Took my 23 Chevy Trailboss in there to have the windows tinted and a tonneau cover put on. The gentleman in there were super friendly and helpful going through each type they had and helping me pick out the best fit for my new truck. Ended up with one window needing re-tinted, as there were defects, but they got me back in in a flash and fixed the issue at no extra cost to me. My experience went so well, I ended up having them put new side steps/running boards on it and my truck looks even better than the day I bought it. Thanks again!

People there are very friendly but I had a few spots missed after rustproofing. The owner got with me after I left a review saying I was disappointed. He called me asking me what exactly was wrong and offered to touch it up. Outstanding service, you can rarely find customer care like that amymore.

It s been a while, I have been meaning to do this. In September of 22 I had them install a tonneau cover on my 2022 Toyota tundra.Not only were they swift in doing so. They did a fantastic job. So much so that two weeks later, that cover withstood a category 5 hurricane. I am a disaster worker and I was inside my truck when hurricane Ian hit Fort Meyers FL.The cover and my truck withstood the winds and came out the other side with no damage. It s withstood the winter and several tornadoes since.I do not think you will be the slightest bit disappointed in anything you have them do. I am very pleased.

Good service good price.They accidentally sold me a substandard product, they called me and told me that they would order the better (more expensive) product but not charge me the upgrade price. Hard to complain about that.Took my truck in and it was ready when they said it would be. All around excellent experience.

Best Accessories store I've ever been to!! The staff is extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I wasn't sure what I wanted and they helped me figure out what I was looking for. And they hooked me up with an awesome deal on rustproofing, window tint, WeatherTech floor matts, and sweet graphics on my Charger. They got my car in quickly and finished the job sooner than expected! Very high quality products sold here at a great deal. QTA has earned my business for life!!!

I was and am stunned. Bought a deal for auto detailing. The ease of making an appointment was my intro.. Dropped it off the day before at a clean and bright facility, a good sign. Some detailing places are dirty, dismal, dank. Was told the car would be finished by 4pm the next day and I'd be called. I was called about 1pm the next day by a guy whose voice burst w/pride. When I arrived I did not recognize my car in the lot. It was better than the day I bought it, better than the day I picked it up and better than another detailing I had done a year ago. It is amazing. Every surface gleams and is squeaky clean. It was an amazing drive home. When I wanted to push the garage door remote I could not find it and I thought... opened the console and there was a plastic bag w/some pens, some chocolates, my GPS and the remote. Everything was great.. I cannot hide my enthusiasm for the work done here and the employees who made this possible....

I have had my vehicle detailed here a few times and each time they do an amazing job! These guys go above and beyond and don t try to push you to purchase unnecessary services either. Very professional service!

Had my Ram 1500 leveled 2.5" with a 1" rear lift. They did a great job! Took about 3.5 hours. Truck looks awesome!!. Also gave me suggestions on tire sizes even though I didnt go through them. Very curtious service. Will be going back to have a brush guard installed.

Took my 14 year old rust free truck in to look at a few things for it. They wouldn't even get out of there chair to show me anything. I felt that I wasn't worth there time. So I bought everything on line. Wanted to shop locally but I will not be treated like that.

First let me assure you that I am NOT a former disgruntled employee as other reviews may suggest. We (the husband and I) bought truck from Richardson Chevrolet in Gladwin. As part of our negotiations they agreed to get it rustproofed and under coated pre delivery. They sent our truck to QTA. Meanwhile, we stopped into QTA to ask about the process, the warranty, ect. We were assured that the interior of the doors and the rockers would be rustproofed before undercoating and that there would be an 8 year warranty on the whole process. Fast forward to picking up our truck from the dealer... After viewing our truck on a hoist this is what we found : QTA did not touch the inside of the doors. They did not remove the fender liners and get underneath them. There was bare metal on the bottom of the truck where they entirely missed spots. The dealership called QTA at which time they were informed that there is no warranty. The truck must be less than 90 DAYS old from the date of manufacture. The dealership informed us that frequently they do not even get a truck on the lot until it is 90 days old. The owner of Richardson made it right with us and said they not be sending any more vehicles to QTA. So, do yourself a favor and properly protect your investment - go elsewhere. That is exactly what we did. I recommend Ziebart in Bay City where the work is done properly (Thanks Ben) !

Awesome company, had them install several accessories on my K1500.Got a brush guard, tri-fold tonneau cover, light bar, new tires and a remote start, service was exceptional, and was all done for a very fair price. 5 stars all day

The customer service was outstanding but the lack of quality work was very disappointing. I have taken other vehicles there and had good results but this last time was terrible! They had my car for 24hrs and it looked like someone took a washcloth to the interior. I had the sales guy come out and retouch some areas but as my wife drove it home she saw a whole lot more. Never going back, disappointing.

Was looking for a new tonneau cover for my truck. I was looking for Extang since they are Michigan made. They help me find one that would allow access to fuel my auxillary tank. Installation included. They even reattached a piece of dangling trim for next to nothing.

-- Updated Auto Detailing Review --After posting my original review QTA contacted me to fix their mistakes (YAY great customer service). I gave the car a once over in the parking lot to verify that my complaints were fixed. The excess wax issue was resolved and my trunk was also detailed this time BUT there were still crumbs between my seat and center console (not as many as before so I was willing to accept it). Upon getting it home I inspected it further. There was still a lot of debris on the car in weird places. I spent about 10 minutes using my thumb nail to scrape off hardened sap that still lingered from last time, wiping down black debris, and wiping off pollen (that appeared to be wet once and now caked on). The interior was pristine less the small amount of crumbs between seat and console. All in all they did an OK job. The cusomer service was great ... the service average. The exterior quality was that of an automated car wash ... not what I had hoped for. If you are looking for that like new look and dont pay attention to detail this is for you. If you do .. go elsewhere.-- Original Review -- 1 StarI am thoroughly unimpressed with this place's auto detailing. Excess wax (or what im assuming was wax) was found in cracks where the panels meet, sap was not thouroughly washed off the car, and there were streaks all over the exterior where dirty water was simply left to drip off the car.The interior of the car was good except that vacuuming between the seats and center dash wasn't thorough and left crumbs behind.

Great place to have your F150 or Jeep lifted or accessorized. They always perform quality work for me. I've had multiple vehicles worked on at QTA.

Excellent service walked in asked about a tonneau cover for my 16 ram 2500 many to choose from 20 minutes later was walking out with it installed on Christmas eve

Ask the salesman about different led light bars for my truck and the guy was just lackadaisical and didn't care to even look up parts I had questions about. Be warned.
