Had no idea that Midland Tire & Auto doesn t charge for labor/ installation for new tires when you buy from them until I went to pick up my vehicle and looked at the invoice! They did an excellent job!! Will definitely go to them again!!

Love these guys!! Recommend by another shop and they were able to diagnose and get my baby fixed. I have a 2019 Jeep Wrangler that had (see there "had" I'm so excited over that!) a death wobble. They found it was my tie rods and stearing stabilizer shock. I had it looked at a couple weeks ago they scheduled me last week and put the tie rods in but thought the shock they got was defective. So, instead of turn an burn me (like a lot of big shops would do) they ordered another one and got me in today! An hour later and I'm on the road feeling so much more confident in my baby! Def check these guys out! They totally earned a loyal customer.

My car was in need of new rear brakes and a new battery. I dropped my car off at 8 a.m. and they called at 3:30 letting me know it was ready! They were super fast and priced affordably. Highly recommend and will return for future repair needs!

Great service and customer service here! Started taking both my trucks for tires and service and 5th wheel for tires here in late 2019 and have been impressed by their service and honesty since! It feels great knowing I have a place to service my equipment. Soon i will be dropping off a 6x12 trailer to them for wheel bearing work.

Excellent service! They got my Buick in right away when I woke up to a flat tire! He was very upfront about the other issues my car was having and also replaced a headlight for me. They also have pretty cheap oil changes starting at $55 for my Envision turbo.

1 full week to even look at our vehicle and not even a call after they finally got to it. Wanted 1600$ for a turbo replacement went to Jeff s auto doc and got it done for 1200$. No opinion in this review just simply writing what happened. You decide for yourself if you want to go here.

I called to get a quote for a tire on my 2016 Cruze when I asked for the size tire that has been on my car since purchase without telling him what type of car I drove, as if to shame me in a way he states oh we re stepping away from those size tires which are only in vehicles 20+ years old my response well that s interesting considering my 2016 Vehicle has those size tires.. as he say in shock oh it does?! boom lost my business have a nice day Justin.

Very thankful for Midland Tire and Auto. We experienced some car trouble while traveling and this shop was able to fit us in right away and get us back on the road. Customer service and repair work was top notch. We appreciate the way they took care of us. Thank you!!!

I always have a great experience when I take my vehicles to Midland Tire, especially my most recent repair when they replaced my bad engine. They are very personable, honest, listen to all my car issues, and answer all my questions. They do a great job at explaining what is wrong and what is needed to get it fixed.

My rear end was totally out of camber. They did a great job, and as a woman that's super important. Was it cheap? Nope. Was it worth it? Absolutely. And on a Friday on July 4th weekend.

I have been going to Midland Tire for years for LOF and tire rotation. I have also had brake work, catalytic converter replaced, alignments and bought tires.Nick and Justin always treat this female with respect, and the same for my father, who is a senior. They explain things in a way we can understand. They take care of us, and always deal with emergencies promptly.We trust their work, and their advice. They make sure our vehicles are well taken care of, at a fair price. Thank you to the entire team at Midland Tire and Auto.

I love this place. They have always been so friendly and quick with the work they do. I have many times needed to drop off my vehicle and they had the work done with in 2 days. They have great pricing on used tires that are practically brand new, and in one case they were brand new and the previous owner did not like the road noise. I highly recommend this place if you need a group of guys that will work with you and get you back on the road quickly.

We can t say enough good things about our experience at Midland Tire and Auto !!! Our car got a flat on the highway, we called them and they got us in quickly. Our tire was replaced and we got back on the road right away!! Highly recommend them

Midland Tire was truthfully the worst auto shop experience I have ever been through. It took nearly two whole months for my rack and pinion to be replaced and to say lack of communication from the business was bad is an understatement. I was never contacted about anything involving my vehicle, I had to take initiative each time to figure out what they were doing with my car. Every time they gave me a date that my car would be done it was off by over a week each time. I was lied to about needing my break pads replaced (they were replaced 3 months prior). I strongly recommend no one gives these people business as the company only seems to care about money rather than customer service.

I was driving two hours home when my car started to make a rattling sound. Midland Tire just so happened to be right by where I was so I stopped in asking for help asap. They were wonderful and fixed my problem right away with NO CHARGE! I was also traveling with my dog and they let me and my dog sit in their waiting area and were so kind and welcoming.

