Anthony and Garrett were great to work with. They helped me find the best financing for my new vehicle and explained all the eligible incentives. Anthony took the time to walk me through the process step by step, and always took the time to understand my needs / answer questions.At delivery, Anthony was extremely knowledgeable regarding the features and functions of the Blazer EV and took all the time necessary to ensure I knew how to use the vehicle and features before I left the lot.

Just purchased my third Equinox from Victory-Milan. It was an excellent experience, beginning with my salesman Joe Elliott. All the staff I interacted with (Joe, Garrett, Chad & Anthony) were engaged in meeting all of my expectations, and finding the lowest payment possible for me. No concerns were left unanswered, and when I left, I felt very good about what had transpired in a short time frame. I also feel the service department & staff are exceptional....it's a "we care about you" mentality at Victory-Milan.

Great, friendly service! They definitely went above and beyond! I asked if they could wash my suburban and they said they d see what they could do since they outsource for that.. I came to pick it up after an oil change and it was shiny and clean! I was so happy!

Buying my car was very easy. I was given a lot of options, everything was explained very well, and there was no pushing. Anthony, my sales person, was outstanding! He met and exceeded my car requirements. He made sure that I could use and control all aspects of my new car. I felt very comfortable and got just what I was looking for. I really liked the feel of a family type dealership like Victory Chevrolet. Everyone was friendly, down to earth, and not pushy at all. It is a really great feeling knowing that not only do I love my new car, but that I am safe in my new car. I will continue to encourage people to go to Victory Chevrolet because I'm sure they will be treated the same way!

If you're looking to purchase a vehicle or you need service on your existing vehicle, then Victory Chevrolet is my number 1 recommendation.Victory of Milan has exceeded my expectations by going above and beyond the call of duty to help me when my 22 Silverado 1500 had major issues.Rodney was my service manager and he sets the bar! Rodney made my experience great and was the most helpful person I've had the pleasure of working with at a dealership. Rodney went out of his way and called another dealership that had my truck in service for repair when I was in Florida. I was getting nowhere with the Florida dealership and he offered to reach out to them.Look nowhere else but Victory Chevy for your next GM purchase.

This is my 2nd service here and I really like this dealership. It s close to home, small and very quick and nice for the services I need!!Rodney was very helpful in getting me information on tires and will be getting with him again soon to return for those as well. Update: no longer free. Charging a lot for ev charging. My receipt also said $8,000 so hoping that doesn t actually happen. Won t charge here anymore but also won t be buying a car here or raving about the great service.Original review: What amazing service! Allowing locals to charge their EVs for free is a great service to the community. I will think about buying my next vehicle here just because of this. Thanks a bunch!

Had car fixed ,$700.00. 1 week later same problem. Took back to victory , they said mechanic didn't fix one of the problems from sensor the first time he forgot n didn't notice it. gave us 1/2 labor charges, then they said it was another $550.when we called to see if we could get car 2 days later they said it had a bad battery n wouldn't start. We had to go get a battery n bring there n put on but when we got there my husband went out to car n it stared right up. They said it was a bad battery. We drove it home with old battery n it was fine. We checked battery with our detecter,n it was good. No problems. We will never go back there again...out 1350.00 n a battery n time etc. Do these mechanics know what there doing?

My mom took her equinox here a few days ago. Charged her $700 dollars for a new front wheel hub bearing. Don't take your car here, they will absolutely rake you over the coals on labor. Had a mechanic friend of mine type up an invoice for his shop he works for. $350 out the door, taxes and everything included. My mother is 62, freshly widowed and a long time customer of this place. So you can imagine the dissatisfaction I feel for this place completely taking advantage of her

Tried to get a couple keys cut from my VIN number. I had all the paperwork they needed, but they refused to cut them. They made up excuses why they couldn't. I didn't buy the keys from them, so they can't cut them cuz it'll "damage their machine", even though they're the same keys they cut everyday. Then they said they can't do it cuz the addresses on my paperwork weren't all the same because I had just recently moved.Never offered other alternative options to help me out, just said nope, we can't do it. You gotta change your address.I went to a different Chevy dealer in another town and they cut them right then and there. They even cut both for the price of one.No "victory" at this place!

