I've taken multiple cars to Tim for alignments and for the most part have been happy so now let's go back a week.Sent in a tahoe that I said was lowered 2" before I even dropped the truck off. I get a call saying the 2" drop is making my camber bad and will destroy tires. I said it's been fine for a couple years now why all of a sudden is the problem here? When asked He then continued to say the wheels were to big and he can't fit his arms in to adjust the camber, they said it would cost double and they don't know if it will work so I told them I'd just come grab the truck.2 days later I pick it up from another shop on m20 with everything in the green with a print out, the new shop stated the tims shop did not even try to align it and was trying to charge me double to do his job (do a alignment) and they lied to me saying my lowering kit was the problem.After all this happened I took my 2500HD that Tim's shop aligned 3 weeks ago to the new shop. (I have not drove it besides home because it is a work truck) come to find out they never did the camber/caster adjustments on my other truck and only set the toe but charged me 125 for a alignment after all new parts were put on.Everyone beware taking your vehicles to this shop!!! As MANY OTHER REVIEWS STATE They WILL lie to you and try to charge you double to do jobs "they don't want to do"

Been going to them for over 3 years now. Highly recommend them over anyone else in Midland. They do a great job and very friendly customer service.

Always go here for all automotive services! I have been going to mid Michigan for over 10 years and never once had a complaint or issue here. They have been able to fix all my cars and have been friendly and honest all the while.

This family owned business always gives me the best price , service. I had a wheel bearing replaced and utilized the key drop off and they promptly called with a fair quote and repair. 1 day repair.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

The shop has had my business for quite a few years now. They ve always been very thorough with my vehicles and very honest with me about what needs to be done. I never once felt like they were trying to take me for a nonsense repair. This is a great family owned business!

Tim and others whom work in this business family owned business are a Great Team.This place is Our go to 85% of the time when our pick-up requires work done on it.We recommend others to check to having work done when in need.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes

I'm extremely disappointed with this place! I trusted them for a few years now to keep my vehicles in good working order. Most recently I went in for a wheel bearing & asked Tim, the owner to check everything for me so that I would be all set for winter. He had also found that I needed a ball joint replacement but I would have to go elsewhere for the alignment due to my wheels not being stock. I went to Belle Tire for the alignment & they were unable to do it because I had a second bad ball joint AND a bad tie rod end. In their opinion, anyone who had been under there checking things would have seen those both right away! This news caused me to look into the repairs done by Mid Michigan Auto & I discovered that they nearly doubled the cost of each & every part they put on my vehicle! I had my boyfriend call to get a quote on the same work/parts & he was given a completely different amount! We are planning to confront the owners tomorrow but there really isn't anything they can say that will make me take any vehicle to them ever again! I feel taken advantage of by someone who I trusted with my safety and the safety of others & I want them to know this - maybe it will help to make them think twice about the way they are doing business!

Tim and his crew do excellant work. Quick and efficient. Trina and Judy in the office are clear, efficient and great to talk with if you're waiting for work to be done. Dogs are a plus!

Unlike most shops, Mid Michigan allows you to bring your own parts! This is a HUGE savings! My repairs were $450, including my cost of parts vs $750 if I had purchased the parts through them! The front office ladies are great to work with and provide great communication between the customer and the mechanics. I started going here when Tuffy told me my old beater truck was not worth fixing brake lines. Tuffy wanted over $1000 to fix it. MidMichigan fixed it for $100! Since then I have had them fix a radiator, 2 brake jobs and an HVAC blower system. I would highly recommend their "bring your own parts" brake repair. Just stop at the auto parts store on your way. It'll easily save you $100 on your brake job! They only charge $70 to install a set of 2 pads and rotors.

I am a diesel technician for the past 8 years, ASE Master and State Master mechanic. So not out of my wheel house, just did not have time to properly diagnose what was wrong with my truck. So I dropped it off. My time is worth more than money.Do not take your anything here. He will beat and abuse your car and thinks its ok. "It's part of the diagnosis." TIM said. I have and will never abuse a customers vehicle. This guy is a Hack!!!!

Always extremely helpful, reasonable on price and relatively quick on fixing my beat up old truck. Couldn't ask for a better place to take my pile of garbage to get worked on.

Mid Michigan auto repair is a joke, the owner Tim can not be trusted. If you want services you don't need, outrageous prices, or like being lied to this is the place to go

these guys can probably change brakes just fine, but when it comes to bigger things I do not recommend, also we were lied to about simple things being done or checked, I wouldn't trust these guys.
