My wife and I travel a ton and regularly are away from our normal oil change place. I wish these guys were our local shop, because the level of service was above and beyond what I've ever experienced at an oil change shop. This place gave us the experience of a 7 course meal for the price of a happy meal. If I was a couple hours closer to this place, I would drive an hour to get my oil changed here.

It's been awhile since I used Valvoline. Since we bought our new car I've had it serviced at our dealer which is a 20 minute drive. But I just needed an oil change before a trip and I was super impressed by how efficient the Valvoline service was. I got right in and the team did a great job. I'll be back!

I've been coming to this location for a long time!Yes the staff is friendly, but at the end of the day I'm not here to spend 2 hrs. there's so many ppl working and walking around but it's like nothing is getting done...it takes A LONNNNG TIME for a basic oil change.Cost is average.But man, that wait time is horrible!!!!!!

I have been going to Vavoline for a couple years now and ive had this incident occur twice now from this location. both of which were scary and the first time, took me out of work for 2 days. the workers did not know how nor secure my skid plate appropriately causing it to collect a bunch of snow the 1st time and bend my skid plate. i missed 2 days worth of work/pay. thankfully my dealership generously bent it back to normal and replaced the missing screws free of charge. this happened a second time a few days ago where again, my skid plate was not put back on correctly and i barely made it a mile down the road and the plate dropped and was dragging on the concrete. I was so scared it could spark or bend backwards causing a potential tow fee to get it safely back for a fix. I have anxiety because of these instances as now i second guess if they put that plate back on appropriately. staff are clearly not trained on differences of models and how to proper secure them. The manager needs to train staff on vehicles and the differences on how to secure skid plates; specifically honda civics. i would most likely go to a different location or to my dealership as they will give me the comfort and trust i need to know when i leave, everything is secured. thank god i wasn't on the highway when either incident occurred. I use my car to get to college as well as work and i'm so thankful my consumer I support was not with me during these instances; it would've put not only myself but a mentally disabled person at a safety risk. it would've become a big liability issue. hope this location will fix their neglect and this doesn't happen to anyone else!

Performed a transmission fluid flush on my GMC in about 30-45min. Truck has been buttery smooth since. Didn't realize the original fluid was so bad until the flush. Totalled $175. Glad I had the service done. The truck shifts better than ever. That's saying something considering it has 143k miles on it and is 13yrs old.

Oh this is an awesome place go get an oil change the employees that work there are very friendly they explain everything to you I highly recommend them and if you are veteran you get a military discount they do an awesome job

Josh was really friendly and helpful.. the car in front of me was having problems and it took a long time but they kept updating me and let me know instead of sitting there wondering. It was great and very simple I will be back in 3k miles

I've went to Valvolines for a long time. I stopped going to this one a year or so ago. I went one day for oil change and told them to make sure they fill tire pressure because my tire looked low. The lady said okay. At the end I asked again, did you fill the air in tires, she said yes. I then left and when I parked and got out the car I saw it was low. There was nothing wrong with they tire, they just didn't fill it. I went and filled it and it was at 20psi. They take shortcuts. I can't trust them.

Do not let this place do anything more than an oil change. They asked if I wanted my blinker changed because it was out, I figured yeah, I ll probably forget. Paid them 15 bucks. I left and my entire blinker housing fell out and nothing works on it now. They broke my clips also. I should have done it myself, but when I offered I assume you can handle the job. Big thumbs down to this place. A monkey can change oil and that s all this place is good for though they off other services.Service: Oil change

Price is Standard when I used a coupon. For my first visit I was prepared for upselling. They checked everything and were honest about air filters, wipers and items that could have been upsold... impressive. Very nice people. I felt everyone was only working on my Van. Tire pressure checked, etc... I will be back; with another coupon though they said 15% off for Military Veterans anytime.Service: Oil change

This is my new go to place! The wait time was around 30 minutes and I wasn't mad about that because it gave me time to hangout in my car alone and listen to music. The techs were all so nice and when it was my turn they didn't try to sell me anything I didn't ask for and when I said "give me the cheapest oil change" they just said "sounds great!!!" Everywhere else in town tries to talk me into getting a more expensive oil change or adding things I didn't ask for. Their customer service and communication is fantastic!

This place is great.Last time I went, they were hit with a freak wave of people. Both lanes had 3 in front of me, and both had 2 more pull up behind me. Even so, they still did fantastic. Still did a thorough job, checking all the fluids and setting the proper air in the tires. For the price, for the fact you get to watch them do everything, and considering they will have it done the fastest, even if they are slammed... I don't see a reason to go anywhere else honestly.

Shout out to Joshua who went above and beyond to help me out! I needed to add washer fluid but couldn't get my hood open and had to travel 2 hours to get home on snowy road where I would really need the washer fluid. He was so kind and helped me. Thank you!

These guys offered great service all around! I was able to get my vehicle in for a oil change and tire rotation. Quick and painless! I would recommend this place for oil changes and tire rotation.

Awesome service and staff. They go through and check your vehicles fluids, all your lights, and provide different options for grades of oil. They also checked my air filter for my engine and showed jt was still brand new and placed it back in my vehicle. I usually do my own oil change, but I did not want to do it in my driveway in this weather. So I stopped here! Will come here for all my oil changes in the future, and referring anyone I know here.

I write this as a former regular customer of this Valvoline after relocating downstate. I miss the professionalism, speed and value of the particular location. As a women I was always treated with respect, and didn't experience the "up-selling" often pressured when receiving services at an oil change. I would 100% recommend this location!

Always have coupons to get discounted oil changes, misc fluid and tire pressure top ups are free between changes, fast and friendly service. 4 stars instead of 5 because they stripped the screw that holds the shield over the oil drain on my car at some point. Not a huge problem but not a good thing either.

I had a lot wrong with my car and also needed an oil change. One of the men working had left but then came back because it bothered him that my car wasn t safe to drive. Not only did I get my oil change for a good price, the guy topped off my fluids , bought my part, went to pick up the part and then proceeded to fix my car for no charge. One of the nicest things that s ever happened. I will only go to Valvoline for my oil changes, and they are all awesome workers who do an amazing job.

Went in for an oil change on 7/30/20. First off, they charge an arm and a leg for an oil change - - $126! Secondly, after they checked the PSI in my tires they failed to put my valve stem caps back on so now I need to buy new ones for my truck! Yes, not a major issue, however, if something so simple could not be done correctly what else are they making mistakes on? I will not be going back, I d rather sit at the dealership for an hour knowing my truck isn t getting a rushed job.

I've tried to like this place. But am usually underwhelmed with the talent. Now they busted off my dipstick, they blamed the manufacturer for bad design, claimed the dipstick was fused in place, although it was busted off putting it back in after checking checking the oil. Then managed to drive it down into the stem due to lack of skills, knowledge, and proper tools. They never acknowledged they screwed up, but did offer to pay to have it removed by a mechanic. I have had great service at other Valvoline oil change locations. I can't give them any more opportunities.

Went there to get oil changed had to wait a hour. Thats not what bugged me it was they didn't seem friendly and I had to remind them before I drove off to check my lights they never explained anything and I found that rude..never had me change my gage back to zero.they didn't do half of the things they always doVery disappointed and won't be going back to that one again.Service: Oil change

My Go-to in midland. They are very professional and knowledgeable about what they do. Being new in town and not well versed on cars, I know that I get a bang for my buck and understand what is being done to my car.
