Very bad service. Bought a belt still in packaging and tried to return it. NO RETURNS.Still in the package. Not coming back here again.thanks for the $150.00 piece of Rubber.That s why I now shop online now. Tried to give this guy some business.

I've been here a number of times to get odds and ends for my 1998 XCR. They always have what I need. I recommend visiting here if you need that one part, but don't want to wait for it on Ebay. Prices are good too.

If you can't find your new or used Sled Parts here, chances are, you ain't gonna find it !Upon my first visit to their huge inventory inside and 30 acres of retired Sleds, I was like a "Kid in a Candy Store" !!!! Great Service and got a super deal on what I was looking for. They even let me borrow tools.

Been going here for years any older snowmobile part you could ever need I love searching the yard for treasures lots of quad bike stuff and both dirt n road bikes too.

Very nice guy that runs it. He is polite, friendly and most of all Fair. I would have no problem doing business here again. I'd recommend it to anyone that has a sled to junk .

Went to buy a bearing for my crank and because I wasn't having them put it on they wouldn't sell it to me. Then insulted my intelligence by assuming I was too dumb to do it myself. I drove half way across the state to get insulted.

This place is sled heaven! I usually go minimum once a yr for parts. Just picked up a oil reservoir the other day that was very reasonable. Super cool staff too. (Ski Doo Luv)

Prices are high paid 40$ for the same part I could of got off eBay for 20$ less younger kid was nice the and the older gentleman that got my part but the steroid looking guys was very rude and the owner to wouldn t recommend going there will make the drive to mount pleaseant over coming back here

When I did fond someone to help me the guy was rude and definetly wasnt helpful in anyway. I talked to someone on the phone they said 200-400 and when i got there they said 350-500. Ill never waste my time going here again.

This place has been amazing. Chad is awesome!!! Orders part on Monday, he told me he would get it out when he could that they were crazy busy. Figured 3-4 days. Came next fricking day!!!! Wow. Unfortunately it was wrong part. NOT his fault. Polaris has issue with creating a whole bunch of parts for the same damn machine with same part number. It was a gamble and I knew it ordering it I packaged and sent back then called him. He was all over it. Found right part and sent out right away. I will have tomorrow. Hope it s right one lol. Unbelievable. Chad rocks and I appreciate him trying to get me mobile again in a hurry. I will be sending people your way. Thanks again buddy

Great place! Friendly knowledgeable staff. I wanted to change my sled into a 2-up and they had the seat and parts needed to get it done. Thank you again! I would refer anyone to check here first for any snowmobile needs or in my case wishes.

Horrible communication & rude. I ordered a jug for a jet ski on eBay from them and no where in their listing did it state that you could not send a jug back that had a sleeve in it. I spoke with Chad and he was unprofessional and would only let me get out about five words before he decided he needed to talk over me. I tried explaining that i have done tons of motors swaps and they have never tried to argue or charge extra if there is a piston that came through the side of the block. His only argument he had was that i was trying to scam him because i already knew what i was going to say. No Chad, you left a voicemail for my wife this morning and i tried calling to speak with you, but when you didnt return my phone call for hours. I don't know why I'm surprised when you already made it clear you lack communication skills for the simple fact that you don't know how to be descriptive enough on your listing. I definitely would not recommend because i have time and money wasted because they decided to leave out key information.
