly after I left. The two young men Mike had in the shop that day were equally as nice and helpful!! These guys are the best, most knowledgeable, friendly, not sales pushy oil change places I ve ever been too. They care about their customers, their vehicles. They take pride in doing a good job efficiently. They make me laugh every time I m there. They remind to stop back in anytime for a top off. I ve believe I ve been there 4 times and every time is the same. Mike the owner goes out if his way for his customers and expects his technicians to do the same. Was looking for a place that was quick to get an oil change and I m not originally from Milan but my work is there so I decided to try this place! Hands down the best place I have went too to get an oil change. Riley, Skylar and Aaron were an amazing team! I pulled up and told them I want an oil change. They showed me my options, didn't up-sell anything, and got right to work. Sadly, they put the wrong sized gasket on my drain plug and it was leaking oil the next day. My mechanic said they messed up. Do not recommend.

I was traveling through town and needed an oil change. Decided to stop in based on the nice appearance of the building. I was surprised when pulling in that the interior was very bright clean and well organized. The owner, Mike personally greeted me and explained that the business is new to the area. Mike was very polite and professional and explained all of the services the business offered in addition to oil changes. He checked all the key areas on my truck and found the cabin air filter to be dirty. He physically showed me the filter and explained that it is not doing it s job anymore of keeping the interior air clean for breathing. He ensured that I would notice a difference having a new filter installed. At the time of payment, he went over all of the items on my bill and answered any questions I had. My bill was close to $85. I felt it was more than fair. With the rising costs of oil and everything else in this world, the days of $30 oils changes are over. I was completely happy and satisfied with the experience. Mike the owner was extremely professional and walked me through the whole process. Aaron and Alex also did an outstanding job. Everyone communicated the entire time so I knew exactly what they were doing. They also answered any questions I had. Poised, professional, prompt, and reasonably priced. They will ask about add on services and products like wipers and other fluids, but no high pressure, hard sell tactics used here. Staff work together checking each other off every step of the way ensuring quality control of the entire process. Overall experience was excellent.

Went here for an oil change on my vehicle. Very courteous, good communication, and helpful. I was in and out in no time at all. Though it might not be the cheapest place, it was convenient. I would recommend it.

Efficient and Friendly. Staff takes the time to review you Automobile and it's needs and let you know if have any issues. It's like having a quality inspection while quickly having your oil changed. I will be a return customer.

I had SUCH a great experience at Victory Lane. There was only 2 men working and it seemed as though one was being trained. The man training him was so professional, kind, patient and very knowledgeable. (I think his name was Jackson, but i can't remember). Normally, I go to the Victory Lane by my house, not my work, but they were out of my oil filters both times I went. I didn't even know there was one in Milan and I will be going to this one from here out. I have only trusted VL with my oil changes bc so many other quick places have done poorly. Even though I was there for an hour, I would've waited 2 in order to have that good of an experience. This is the first time someone hasn't tried to sell me things I didn't need. I just had my air filter changed a couple oil changes ago, made the mistake of going somewhere other than VL and both tried to sell me a new air filter. Last night, they took it out, showed me its still good and said I had a couple more left on it and that was without knowing the backstory. Very honest people working there!! 5/5 stars for sure!!Service: Oil change

The young gentleman that work at the Milan victory Lane here in Milan Michigan are the most kindest nicest very polite very courteous and they do a wonderful job. I go there every time I need an oil change and in between if I feel my tires are low or I need a recap on something and they ve always given me the best service so kudos to The Milan victory Lane employees, Good job guys great job and thank you for all your hard work.Service: Oil change