What a bunch of rip offs. My girlfriend tried to get just two rear tires and an alignment done they quoted her $580 for the rear tires and $220 for an alignment. We ended up getting the same exact tires that match our vehicle from Discount Tire for $158 total and then Belle Tire gave us an alignment for $95 and then we paid an additional $35 to get an alignment anytime we want for one year. Nothing but issues with these guys at Midland Tire quoting four parts that aren't broke claiming to fix parts that they never did I usually never give reviews but I am here this place is a joke

Wasn't really that cheap for a used tire. Cost me 65 for one used tire. It was close and opened otherwise I would of went to Dan's Tire in Saginaw who charge me 20 bucks for a used tire. Besides, the tire technician had more customer service attitude than the dude behind the counter. The counter guy acted as though I wasn't worth his time cuz I bought used tires. The tire technician was polite and friendlier. He should get a raise. The reason I gave 2 stars was for the technician. Otherwise I give no stars or negative. Used tire was pricey.

Went to get an alignment last Friday and they kept my car for over an hour. Once they finally called me they said that I needed 3 parts so they didn t complete the job. I went to get my car and they charged me $54 for absolutely nothing. Went back today with the parts and they did the alignment. Once it was done they told me it would be over $400 when I was originally quoted $80. Would not recommend!!!!!

Blew a tire on highway and had to get towed. Called Midland Tire and Auto before being towed to inquire about tires and prices. They had used tires available which was what I was looking for. I told them I would call when vehicle was towed there so that they were aware. Called a half hour after my vehicle was towed there and the staff had already put a tire on my vehicle and it was all set. I was able to pay over the phone too. Very satisfied with company and would recommend!

I went in to get my AC compressor installed because it turned out to be more trouble then expected. They installed the unit I bought fast and for an excellent price! Highly recommend these guys! Very good at what they do, very friendly and helpful!

Great Service Nicholas has been behind the counter a long time and has helped many of my friends and family out and. Unlike some places you can get in and out most days quickly. I would definitely recommend going to see them or at least give them a call before you buy your next set of tires. Thank you to your entire staff I appreciate your hard work

After having difficulties at the big tire discounter in Midland, I gave Midland Tire a try. I've been there 3 times now for trailer tires and SUV tires. They're very fast and honest. Friendly, too.

I went to Midland Tire & Auto today to check why my rear passenger tire is losing air slowly. I asked if they can do the patch work and I was told they would do an inspection to find out the problem with the tire. After waiting for 45 mins they pulled my car out of their store and they guy who collected my car keys showed up and asked $26.50. I've tried to find out what was wrong in it he was trying to explain that there was a corrosion between the tire and rim and they've sealed it.Now my complain is according to Michigan State Law Michigan law (A GUIDE TOTHE AUTO REPAIR LAW) requires you to give every customer a written estimate when the cost of repairing a vehicle is $20 or more. But I did not received any. However, he asked to me to sign on the credit card receipt and on the work order once I've paid the money. Around the Midland City I found out there are multiple Tire repair stores they do it for free! But Midland Tire & Auto is changing customer without even letting them know! This money are earned by hard works and they are robbing money like this!I would like to create awareness among people here in Midland that make them careful about Midland Tire & Auto's shady business!

Regarding their ability to install ignition interlock devices:This company is marginal at best when it comes to installation of these devices. I have had two of them installed through this location (the original and an update) and both times something was done wrong. Considering the legal ramifications that go along with these devices not being installed correctly and the states view of everyone's word against yours mentality, I strongly advise NOT getting your ignition interlock device installed at Midland Tire & Auto. When it comes to something of this importance, this place is very unqualified and unwilling to help when they have done something wrong. ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY. They were not willing to accommodate the hours I work so they could resolve the problem they caused and had a severe lack of urgency regarding their problem. Midland tire did tell me the issue was with my remote start (which I asked them to unhook when the device was initially installed and they didn't) and that I could try unhooking a plug under my dash, which is fine, but if I unhooked the wrong one, I am now charged with tampering with the device, which causes me to lose my ability to drive. I was told by the interlock supplier that it was not Midland Tire's responsibility to unhook the remote start, but could if I took it back to them. So if they truly could unhook the remote start, then they ignored my request. Or they can't, and are out right lying to me. This was the point when I washed my hands of this rundown shop and took my business else where. Poor customer relations coupled with an obvious lack of organization and ability to do good work has earned them exactly what they deserve. In closing, good work isn't cheap and cheap work isn't good. Ironically, this place is not cheap or good. Seek installation else where.

Great place to have work done and buy tires. Got the best deal I could find around town. Flexible timing always, even when adding more work at the last minute. Also they communicate very well, very polite, and professional as well. Will definitely go back both for my company and personal.

Has been a great place to get work done on your vehicles. Great knowledgeable staff!
