Great experience with Northtown. Customer service was fantastic (thanks George and Anne!) and my truck looks good as new. Highly recommend for anyone who needs body work done. They will make the process as easy and painless as possible. Expect to wait a few months for an appointment/availability, but the best shop with quality work is worth the wait!

I was told the car would take 6-8 weeks to be done. It was don t Mmmm me in 4.5 weeks. Extremely happy with the service and messages about the progress. Would highly recommend them.

Great customer service. Answered all my questions and helped me with my car insurance too. Kept me updated with photos as the work on my car progressed. Extremely pleased with the work they did. Have always liked this company. They go over and beyond, awesome service, and kept the car clean, vs the complete opposite I've seen! The owner is awesome! Thank you!Ps. My right side mirror was broken, the owner temporarily fixed it so I could parallel park, safely drive in reverse, until insurance got the parts. Con-artists in cahoots with the insurance company. Had my car towed in from an accident with an animal. Vehicle had a torn up bumper and had a mechanical issue that vibrated the whole car really bad. They only wanted to fix the bumper because it was easy and they saw out of state plates and thought they could take advantage of me so they only quoted repair to the insurance company to fix the bumper and not the mechanical issues because Charlie said he didn't notice any. When he drove the vehicle he didn't notice a vibrating the first or second time, then he had his employee drive it and he said it was throw you out the car bad. So instead of doing the right thing and informing the insurance company that his original assessment was wrong, he just tried to pass me through. So right after they did the repair I had to drive the car across town with hazards on to fix the mechanically issues at another place. When I came to pick up the car from Northtown the battery was all the way dead had to jump it. They didn't repair the crack on the bumper mount on the left side because they said the insurance didn't want to cover it because the collision was on the right, even though it clearly came from the accident stressing the bumper all the way across. No argument was made for that repair to be done. And the repair they did do was they replaced my left bumper with another used bumper that had a crack/hole that was like the material was thin in that spot. I paid 500 deductible and they charged the insurance company over 2500 bucks for a half job. I now live in midland and since they wronged me, I am going to be talking poorly about them for ever. Highly recommend not using them.

Hit 2 deer within a couple weeks of each other last fall with my 2012 Camaro SS. They were able to schedule me to get it in to take care of damages from both accidents at the same time. Vehicle looks as good as new, drives like new. I ve had them work on my vehicles in the past. So i knew it was definitely worth the wait to know it was done right, and I m glad i did.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I hit a deer with my nearly new vehicle. The economy being what it is, it took months for parts to come in to fix my car. Charlie, George, and Zach were amazing through the entire process. I received multiple updates and they went above and beyond to get me back in my car and on the road. I ve never been more impressed and my car is looking and running like it s brand new again! I have been doing buisness here for a long time, multiple repairs and windshield replacements. They are very friendly and professional. The final product is always top notch. If you own a subaru they are an authorized repair shop. My insurance company lacked in communicating the process with me, but Northtown Collision employees handled every issue. They replaced my front bumper damaged from hitting a deer. They were in touch with me via text letting me know the status on the work being done. The did an excellent job matching the paint and blending it well. Everyone there is very knowledgeable and friendly. They did repairs on two of our vehicles last year and did an awesome job then. Charlie and the staff at Nothtown are incredible. They made sure to help me through all the steps in getting my claim rolling, kept in touch with details of the process. All the while making sure I had a loaner car to get around. The parts took a long time to come in but that was in no way the fault of Nothtown. They tried very hard and made sure I was kept informed. I would never take my vehicle to another body shop! The paint job was impeccable, can't even tell there was work done. Thank you all for being #1

Has to one of the worst expire ever had with a auto place, i bought it in because it was side swiped they made me move it after a month being there keep fricking pushing back my schedule date finally a year later I got them to actually respond then they go can you take pictures because they never actually looked it over so I did myself and sent them mind you it s been sitting for almost a year and started to get rust because of the exposed metal finally they said they can t work on it because of the rust that collected on it from the extremely long wait time the biggest waste of time I ve had in my life that is for making me wait that long when I could have just took it elsewhere from the start. Overall no professionalism from what I experienced

I had the unfortunate pleasure of bringing my vehicle to Northtown twice in the span of three months - someone backed into my car and almost immediately upon getting it back a deer jumped out! - and I only have amazing things to say about everyone there. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. This second time they had a loaner car for me to utilize so I wasn't spending hundreds of dollars on a rental for the month they had my car. They provide updates as they work on things and they worked seamlessly with my insurance company on the details. All the work they do is very detailed and thorough; I trust what they have done! I hope I never have to take my car into a collision center again, but if I do have to, Northtown Collision will be my first choice!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

For the first time in my life ( I m 63 ) I found myself in need of a body shop. The first time I heard about Northtown Collision was way back in 2002. This shop was the best then and is the best now...bar none. I am a retired body repairman/painter with well over 40 years experience so I do know what I am talking about. The vehicle I had repaired was a new Chevy truck with less than 3500 miles. They replaced one panel which I knew would not be a problem. My main concern was color match. I got the truck back on 7-16 and it looks beautiful. The work they did was flawless...ABSOLUTELY PERFECT in every way. So, if you find yourself in need of a body shop as I did don t waste your time running around town. Save your time and gas and just go see Charlie and his crew at Northtown Collision. These guys are good !
