After an accident on my wife's car left us needing body work done, we both were lost on where to go. Every other business that I called was scheduling within 4-6 months out. During the first call to Troy from my wife, she was treated with nothing but respect. Then when I called, I was treated with the same level of respect and he truly earned our business. Plus he was only about 2 months out. Our vehicle looks great and you wouldn't even know that our vehicle was hit. 10/10 will recommend everyone that needs body work to him.

I seen the work they do and I had an expectation but they did not do quality work on my car and did not fix the mistakes they made, they didn t put my hood on right and 2 toned my car, I would not go to this business if you want quality work, they do not fix mistakes they make. They wrote the estimate and did cheap work on my car instead of doing the proper work and re estimating. Half effort work.They did say they would fix it but I would have to pay for them to fix the mistakes they made.

This is the first time I've used Centennial or any auto repair since I've moved to Midland. Have not had repairs done yet but just want to say the gentlemen that work here are true gentlemen. Tow truck dropped me off and left and it was found that my car should not be driven. I was discouraged because I called for car rentals (no rental insurance) and the cheapest I was quoted was 545.00 a week. And with the body shops backed up for months.....They took the time to call a car rental company, I knew nothing of a insurance company discount ,even if you don't have rental insurance,....and found me a deal for $25.00 a day. They drove me to the car rental place on their lunch hour and waited with me. Found that the rental company was completely sold out (even upgrades) and a car would be available for me 4 days from now. I booked the car and then the driver drove me all the way home. Yesterday was fathers day...the second with out mine. I hope I don't sound condescending because we were all about the same age .....but I felt like I was taken care of, like a father cares for their daughter. I am thoroughly gratefull. And I truly hope this gentleman got his lunch too. I managed customer service for years and this has already been outstanding service. I highly recommend....Im sure I chose well!Services: Painting, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

They did an amazing job on our car. We had someone back into our car and drive away so we called them and they fixed our car back up to looking brand new in 4 days. I definitely suggest going here for good quality work.

Dale Martin of Rallye Import sent us to Troy at Centennial after my Mini-Cooper "lost" in the game of "Rock, Driveway, Car." They performed excellent work in a very timely fashion. However, the damage done by a deer this summer was far more extensive. This time repairs took much longer for the many parts to come in due to shipping delays. Once again, the repaired car looks and drives like brand new. Furthermore, they are great guys to work with.Service: Body & Trim

I had an appointment scheduled the first week of August .This was set up for about a month .I dropped the truck off Monday morning to have my bed sides repaired. I hadn't heard anything all week I assumed he was working on it . Thursday night I get an email not a phone call email saying that the parts hadn't showed up and was unable to fix my truck by Friday . If he would have ordered the bed sides in the previous 4 weeks of waiting we wouldn't have had this problem. This is the worst customer service I have ever had . I am never taking another veichle here .
