Jeff s a real down to Earth cool, honest, and intelligent guy. I just sent my car to his shop and I CAN T WAIT to see the results. His prices are way better than fair and seeing his work and reviews from the past, I know it s going to be of the best quality. Jeff the owner took me into the shop and showed me his own personal car he is building and let me tell ya, IT S A WORK OF ART!!! All the staff are super helpful, nice, and personable as well. I CAN T WAIT FOR MY BABY TO BE DONE!!!

Owners the coolest most down to earth person especially shop owner you will meet. Took out the resonators on my Audi sq7 and welds looked really good especially compared to muffler man down the road. Would 100% recommend and will be taking my all my cars back here in the future

Dropped my car off in the morning using their drop box. I had some exhaust issues and they were able to get my car in and weld the pipe back together. They found an additional issue with the exhaust and called me, told me the problem and was able to get that resolved as well. Communication was great and they were on top of everything and was able to work with me when I got out of work at 6:30 and they close at 6. I highly recommend and and will be back in the future.

I took my sc300 in for exhaust work. Jeff did a great job accommodating what I was asking for. He was polite, professional, and a car enthusiast himself. If you need anything done to a daily driver or fun car I recommend going to Jeff.

Jeff and his family & staff have perfected what an auto repair shop should be. Fast, friendly service done right.They only use the best parts and oil. The guys are upfront & honest about pricing and what needs to be done.I witnessed them going the extra mile for multiple customers while waiting for my repair. They got my vehicle in to a service bay within minutes of my arrival, diagnosed my problem and had the right parts there within what felt like a few minutes.I highly recommend the team at Jeff's Auto Doc.Keep up the great work guys!

Highly recommend! Great folks! Professional and personable! I needed to have an issue taken care of quickly while visiting Midland; not only did the get me in right away, but the cost was beyond reasonable. Family owned and run - always a bonus for me! Thanks Jeff!

Great group of guys. Knowledgeable, will show you what is wrong and put it into lames terms for those not as mechanically inclined. I have went to the same mechanic for 15+ years until he retired. Went to a few other locations around town who I felt only seen dollar signs and felt like I was a bother, but every person I spoke with at Jeff s was friendly and welcoming. Thank you! I appreciate you all.

I went in with an exhaust issue and the guy told me their Internet was down so he couldn't look at it or do anything until the Internet was back on and I just had to wait. I decided not to wait, not because I'm impatient, but because of this guy's attitude problem. He seemed really frustrated and took it out on one of the techs, when the tech suggested they could at least start looking at my car. His response was that "she could sue" if the proper writeup/signature wasn't obtained. How did they ever fix cars before Internet? Overall this guy made me feel like a burden and I don't like the tone in which he spoke to me or his tech in front of me and that's my experience. I gave 3 stars instead of 1 because we all have bad days sometimes. And maybe (hopefully) this isn't the norm.

Had a rear bushing replaced a few days ago. Might I say they did an excellent job! Not only did they fix it right but they got it done in a timely manner all while having other vehicles to work on as well. Highly recommend these guys!

This place was great! I had a flat tire and wouldn t hold air. It was before they open but they still came right out early and put a donut on to get me through! Highly recommend and will go back!

I'm that old guy in the neighborhood that is really picky about my stuff, and takes great care of it all. So we found a used handicapped accessible van, it had a lot of miles on it and needed a fair amount of work, but the negotiated price was hard to beat and it was a Honda. So as the new owners of a nine year old van I looked into getting it fixed. The local Honda dealer wanted a total of $6800 to do all the work. While getting new tires, the guys at the tire shop recommended Jeff's Auto Doc for a front end alignment. they are the new owners of a repair shop that opened in June in the old Tuffy muffler shop in Midland. They were able to get me in within just a day or two, worked on the car for over two days, doing mostly maintenance things, but also rebuilding the front end components. In the end, it cost me about half of what the dealer wanted and the guys were hard working and conscientious. I'm really impressed all away around, the van runs great, drives straight and we've got a great van that should last us 10 years without problem. Well done to the guys at Jeff's, you've impressed me, something that is not easy to do. if you need your car repaired, I suggest you check them out.Services: Transmission, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Steering & suspension replacement, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Auto maintenance

The owner Jeff is one of the most down to earth, relatable owners I ve ever met. He made sure that my car was completely taken care of, and didn t leave the shop until everything was double checked, and quality work was guaranteed.Staff running the front desk was very polite and professional, and the mechanic that worked on my car even laid down clean plastic on my seats to make sure he didn t leave a single piece of dirt inside my car.Jeff is very informed on how his business is ran, and shows up everyday to make sure customers are satisfied, and also helps his staff work on vehicles instead of leaving them hanging. He s sure not afraid to get his hands dirty and leads by example!

