First time going to this shop and it was a great experience! Everyone is friendly, great work, and great prices. I brought my used truck I had just purchased to them and asked if they could look at some concerns I had. They kept me up to date on the repairs the whole time they had my truck. Now my truck runs great, no more wheel shaking, and I'm super happy!

Jay's is always great at getting our vehicles in and doing good work. We've had all our oil changes through them (to keep our warranty), tire rotations, brakes, and a new windshield. All were quick and reasonably priced, and when our brand new windshield had a piece of rubber come loose and start flapping in the wind, they were able to get us in right away and take care of it at no charge. The parking lot is really difficult to navigate, but they do good work.

LOOK HERE BEST in Midland! Now that I have your attention...let me share with you my experience at Jay's Auto. They fixed my Jeep & put tires on my camper!! As a newbie to the area, I was told this shop had the best mechanics around, I was not disappointed. They were honest about my repairs & respectful when explaining the work. Also fair with their price every time. If you need a reliable mechanic in the future, CALL THESE GUYS! Tell them Panda sent ya!

From this day forward they will be the only place I go to for repairs or anything. Honestly the best service I have ever got and less then half the price of anywhere else even when told the price of other places before quoting me. Honest stand up guy. It good to know A hand shake and a smile still means something.

Jay s went above and beyond to make sure that our car s wheel bearings were done right and within the time frame promised. Great quality service and awesome people. Highly recommended!

Were new to Midland Michigan so I asked at our local 7-11 for a auto mechanic both the girls said Jay's. I went for a oil change to check out Jay's very friendly staff honest and a fair price. Advised me that I may need a new oil pan as it has rusted up. Jason said maybe on the next oil change so we don't run into a more serious issue. We have seen more rust lately so I'm sure this advice is legit. Not just trying to change parts that are not needed. I would recommend Jay's for your auto repairs.

Highly recommended by Ralleye Auto who directed me to use Jay for my Cayenne repair.... His crew always has the job done within a day and far more affordable than my Porsche dealer

I pulled in to Jay's about 10 minutes before close when my car started hesitating and shuddering on my way out of Midland headed to Mt. Pleasant. I had never been to Jay's before, and I was very, very pleasantly surprised. Jason diagnosed the problem right away, swapped out the faulty part with one he had on hand, and I was on my way in less than 15 minutes. I will definitely return when I need repairs again!! Listen up folks if you have an issue with your ride take it here because I can assure you it will be done right. Jason and his team know there stuff. You can drop it off or wait there's a subway across the street too. They are really nice people who are fair.

Got new tires they didn't put new value stems now I'm paying someone else to do it they tried to charge me more than the original price don't go there

Outstanding service!! Thank you Jay for taking care of me on a Saturday when you weren't even open. Found out there was a nail in my tire and he patched it up and aired me all up and didn't try to push anything on me. I appreciate you!

Took the wife's trailblazer in to get checked out because it sounded like it was about to die. We took it for a ride, within 30 seconds he figured out the problem, AND fixed it. Really helped a guy out when i was down n out, best $20 ive ever spent. Happy wife, happy life lol.

I have called a total of 46 times in the past month to take my car in this place was highly recommended by a friend I'm extremely disappointed every time I called her mailbox is full and no one answers. I would love to change this rating....
