Took my car in for service to a simple service, but soon learned it would be more challenging than I thought. Josh and his team took great care of me and gave thorough explanations of the process, to make sure that everything was done correctly. They had extreme punctuality and held up their promise to keep me on schedule for my day! Great work!

Once again the outstanding Midland team came to the rescue! I found a buyer for my current vehicle and had only a couple of days to sell. They expedited getting my valet tires back from warehouse and changed just in the nick of time! Excellent, friendly service far exceeding expectations! Everyone works closely together. I'll never take my car anywhere else for any service they provide. Thanks again Midland team!!!!! Doug Shewchuck.

They were the best prices in town. Had them do multiple things on my vehicle. Brand new tires, control arms, an alignment, and an oil change. Great customer service. They also do a military discount where many stores don't any longer. I highly recommend them.

I had 4 new tires put on this week & now my car rides perfectly again. As a female I was a little worried because I know nothing when it comes to vehicles. I did not feel taken advantage of in any way. Every single person to help me was incredibly helpful in every way, I was updated throughout the entire process, & after finding out that I in fact needed an alignment they cut me a great deal. Super thankful for these guys at the midland location! I will be a returning customer again & again!

We had a tire fail just before a long cross country trip. They were able to get tires that fit in over night and had us on our way by noon the next day. The price was reasonable too!

Went in this morning for a front end alignment reading/fix. Adam W my salesman was beyond great with me. He did an amazing job breaking things down for me to understand, took his time and went out of his way to help me out. Definitely will be coming back and definitely suggest you give this place a try.

Needed to get a tire fixed that had a nail in it. Josh and all the staff were friendly and professional. They took us as a walk-in and were quick and efficient. They fixed the tire and when it came time to pay, we got a Merry Christmas, no charge. Customer for life. Kindness gets rewarded.

My tires were low due to the cold winter temps this week. I came by to fill them up on my lunch today and one of the employees, I didn t catch his name, offered to pump them with air for me and said I could sit in my car to stay warm. I wasn t expecting any help when I stopped to get air so this was very nice and very unexpected. I think he went above and beyond and I appreciate his help a lot!

Terrible. Scheduled alignment and tire rotation. When they rotated the tires they didn t reprogram the tire sensors to the proper positions so when my sensor battery died they changed the wrong one. They messed up my alignment and I had to pay another shop to redo it within 9 months. Now my tires are worn unevenly. I would never recommend anyone to go there.

They always are SO nice & quick, and the last time i took it there for a flat tire, they didn t charge me(which really helped me out for the week) very reliable !! :)

While I was visiting in Midland I took my car in to Belle Tire to have a tire with a slow leak repaired and an oil change. The technician discovered several issues with my car that I was completely unaware of. William was very concerned and explained each thing clearly to me. This morning I called with another question. Adam was very professional and also gave me detailed information regarding the necessary repairs. I am so very thankful for the employees at Midland's Belle Tire. This team obviously cares about their customers' safety!Many thanks to each of you!

Excellent customer service by Midland Belle Tire after other location ordered and installed summer tires going into Michigan winter. Noticed the tread difference and brought the issue to Savy at Belle Tire Midland. Savy provided excellent and timely customer service to resolve the error on the incorrect tires being ordered and installed. Luckily he had the correct set of all season tires in stock and fit me in right on the spot to swap out tires without charging me the extra difference between the tires. Would definitely recommend the midland belle tire location to friends and family. Will only be using this location in the future. Thanks Savy, please forward to your management. Appreciate your help!

Got a flat last night after I ran something over. Called Belle Tire this morning to see about getting a patch. John told me they re very busy but I could drop the car off or just the wheel and tire and they could call me when it s ready. When I got there the lot was so packed there weren t any parking spaces. They had a lot of work lined up. Dropped the wheel and tire off around 9:20 AM and they called me at 9:50 to let me know it was done already! Also, they didn t charge me a dime! Top notch service! I highly recommend them!

Better than your typical tire service station. Belle Tire has quality and knowledgeable employees who can actually help. They offer financing for installation, struts, tires, free alignment check and more. Come to Midland Belle Tire if you like great service you can rely on.

Mike was awesome! super friendly and made the whole ordeal very painless. I had just come from a local dealership where I had to make an appointment 2 weeks prior. they diagnosed the issue, but they said they had to order me a new tire, nobody s got time for that after having to wait for 2 weeks for an appointment. I drove to Belle Tire and Mike was able to get me in and back on the road with no appointment, and a new tire In less then an hour. Thanks Mike!!

Got 4 new tires, all came back with valve stem leaks, had to go back 3 times before they fixed them. Should be easy for a tire place the first time around let alone 3 tries. After another bad experience I said I'd never go back, then some time later needed tires again and thought well they should be able to handle just 4 tires, so tried again. They didnt say anything about a 100 dollar warranty and just put it on the bill, then said the car was done but when I got there it wasn't and had to come back the next day. Always a clown show with these guys, done with them for sure.

Free tire repair, free inspections, and the friendliest service around! Best prices on tires by a long shot, and they never try to run the bill up and gauge like some other mechanic shops. Great place to go for any vehicular service you need!

I worked with Dylan over at Belle Tire after obtaining sidewall damage to my tire and needing to replace all of my tires. I was a pain in the butt customer. I was looking at independent reviews of tires and even asked if they could order a set in for me. He told me the tires I wanted fit my objective was and had tires ordered in and I had my car back in less than 24 hours. Not a fun situation but Belle Tire and Dylan made it better. I didn't feel rushed or like I was an inconvenience

My experience was good. I took my car in for loud noises, ABS light and traction control light. I had to have the brakes done as well as a wheel bearing and broken spring replacement. Their labor is kind of expensive but to me it is worth it as I know they re trust worthy. They got everything fixed up for me and were good about communicating. Everyone was very friendly as well which I appreciate because I m sure they deal with a lot of upset people.My only complaint is that throughout the process I spoke with multiple people and often times they would have no recollection or understanding of what was previously discussed with another staff member. Most likely just poor note taking within their ticketing system. Wasn t a big deal but definitely something that could be improved.

Drop the car off at 9 am.. I didn't get it back till 2ish.. but everything was done properly, so I guess just the wait sucked

I was in dire need of 4 tires ASAP and was so pleased that Belle Tire could get me in for service right away. The waiting time was almost exactly what the had quoted. They discovered something on my car that needed replacing and came to waiting room to discuss with me and give me a quote. I highly recommend Belle Tire!

Have always been happy with service at the Midland Belle Tire. This experience was no different. Needed an alignment and sales staff, along with alignment tech Nate were very helpful addressing my concerns. Nate/staff shared with me exactly what was adjusted to ensure complete understanding in obtaining that proper alignment.

I stopped in because I had a slow leak in one of my tires. They were able to squeeze me in. They told me it would be about an hour and a half wait and considering that they squeezed me in I had no problem with that decided to go shopping for a bit next door. My shopping trip only took me about 30 minutes and when I got back they told me they were done. They also told me it was free of charge. They were absolutely amazing and I am very grateful!
