My experience is wonderful. They came 100+miles picked up my equinox and performed a repair on the paint and changed oil and returned my car all fixed. And the people were very nice to work with.

As always Garber provided me with great service and my car was in and out quickly for it's servicing. They helped me figure out a key issue as well. Also saw our sales agent, Tyler and he was attentive as always and so friendly!

Garber's service dept staff are friendly and explain exactly what needs to be done. I had a warranty to cover the work so I can't comment on cost. I received a shuttle home so I didn't have to sit in a waiting room while my car was worked on. The whole process was expedient and efficient. I couldn't be more pleased.

Very positive car buying experience at Garber's in Midland. Charlie and Josh were friendly and professional. Charlie did a nice job of having the truck ready and was able to answer any questions I had about it. Josh finished up the transaction by making the financing process very easy. We'll definitely look at buying future vehicles from this dealership.

Wonderful customer service! I was due for service on my vehicle and needed to take my newborn with me. I planned on being there about an hour to an hour and a half for the service and brought everything I needed for a feeding with my baby. Once there, they got me right into the waiting room and brought the paperwork out to me to sign. They told me it would take about an hour to complete the work. I got situated and started feeding my baby. The service advisor came out and gave me timely updates and within a half hour he stated they were nearly done. I had time to pack up my baby into the car seat and and the car was ready to go. Can t thank them enough for getting me in and out quickly

I established an outstanding rapport with my salesman. I am typically skeptical of a new salesman. I've been buying or leasing a new vehicle every two or three years. I'm 71 years old to give you an idea about how long I've been doing this. Chad Husen gained my trust soon after meeting him. Kudos to him and the entire staff of yours that I dealt with.I have been a dedicated customer at a competing dealership for many years.I won't mention their name out of respect for them. But Garber Chevrolet of Midland has my undying loyalty.From here forward.

Terrible experience. I had an appointment for 10 am. They knew I was coming from an hour and half away. Asked for a loaner was told they did not have loaners. Go figure it is a dealership. When I showed up the guy informed us he knew we came from tawas and would get us in as soon as possible so we weren't waiting there all day. After an hour and half my vehicle was still in the spot I left it in the parking lot. A lady asked to check on status, said we know status we can see it hasn't moved. She talked to automotive manager he then came in and said oh well, there is a phone number on the paperwork so I thought you was leaving it and coming back later. How can we leave it when it was the only vehicle we drove here. Doesn't make sense to drive 2 vehicles down when gas is 3.30 a gallon. You told us we couldn't get a loaner, so how are we getting anywhere. The manager looked lost, a deer in the headlights. He said he would get our van back there right now. Another 5 minutes and it still hadn't moved. So when we walked up to cancel the appointment a guy took off in our van and we told them to bring it back. We did not do service with your company. Nor we will probably do future business with you either. No one wants to sit in a shop for hours, especially when that business cannot keep appointment times. Four people came in after us and left before the thought of our van getting to it's appointment

After scheduling 2 times for oil change and transmission repair, I ve been told they can t do both on the same day. Second time they did you look at it, after I said , you re the one that scheduled it. Problem: when starting out in 1st gear, UP HILL, truck has trouble shifting into 2nd. They said, they did not know of a HILL. So he drove it around a flat parking lot. Could not find problem.Strange, I can think of 2 hills within 3/4 of a mile. I don t think he could find a flat tire on this own car if someone told him which side it was on. With a little imagination he could have created his own hill right there in the garage.I ve bought GM for 60 years. And I will buy another. What do you think the odds are it ll be from Garber, if my transmission is not fixed?

The folks at service center were polite and helpful. Have bad experience with Colorado zr2 I purchased there and felt GM never took responsibility for a problem with transmission. Dealer could have helped support me better. Will never buy from them or GM again.

My husband and I Ron Wascher bought a vehicle from Garber Chevrolet sales was very well and took care of us very decent. I would not recommend their service department whatsoever. They completely suck the worst experience I ve ever had two times with Garber Chevrolet service department out of a scale of 1 to 10 satisfaction I would give them A -10 they are completely terrible would not recommend them nor would I do any more business with Garber Chevrolet service department. They are the worst.

I was very pleased with Garber Chevrolet Body Shop Team. Even though I haven't had much time to enjoy my Equinox since I received it back. Snow storm happened. I was very pleased with the work and with the friendliness of Kathleen and Barb in the Body Shop Office. They were the Bomb!!

Handled professionally but with normal interaction. A few days later I realized thst I needed to have my tires rotated. When I called to schedule,I was told that it was done when the oil chg was done, saving me time n money.

Had an appointment on a Wednesday morning. Was getting oil change, tires rotated, replace coolant sensor/overflow jug, and replace batteries. At the end of the day, no one contacted me. I called and was told truck never was started.Was called the next day asking me why my truck wouldn't start. I told them that is why it was there. They expected to get ti done before 4pm. Once again, no one called me, and they were closed by the time I tried to call them myself.Now it is Friday, and FINALLY I am told what is being done and the estimate. They hoped to get it done before the weekend. Of course, no one called me, so I called them at 4pm. They said it was finishing up and they would send a shuttle to pick me up in 30m.I pick up the truck after 5pm. The touch screen and radio are unresponsive. I let them know, and then tried to power it on and off a few times. It started to work. As I am headed home, I check the tire air sensors, and they show tires are low. Went to Discount Tire for air check. They filled them all, and I saw that the tire sensors were also NOT reset. They did it for me for free. As they are filling tires with air, they tell me my left headlight is out. That is where the battery is that was replaced. It was fine before service.I call Saturday morning and they tell me they will check it out immediately. I complained about them not doing the full job for the tire rotation and they just shrugged it off. After about 15m, they found the headlight was unplugged.This place will get work done, but there is always something else wrong or unexpected that occurs. This is NOT a one-time thing. These types of things happen EVERY time they do work. This is the closest dealer to me. I use reward points to help pay for service and it can only be used at a dealer. If there was a dealer just as close to me, I would DEFINITELY choose them over this one.Do not recommend if you have another garage that you trust.Services: Auto battery replacement, Auto engine diagnostic, Tire rotations, Oil change

Heated steering wheel installation very welcoming and caring for my needs. Went beyond and above to make sure what i wanted was done quick and efficiently. Did the job faster than the time was giving. Highly recommend this dealership for any car maintenance

I am disappointed with the service I received. I scheduled service(misaligned steering wheel and a clunking noise in the front suspension) and an oil change ahead of time on a brand new vehicle I purchased. I was clear that I drive nearly 2 hours to this dealer.Once there, Candelario mentioned my specific requests were already in the system and got to work on the oil change. 2 hours later he said they would need to reschedule looking at the other issues so as not to waste my time . It feels like a waste of time driving so far for only an oil change after having an appointment.
