These guys are awesome. I went in to see if I needed to get my tire replaced and they reassured me that I was fine and I should be good for another few months. I would definitely recommend this place.

They are always so helpful! They offer a wide range of services here. I have purchased tires here several times over the years and have always been very happy with my service. They have the best tires for the lowest prices. I always call all the local shops and ask for prices first, and always wind up at Discount because they have the best prices. The free tire maintenance for the life of your tires (rotation, fix a flat, etc) is what seals the deal for me!

They got me in on short notice, however:I was continuously pressured to buy four tires even though I had already expressed multiple times that I can t afford all four at this time.They decided to look for used tires, that I would have had to pay for, to install on my vehicle EVEN THOUGH ID ALREADY EXPRESSED I CANT AFFORD MORE THAN WHAT I WAS QUOTED FOR THE TWO.I was then pressured into applying for their credit card after I d already expressed that that wasn t an acceptable avenue for me.Then to top it off, they gave me the wrong quote and I ended up paying MORE than what I was quoted over the phone, which left a dent in my budget.I watched them do the same thing to a gentleman that walked in after me.They then told me my car was ready, pulled it half way out and pulled it back in. I ll probably take my car to the dealership I bought it from next time. At least the quotes are spot on and they don t pressure me into ANYTHING when I go to them for oil changes.

I don't live in Midland but drove in for my kid's hockey game. My car was shaking on the freeway because my home tire shop didn't balance my tires right. I brought it to this Discount Tire and the staff was very friendly and helpful, got me in and out quickly, balanced my tires perfectly, and I even made it to my kid's game on time! Thank you - 5 stars!

Great location and great people, they were quick and did a very good job on my tire installation even though I had a tricky situation. I went to a few other locations previously and this is by far the best.

I was stuck on the side of the road. I never even called them, he was helping someone else and offered to get me on the road and jumped my car. Excellent costumer service!

Busy place, so it was slow during my visit. Sales guys contradict each other as to what they have available and sad to hear how much they try to take advantage of people.My interior door handle had come disconnected internally (which I had mentioned to them). After I had left, I realized that whomever had moved it must not have gotten that message and decided to pull on the handle until it broke. I will not visit this location, again.They also broker the door panel. So, their mechanical inability cost me $40 in parts plus labor

These guys have the best customer service and are always willing to go the extra step to make sure you are informed about your tires conditions and explain the best option for you. Not to mention the deals they have to offer are hard to beat. I appreciate the time Erik took to go over everything with me at the same time working with efficiency. He made sure everything was done quickly and at their best. Thanks!

We stopped in at 10:30 on a snowy morning. There were no other customers in the waiting room. They cheerfully told us an hour would be plenty of time to replace all four tires. Came back an hour later, the place was packed and our car was parked right where we'd left it. They hadn't even started on it yet. They told is to go get lunch. We'd just gone for breakfast during the first hour they had it. We weren't that hungry. Only after we told them to cancel the sale did they take the car into the bay, swearing it would only be twenty minutes. It wasn't much longer than that, but why tell us an hour and then make us wait two? We weren't the only angry customers in the waiting room and it seems to be a common complaint here on Google. I hope the owners are paying attention.

Can t say enough good things about Discount Tire. My rental car took a screw, probably on the mess that is Patrick Road. Well, I made an appointment for Friday at 8:45 am. Arrived about a half hour early and the took me in right away. Checked the treads on the tires and removed the screw and patched the tire within 45 minutes. Best part is they didn t even charge me for the patch! Staff was super friendly, efficient, and professional. Highly recommend!

Allen, Ryan, and the whole crew are amazing there. UPS only delivered 3 out of 4 tires for my appointment. Allen and the team busted tail to get another tire. Had me in and out in no time. TALK ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! This team is second to none period. Only place to get tires in Midland period.

Very friendly and quick service. Rick gave me several options for tires and was professional. Bought a new set of tires and was in and out in under an hour! Lost a star because tires were not inflated evenly or to the proper PSI, which is very important. Definitely will return, however unless shown pressure is correct before leaving I will be checking my tire pressure.

Don't trust their quotes on tires. Was quoted $320 for 4 tires today and was suggested to come in same day to get it done. When I got there an hour later they didn't have the tires they quoted me for, and was left with the choice of driving on some unsafe tires or pay $475 for the next step up. The service was quick enough, and the tires are good, but I will not be doing business here again. THEY WILL LIE TO YOU ON TIRE QUOTES.

Midland MI Discount tire always exceeds my expectations! They always have the best price and quickest, professional service! Highly recommend!! *UPDATE* I was just there today Dec 12th 2023 and insulted and belittled by the store manager!? I have always bought my tires from Discount but no more and I will insure everyone I know will not do business there again! I have never dealt with this particular manager before and after being accused of "getting loud" and having my manhood questioned he wanted to continue to argue with me!? I was offered an apology and 2 free tires but customer respect means more to me apparently than to Discount tire and so I refused both! Never again will I nor my farm do business there again! They should be ashamed of themselves!

They were very quick and friendly. Helped me change over to my new wheels and my summer tires for a darn good price at $20 a wheel. They also replaced my bad tire pressure sensors, all in about half an hour.My only complaint is that they didn't fill the tires with quite enough air, but that was a simple fix.

Their Midland location is small, with only 3 bays to service vehicles and a tight parking lot, but their service makes any inconvenience well worth it. These guys are always polite and prompt. I have bought tires for my entire family's cars here at one point or another in the past, and my loyalty is paid back by extras like rotating the tires on my newer truck ( with o.e.m. tires) for no charge. Getting something for nothing is rare these days and is appreciated. Prices are on par with competitors. I wouldn't consider buying tires anywhere else personally.

Trying to help a stranded citizen off the side of the road. He had a spare but it was flat and bead was off. Exhausted after 4 stops to different gas stations Trying to help this poor guy we figured we would try the saganaw rd location in midland. So I watched as an employee walked past him with air hose in hand telling him to ask a manager because he didn't "feel safe" airing back on bead. Manager walked over and told guy it would be an hour wait. Also did not "feel safe"? WOW! To be clear there were no chords showing nor was the tire weather cracked. No way would I take any business to that establishment. I would recommend BellTire though. They helped and refused to take any money. Do your part. Just because you are not selling a tire you have a choice to be a decent human being. Guy was offering 10 bucks to help him. If I were the owner of that establishment I would be highly disappointed in the customer service they represent to local customers.

SOOOO helpful and amazing service. Helped me with getting the correct tires after finding out that I have weird rim size (manufactures fault) and have been looking at the wrong tires the whole time. They also changed the tires super fast. That was just an added plus.

In my experience this location has great service, speed, and quality of work. Filipe was able to get me in same day and answered my questions with good level of detail. I did not feel rushed by anyone to get to the next customer, and the employees were very polite. Will be coming back again.P.S. Mancino's in next door, so...that's a plus. Pizza is always good, right?

I was visiting Midland and needed tires. Found on their site that they had 4 of the ones that I really wanted (which was impressive because they were higher performance 18" ones). Anyway, booked an appointment online late Saturday night for Monday morning at 10am. I showed up at 9:45 and before I even got out of the car, an employee was walking out and asked if I was Paul. I said yes, and he said pull it on it. I was out of there at 10:15! Blew me away. Amazing
