Just went into this (Midland, MI) location and worked with Shane and Mark. These gentlemen set an example for what other automotive parts store personnel should be in all regards. Thank you for resolving the issue on me and my customers behalf. Napa should be proud to have you both in their employ!

item I was after was sold by the foot per the website listing and that it was in stock. counter salesman refused to sell me by the foot and insisted he would only sell me the whole roll because he "didnt want to sit on the remaining cutoff stock." he then referred me to another Napa a bit of a drive out of town whom had roughly the length I needed. I found exactly what I was after online elsewhere plus additional length for significantly less than Napa and it was delivered to my doorstep for free. poor business practices at this store and they have lost my future business.

I called looking for something specific, and the staff that answered was so knowledgeable! I came in and bought what he suggested, and it totally worked!

The staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable. If they don't stock a part, they can almost always find it if you can wait a day or two.

Great auto parts store with experienced employees. You will often catch Mark, the owner, behind the counter. They keep a good inventory and usually can get parts not in inventory within a couple days. We rely on them for our vehicle repairs and for much of what we use on the farm.

This store always has what no other parts store does. They will match a price but everything is usually priced better than competitors to begin with. They helped with a random go kart part.
