Rich was really nice and helpful. Went above and beyond to say the least and was still charged $300 for my rear windshield. Very pleased and highly recommend. Cheaper than Safelite. Just saying.

Needed a front windshield replaced after a rock cracked it too badly for a simple glue repair. The Midland folks came with BOTH styles of glass for my year truck in case what i thought was the correct style windshield wasn't. That's proactive which i appreciated as 'great work.' Shopping around for this, I also found their prices were better than what I would have had to pay in the 'big city' - where I expected a lower price due to more competition. Who says that 'little towns' don't have 'big city' services?Way to go Glass Doctor of Midland Michigan!I'm officially a fan.Photo was before the replacement. Very happy with the job the Glass Doctor did. Replaced the glass in a large picture window. Lowest bid. Very professional. Cleaned up and left us with a beautiful replacement. Highly recommended

George's was as professional, polite, knowledgeable,prompt and well dressed as anyone could ask for.David did both the quote and installation. He answered any question I had and always stayed at task. Basically it only took him 20 minutes once the frame was removed to replace the glass and start installing it back into the window casing. He did 7 windows in 3 1/2 hours.This process was done at a fraction of the cost of replacing the entire window. My casings and frames where in very good shape and this allowed me to keep them. I could not be more pleased with the results or the personnel.

I called many different glass companies to fix our window and they said they couldn t. I called Glass Doctor, they came out quickly, put a replacement window in until ours could be fixed. Once completed, they contacted us, Jeff came out and put the window back in. He was professional, helpful and personable. I totally recommend Glass Doctor and will use them again if needed.

Every day I am reminded of what a great job David and his helper did in replacing the glass in one of our living room windows. No longer do we have a cloudy view of the world. you would never know the replacement is not a Mid-century original. We called for a piece of glass for our dining room table and they came out within 3 days, measured, gave us a price and delivered the glass within 7 days. It s a large table 4 x9 great price and service. I seldom give recommendations, but, for your glass needs give them a call.

This place is AWESOME!-Quick Work-Affordable-Quality Glass-HelpfulI've had 2 jobs with them (1 mirror, 1 large sheet of glass for walk-in-shower) and both came out awesome. I can't recommend them enough. Skip the big box or online vendors, shop local! Possible negative is that you usually have to leave a message and then Roger will call back (out on deliveries, install, etc..). He has always returned my calls quickly. This is not a big deal to me but, could be for some people. Overall: 5 star, highly recommend!

I had an 1988 Ford truck, everywhere local was trying to charge upwards of $400 for a $150 windshield +labor. Called glass doctor they came out a few days after completed for $250 within the hour(possibly even sooner) instillation man was very professional and nice would reccomend!

I wanted a small, rectangular mirror to put on top of my glasses case. I called, gave him the measurements, and told him to grind the edges (which he already would have done). I expected to have to pick it up, but he said he would deliver it. It was a small job, roughly $14.00, but it was perfect. and he delivered. I will absolutely return to him for any mirrors I want in the future!Great job! Very happy customer...

Roger has done a great job for us on several projects. He worked with us to create custom glass inserts for our front door which turned out great; insulated double panes made out of ribbon glass to match the mid-century style of our home. He did some custom work installing a dog door into a full lite storm door. He replaced several screens on some casement windows. Would definitely recommend and will be going back for all our glass needs.

Grateful for this community focused company. Our local soup kitchen needed plexiglass for a volunteer project to provide a barrier between the food and the people.Glass Doctor happily donated the plexiglass for this project!Thank you for your generosity Glass Doctor!!!

Came to measure and never ended up calling me back. Forgot about me too the first day he was supposed to come out. I'm not one to write bad reviews either but how do you just forget? And forget to call back??

Called to get a customer's window replaced. Miss measured the window...twice. Then when repair man showed up he broke the window before installing it. Said they would refund my money and haven't yet. It's been 4 months. Don't deserve even one star. WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER TRIED TO DO BUSINESS WITH IN 24 YEARS OPERATING MY COMPANY! AWFUL, LIARS AND INCOMPETENT IN MY OPINION.
