They were great, we needed a new battery for my wife s car and Mark was very helpful with getting us the right one without trying to up sale us. I highly recommend this business and we will be returning customers. Thanks again

Professionally run auto parts store. The employees are friendly and the owner quickly resolved a small issue with skill and courtesy. We were on our way with a new battery installed quickly and easily. Definitely recommend this place to everyone!

I needed a new battery for my car. They were very helpful and only took about a 1/2 hour to install the battery. The battery the best part was they have the best and most comfortable chairs in the waiting room that I have ever sat in in any waiting room and I'm an old man.. Excellent place to go very friendly people even the people walking in the door were friendly.

Thank the lord for this place!! I was so worried about my car, having blown a tire and mystery smoke emanating from my exhaust. But they fixed my car up by the next day with great prices and great reassurance! They really made my week.

Showed up today to this location as my car battery was fading quickly due to bad alternator and we quickly had to exit the highway and get it looked on the way home from vacation. These guys were fantastic, absolutely helpful and took my truck into the service bay for repair 30 minutes before closing time. Had me in and out and a very reasonable price. Thanks again guys at NAPA Milan location. Great customer service!

Didn t tighten my driver side, front tire lug-nuts a while back after tires were replaced.All good experiences up until then.3 lug-nuts we re almost all the way off by the time I noticed.I guess I should inspect my vehicle after the professional.Either way, all good up until this situation.Unfortunately one time like this could have caused a very bad situation, especially on the highway with my kids.Nothing against the people that work there, just maybe a better checks and balances should be rendered.

Very helpful people. I did not have to wait too long and the store was set up nicely. The employee was able to find everything I need for my car. There are a number of different models and I was unsure what style and engine type I had but he was able to figure it out really quick with a quick look up and went outside to confirm before finding the parts I exactly needed and no "guestimates" since I am from out of town. No rush and no hassles. Can't really ask for anything more.

My family has been going to Mullins for many years, and they have always been quick, professional, and reasonable. It's great to have a trusted mechanic, as it seems they can be few and far between. They'll likely have our business for a long time to come.

There s nothing like a small town mechanic shop where you get to know the staff and they treat you right. We take all three of our vehicles to Mullins and they keep us safe and on the road at a reasonable price.

My girlfriend and I have used Mullins for a number of years now, and have never been disappointed. They do good work, they're responsible, they communicate well, get stuff done quickly, the prices are good, and I've never heard of them overcharging or overselling. Is there anything else you could ask for?

Don't leave your credit card behind. It was there the next day BUT the following week someone attempted a $4,000 purchase at Lowe's. The definitely "Know How".

Dave Mullins and his staff are great people. They do a great job with my cars. Fair pricing and they work hard to get my cars back to me quickly. I would recommend them to anyone.

No pre warning of cost. Total shock....not right how things were handled, lack of caring as long as the bill was paid. A customer should be given an estimate of their bill before the work is done, not surprise them after the fact. They were nice and pleasant, just found it hard to be told one thing then experience another before given the huge charges. Today I learned another lesson!Trust no one ... ask.

I am in awe with how helpful and friendly you guys are! Came in to get help with a wiper blade I broke. Not only did you install the new ones, you helped me top off my low tires! Even my big mean dogs considered you as family. Thanks from a tired Nurse/Mom/Neighbor.

All I needed was a nut for a ball joint, the boss man did some searching from stock they had and found what I needed. I tinker on my own stuff, but these guys are awesome. Thank you.

Service was decent, prices were a little high, but being in a small town we don't have many options. The layout is clean and the employees are knowledgeable - worked for me.

If you are having a hard time finding a part they will figure it out. My case I had a chevy 350 in a truck but the motor was from a different vehicle and icpuldnt find the correct oil filter since it didn't match the truck, they found it and hooked me up!

Mullins has worked on our vehicles for more than twenty years!! That in its self sez a lot. Very honest with their evaluation of the vehicles problem(s). Service Manager and Parts Counter staff are very polite.

SOOOO DiSAPPOINTING. In todays world of online shopping and customer satisfaction, it is most disappointing when you interact with a sullen, bad attitude, ungrateful person. I am sure the company is fine, but the employee I dealt with has me never wanting to go back to this privately owned franchise. What should have been a simple return turned into 20 mins of sullen, complaining interactions,despite the fact that I called first to make sure it would be OK. In the end they refunded my money, but instead of me walking out with my money and thankful of their customer service. I walked out with my money vowing never to return. Which one of these do you think the owner would prefer?

I have a good story My girlfriend and I were driving from buffalo ny to Laingsburg MI to deliver my boss's 400m ford engine to a performance shop and on the thruway my driver front wheel bearing grenaded and it was done. We hobbled off the thruway and this napa was there thank god. The people inside were very nice. My recipt says my salesperson was Rose. I wana thank Rose for getting me the parts. I changed the bearing out in the parking lot the only thing I needed was a 32 mill socket for the hub nut. THe service shop let me use it I had my own tools I got the repair done in a bout 20 min. I finished the trip with no issues. I don't know if any of the staff reads this or will even see it but I wana thank you guys for helping me and getting me on the road. It really meant a lot oh and the guy that helped me with the breaker bar and tourqe wrench. Yeah I don't know his name but he needs a raise. But thanks again