My heat was out on my car and Belle Tire told me it would $933 to get my heat fix, luckily I called the dealership and spoke with Amy. She was extremely knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to get me in to fix my problem. When going to the service department, I highly recommend speaking with her. I truly appreciate her and whoever had done the work on my car because they did it very quick, and it work s wonderfully. Thank you very much! Definitely recommend this dealership for any future repairs.

feel very mislead. Received an email on 12/30 stating we had a $2,177.00 credit and that it expired 12/31 at 5pm. Being out of state there was nothing we could do. We thought it was based on a recall for some work we had done to a previous vehicle at Victory. On calling we find out it was a "Sales" rebate, sent to those who had purchased from them before, and "Unfortunately" they sent it to us late. The real shame is we are looking for a new vehicle, but feel very mislead.

Technicians were friendly. Service was pretty fast. I was hoping for a detail of all of the systems checked with the multi-point inspection, but I didn't receive one. The sales person I encountered seemed a little too eager for me to sell them my car, which I did not wish to do.

Mike not only did the impossible by getting me an affordable price on an SUV in today s market but he also had everything ready to go for me when I arrived. I was driving my new Equinox home 15 minutes after I arrived. It was without a doubt the best, most pain-free car buying experience of my life. We will be back.

Had issues charging my car there due to the extreme temps. Had to do a reset on my car. The Service Techs were gone and the staff helped me get a wrench to disconnect my battery to reset the car's computer due to an error that incapacitated my vehicle from charging. It did the trick. Thank you for your time and help. Great people there!!

Edited. Experience deteriorated quickly. Had to call multiple times and talk to way too many people to find out my part was never ordered 3 weeks later. Service than took 6 hours for a 2 hour job with no call to let me know.

12-15-23***LONG REVIEW, WORTH THE READ***If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My wife and I came here already knowing the type of car we desired , down payment, and an estimate on what we wanted to pay a month. Madison then called my wife after we completed the online survey/ questionnaire. My wife gave her the same desires and she said we can definitely make that happen! We said okay cool , scheduled our appointment and came into the dealership to meet Mike Hensel. He started off being nice and having good customer service. In his cubicle he has print outs of customer reviews and feedback from satisfied customers etc. don t be fooled!Once we sat down with Mike and started talking numbers he said there s was Npreviously discussed with Madison. So my wife and I were annoyed because she just told us over the phone we can definitely make that happen to now this Salesman saying no way possible . We asked to speak with Madison so we can have her explain to Mike the same thing she explained to my wife over the phone. After speaking with Mike and Madison together, Mike then began to back pedal and say I think there was miscommunication then all of a sudden it was I think we can get you a Tahoe at a lower price. (Red flag #1)Now we re talking numbers and he is showing me what discounts will apply, to include my military discount (my wife and I are both active duty), and instant rebates. After figuring out the final price he stepped away to give my wife and I time to speak it over in private. During that time I called my friend who is a car salesman in another state. After my friend informed me that we were being over charged on some of the fees that we as military personnel are excluded from I relayed that message to him. Mike started to get defensive about the numbers, and us shopping around at a different dealership. He also was not able to provide me with a vin number on the car he was quoting me on. Another red flag.He made a comment like why would we go to a different dealership, they can t beat this offer , and I responded with I m not going to buy the first house I look at. After I said that he started to visibly get more agitated and over talk me when I was questioning the fees. I then politely corrected him about we were not going to have an argument and he is not going to over talk me when I am speaking.He then became more upset and raising his voice, told us we can take our business elsewhere and that he is just trying to do his job and sell a car.I then told my wife we can leave and we got up and walked out.He stormed out of his cubicle after we got up.This is so unprofessional and embarrassing.My wife and I are recruiters in the navy and we are in the business of sales ourselves.Because of that, we have understanding and experience with this first hand, so never should that have been an option to get aggressive over us asking about numbers and expressing interest in shopping around. What that actually shows is a lack of honesty and that you don t have the best product there is an offer.This was handled poorly and no other manager stepped in to defuse the situation.Overall terrible experience.
