These guys made me feel very confident in my choice for them to work on my car. Great communication, extremely fast turn around, and overall the most honest experience I could ask for. They offered me an accurate price, better than everyone else in town. I will continue to get my car taken care of here!

I always take my vehicle here. Jim is an awesome manager and they have great techs. I usually have my car back the same day. Reasonably priced.

Been to alot of shops through the years with my cars... but hands down this is the best. Called up early morning with alternator issues. Got right in and was told they would find what I needed and get right on it. Could have been a day to get it replaced depending on when parts were available. Luckily they got it fast and put it in immediately. Total turn around for my alternator replacement was 2.5 hours. And they cost was better than expected. Jim is a great guy and listens to you like the person you are not just another customer in a long line. I highly recommend if you need your vehicle fixed call them up or stop by. Thanks again Jim for the great and timely work for the second time on this vehicle of mine!!

We had 2 cars messed up by another service, and I took them to Midland Auto to see if Jim could fix them. He did one car in a few hours (after waiting 10 days at the other repair shop) and it s working beautifully. Also was about 1/2 the price we were quoted by the first shop.The other car would have cost too much to repair, but he didn t charge for assessing it and giving me the bad news. I will be using the shop from now on. Midland Auto Repair does good work at an affordable price, and Jim is honest.

Excellent service, got me in right away when I had an oil leak. Another mechanic told me I needed to have expensive work done to my car or else it wouldn't be safe, but these guys took a look and told me it was perfectly fine to drive as is. This place seems like the only auto repair shop not trying to nickle and dime you in this area and I don't plan on taking my car anywhere else from now on!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I've been bringing my car here for oil changes and maintenance since it's been named Midland Auto Repair. Was happy with the place when it was Midas, and like it just as much now. When I call, Jim is always helpful and friendly when getting me quotes. They are honest and don't try to sell you on parts or maintenance you don't need. Quality work and good prices. Still the best auto service by far In town! Had been a frequent customer before changed name from Midas, I was suspicious what the new shop would be like. With my recent car issue, I visited them & had service done, they are still the same group of decent & trustful professionals, only changed their business name because of the increased administrative fee by Midas. I am so relieved that we still have the same & best auto shop in town! Thanks very much guys (John, Jim, & others) for your excellent service & help! Aweful place, supposed to fix my door handle but instead they broke my window switch and I just discovered they broke the mirror adjuster as well. It was put back on my door with black duct tape for crying out loud! The person was unapologetic and rude. Not to mention they said they fixed my brothers dashlights but all they did was unplug a bunch of sensors and tuck them away..I would never recommend, better yet I strongly suggest anywhere but here. Not done right, no customer service skills

As a woman, I want to reach out especially to other women and let everyone know Midland Auto Repair is an EXCELLENT place to take your vehicle. I talked with the gentlemen there on the phone and in person. They are very respectful and I genuinely feel they are very honest. As I m familiar with cars and repairs from previous work experience, I knew going in what most likely was wrong with my car. They were time efficient in getting back with me on repairs needed and also when repairing my car. They were honest. And they didn t try to talk me into any repairs I didn t need. And they were all extremely polite. I feel the costs were reasonable. I am very happy I decided to give this business a try.

My car broke down on the highway. A transmission line broke sending a cloud of fluid behind me. I rolled into their parking lot and had to push my vehicle into the parking spot. I called from a motel across town the next morning. They had it repaired by noon and took my payment info over the phone. So I was back on the road once I got there.

amazing place. A rare combination of honesty/integrity and competence. They diagnosed and fixed my problem right away even though I did not have an appointment, and had me on my way pronto. Brought my girlfriends car in due to her temperature gauge having problems. They said this was due to needing a new thermostat. They replaced it but the issue continued. When we brought it back and they said the thermostat was faulty. We moved shortly after and decided to take it to a new shop. They discovered that it was really only a bad hose. The issue returned later on and we took it to a dealership. They informed us that the Thermostat installed by Midland Auto Repair was an aftermarket part and had some issues with it.Moral of the story, had they simply tested the hoses (rather than automatically assuming the entire thermostat was broken), we could have saved over $1,300

They were able to tell my husband what was wrong and why the break fluid kept leaking everytime he pushed on the breaks and was able to fix it so I'd say they are pretty good at what they do

During a routine oil change/tire rotation the top half of a lug nut was twisted off. I was notified I would need to pay to have this repaired. Normally I would have no issue paying for this except the shop encountered a non-typical situation and moved forward without my consent or knowledge effectively damaging the vehicle. I voiced my concern and was encouraged to go try and find someone else who would repair it cheaper. I took that advice and got it repaired for a fraction of the price.

very professional and our car was done the same day Mike even took the time to give us a ride home and then came and picked us up when our vehicle was finished as we just moved here and dont know anyone yet (thanks again Mike) I would definitely recommend this shopService: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Owner is friendly and fair with pricing. They don't keep your vehicle in the shop to rack up shop fee.