Jeff and the Crew at the garage were fabulous! My car broke down the day after Christmas, and they got my car in, out, and on the road in no time. I really appreciate them doing their best to keep their prices affordable and making the process as painless as possible. They are definitely getting my business again. Even if I live in Detroit, if I'm in the area, I'll get my oil changed and other maintenance done through them.

I was short on time to get my muffler hanger fixed. I had arrangements with Muffler Man but when I showed up, there was no one there. Jeff s was able to help me within a few hours. The staff were easy to work with and respectful. They did a great job welding the muffler hanger and I was back on the road quickly.

To the point, know their stuff, and are always honest and upfront with pricing. You can tell that they truly enjoy what they do and take great pride in their work and their customers. Highly recommend this shop!! Had an issue with my car and called them to see if they had time to do a quick diagnostic to let me know if it was even safe to keep driving. They let me come in right away to get it checked out, and it just so happened that it was NOT safe to drive! The problem needed fixed asap. They got it all fixed up for me in just a couple hours, and at a fantastic price! I did not have money for more car repairs in my budget after recently paying for new tires, brakes, and other things, so I was very grateful they were able to give me such a good deal on the needed repairs. Hands down, the best auto repair shop experience I've had in years. I've had work done there 2X in two weeks. Both repairs were done promptly and expertly. I definitely recommend them for all of your repair needs; large or small. Wonderful people to work with.

I had some knocking in my front end for a while, so I just turned the radio up dreading the cost it could potentially be. Finally decided to have it looked into. Jeff and his team not only diagnosed the problem, but fixed it on same day without making my wallet cry. Each team member was friendly and kind. Definitely will be back for any vehicle repairs and maintenance. Do yous replace radio speakers as well? Thanks again Guys!

The staff at Jeff's Auto Doc is great. I have now had my wife's car in for service and my truck as well. They do quality work at a good price and their communication is the best I've seen yet I would recommend them for any service work your vehicle may need.

So super extremely greatful of my experience with Jeff's Auto Doc!!!!! Best mechanic shop I've ever been to, super friendly. Not only do they care about their customers and the work they do, they also care about their customers safety! I highly recommend them if you have any issues at all with your vehicle (little, or big)!!!!!! I stopped in to ask a question about services that still needed to be done after previous services, and stated that I didn't even want to talk about the new (headache) problem since they asked, back already?. After asking my question and getting my answer, the owner himself inquired about my new problem. So I showed him, and basically he didn't want my vehicle leaving off the mechanic shop lot due to being unsafe. Told me "Let your headache be mine". They even went above and beyond the services they provide by giving me a ride home cuz my daughter didn't answer the phone . Definitely not a company that's about the money (prices are decent too), it's about the customers, and their safety!!!! Thanks again to all of you, you really don't know how much it means, and how appreciative I am Feeling Blessed

I stopped by Jeff's to see if they had any suggestions for removing the old plate off my new (to me) car, as the bolts wouldn't budge and the heads were stripped. They brought my car into the garage, used an impact driver to fight with and ultimately remove the stubborn bolts, and even put my new plate on for me. They didn't charge me for their time and effort, and treated me like a valued customer. The fact that they were so friendly and willing to take on my trivial problem without making me feel like an inconvenience, or like I was wasting their time, means the world to me. The guys are very respectful and personable. I will definitely be back the next time I have a vehicle needing work!

If you need a mechanic, look no further. Jeff is your guy! After I was previously told it would cost me thousands to repair my engine, he fixed it for a fraction of the cost. I do not understand cars and he took his time to not only explain his diagnosis, but show me. Our family will be using this shop for any future needs.

I am so impressed with Jeff's Auto Doc. It's been quite some time since I've received this level of service. The owner Jeff, His father Dwayne and the entire staff. Extremely hard-working and truly care about their customers. They Performed the inspection Quickly and diagnosed the problem.They did the necessary repairs and had me back on the road within about 4 hours.I am so gratefulI and feel safe on the road.

Jeff's Auto had a great amount of candy on the tables. Idk why but it was great for eating while waiting. They took off a stripped bolt for free my husband's friend was working on our car and couldn't get the bolt off of the tire. Free of charge. The next we had our car worked on an alignment for less than competitors prices. Thank you very much

Absolutely blown away by the service I received here. By far the best Auto Shop I ve ever been to.I went there for a broken muffler, when I did they were very efficient and organized with not only removing the broken piece for an unbeatable price but also offering an extremely unbeatable price for a replacement for only a few hundred dollars where I would have to pay thousands somewhere else.Would absolutely come back here for any repair/service needed for my car and anytime someone asks for a great shop to get their car done I ll point them here.

I stopped in at 4pm when unexpectedly my fan blower stopped working in the front half of my Traverse. It was my only day off, and I needed it fixed by 6am the next morning to drive to work. They were able to diagnose and repair by 830pm. I know they stayed extra late for me that night, and I'm forever grateful. It was my 2nd time here, and if needed, I'll always choose Jeff's. Thank you!
