I came in to replace the clips that hold in my rear light housing on both sides. There was nothing in stock that was specifically for my Jeep Patriot. The manager (Melissa) came out and helped pull out one of the broken off clips so we could find the proper match. She then put them in for me. I couldn t thank her enough for her help!

Employee who helped me was absolutely rude when I asked if they had hest turner knobs and said we don t get that here probably because of how old that stuff is problem is he said it with an absolutely rude attitude! And was rude all around

Always a pleasure using AutoZone. You can borrow tools when you need them. They always have what you need and if they don't they will get them. Prices are very reasonable on their parts to quality is great.

Came to the store after 6 pm on 1/11/23, to buy parts for our 2005 Chevy truck, no heat, removed housing and saw we needed new blower motor, resistor and pigtail connector. Brought in old the parts ( which the store graciously accepted for disposal) and was assured the resistor was the correct part although it had less mounting openings then the old part. Questioned this fact but was told by sales person it will definitely work.Well, he was incorrect, it did not. So when I drove back to the store to return the part , the young sales lady was ready to grab another. ( by the previous sales person we where told they only handle 2 resistors, one for manual and one for auto air, we have manual), when the young lady was about to grab the other part, told her it wouldn t work either. She became very curt and short upon completing the return.Won t return, staff should know that after market parts will not always work and if they realize they don t have the part, they should say so then wasting our time and gas.

auto zone is great, they were VERY HELPFUL! bought bulbs for my tail lights and the gentlemen installed them for me . i REALLY appreciate their service. from now on i will ONLY shop at AUTO ZONE. prices are fair and the service is OUTSTANDING. THEY ARE THE BEST... THANK YOU AUTO ZONE!

Had a great experience with the manager Ashley, a young man came out and tested our battery, and it was determined that it needed to be replaced. The young man seemed new and possibly not as knowledgeable as to where to locate the battery on our car, but Ashley stepped up and was able to locate it under the back seats. Ashley showed me which battery would be the best for my daughters car and she removed the old battery and installed the new battery by herself. we were on our way in no time. Very Friendly, knowledgeable and Great customer service.Thank you Ashley!!

They are great employees !! My mother who is 90 years old needed windshield wipers put on her vehicle and they were wonderful to help her don't know there names but it was a young woman and man who did this for us .they work a the store in midland mi. Beside the wendys at fast food place. We would like to thank them so much for there services.

Never going back here. Went to see if I could get my battery tested and get a replacement. The guy (Trevor) had zero customer service skills. I asked a million questions on how to install it and if I could do it myself (I obviously had no clue what I was doing). He was zero help and sent me on my way. Come to find out, Autozone installs new batteries. This was never offered, he was lazy and rude.

Travis helped me find an exact touch-up paint for my son's Corolla! He also took the time to show me a sandpaper that I needed for preparation. Excellent customer service. Another gentleman was working as well, I didn't catch his name. It appeared that he was actually helping a woman by taking her battery out and replacing it with a new one!!!Wow! Fantastic! Ps this was at the Joe Mann Blvd. location.

Really great customer service. Not only did the gentleman help my 16 tear old find the right wipers, but he also installed them and showed her how to use her wiper fluid button, because she thought it was broken. Very happy overall.

The guys that work at the midland location are turning away customers telling customers they can't help them find things in the stor nor could they do diagnostics for my car when I politely asked them for help I was denied their assistance I don't know much about cars... but I do know customer service and sales and I know enough to say the guys that work at this location r lazy and they r deterring customers away in my mind that is loosing $$ for your company.... BTW it was only me a woman and your workers there while I asked for assistance and was denied.... is this discrimination

Went in to get my battery checked/replaced since it died twice recently. I was told that my battery was working just fine and that it didn t need to be replaced. No, I did not leave any lights on or anything. My battery died again a few days later because it needs to be REPLACED.

Went there to pick up stuff to do an oil change and brakes pads tonight. The young kid that was working was either not happy to be at work tonight or he just flat out hated his job. Guy had no customer service didn't respond to to hello how are you and didn't respond to thanks have a great night and in between that it wasn't a good experience. I work in customer service I get it you have a bad day don't take it out on the customer. We can always go to advanced or O'rileys auto parts. Only reason I will go back is because I have 10 bucks to use from the oil purchase after that it's anywhere else but there

I am pretty upset with this place. I came in there last week and bought a passenger seat light bulb. The guy that was working I would say about 6'2 240lbs. He said that he had 40 minutes left before they closed and that he couldn't install my light. He barley even put his hands in there to see if he could get it to even work. I find this customer service very awful when I spend $100s of dollars there each year.!! I will not be coming back now over what he did. I also will relocate somewhere else now with my money.

I wish I would have gotten the gentlemens name that had helped me this evening, I was very impressed and will be back to auto zone for my car care needs. I got anti freeze and was just casually explaining to him why I needed it. He offered to come outside in the 10 degree cold while it was snowing to help me further diagnose what may be going on with my car. He checked to see if my car had too much oil in addition to multiple other things under the hood, going above and beyond would be an understatement. Thank you very much sir for taking the time to do all of this. The least I could do was give you guys a 5 star review.

I appreciate this Autozone because it has exactly what I need. I went in seeking car wax and interior paint- who knew I would leave spending about $100 and with an armful of supplies? The selection is incredible and I doubt that I will ever go anywhere else by choice. Ten different paints for an interior console? Check. Twenty different types of car waxes? Check. I was just incredibly impressed because I thought I was going to have to get online for the exact interior paint that I was looking for but man, there it was, sitting right on the shelf, allowing me to complete my project that very day.

My left headlight went out on my Chevy Cobalt today, so I Googled how to change the bulb and then went to AutoZone for the bulb. The cool thing is they allowed me to use their tools to replace it,-- because sadly I didn't have the tools at home. They are nothing but helpful and things are once again looking pretty bright...

The guy that was in there today with no customers didn't want to help at all didn't care about what I needed or if he could help me today was not a very good visit I've had better ones in the past today was definitely not a good visit

Walked in and stood at the counter for five mins without being helped. But they kept helping people that came in after me. Phones ringing off the hook and didn't even bother to answer. How hard is it to answer and put the customer on hold, or even take thier number and call them back?
