Received my bike back with broken parts in place of what used to be OEM parts with less then 5k miles on them. and the repair took months on something russ said himself would take 2 hours tops. I can't help but feel coned the entire time the upsell on parts was astounding I did the math roughly 260% upsell on o rings and. I checked this trough RevZilla with the OEM price. Cross threaded out my rear jack stand peg mounts when putting the bolts in. Overall not impressed I'll go to a professional motorcycle shop and pay the little extra or quality next time.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I have brought my bike in a couple of times to Gearheads. I have nothing negative to say about the owner or the repairs on my bike. It is truly amazing work that has been done to my bike every time I bring it in and hasn't run better since then!!! I would always recommend coming here for bike repairs because the quality of work is amazing and pricing isn't bad at all!Services: Carburetor cleaning, Electrical repair, Brake service & repair, Oil change

Absolutely spectacular service! I was born with no fingers on my left hand and they custom fabricated a clutch lever for me that s made it much safer and easier to ride my motorcycle. Not only did they do this difficult custom job but they did it quickly and for a good price. I cannot sing their praises loudly enough as I searched for nearly an entire year for someone to help me with this with no luck until I found Gearheads. Super helpful and knocked it out in a couple days. Highly recommend!

I trust Russ (owner) to work on my horse and make repairs. He's a rare breed mechanic. No motorcycle will come down off his lift until it's road ready and worthy.

Stay away from Russell! He's a con artist! I brought my bike to him to have him fix a small clicking nose in my gear box week after week of excuses he tore my bike apart and couldnt figure out how to get it back together then asked me for my credit card # toborder some used transmission from another stateI said Id come amd Id pick the bike up, when I showed up he demanded I pay him $250 and refused to give me my back bike, afterwards police got involced only to find out he had it torn apart in pieces for which later at another bike shop they found pieces missing and he actually damaged my entine severely by test running it "WITHOUT OIL"!! NOW I need to replace the damn engine.Stay away from him! He's a conartist and a crook!Service: Engine repair

Not exactly happy as asked for timing to be set on my motorcycle got pushed way back then was told i needed parts that where working when dropped off then he wanted my bike for parts by the end of the deal when i got tired of waiting i was charged 2 hours for removal of cover and fly wheel when it only took me about 20 minutes and timing was never touched

Had a bike in there for two weeks, he didn't even touch it, couldn't get ahold of him for nothing, finally got the bike out of there and took it to John Speaker he had fixed the problem in 5 minutes. Instead of GearHeads this place should be called knuckleheads
