A while ago I had to replace a headlight and the connector part was broken, so I just took it from my brights light on that side and the guy in another store told me that they didn't make that part anymore and I would have to use this other kind where I'd have to splice wires together and I was like I'm not going to do that.WELL.I stopped in this store, and I explained what the other guy had told me and the workers here laughed and were like "that's completely false I can order one for you today from myThe two guys working there were actually nice and helpful and didn't make me feel stupid (Which is hard to come by in auto stores as a short female EVEN THOUGH I usually know what I'm looking for.... oh to be a woman ).TL;DR the guys working here were great and I appreciated the ease of asking for help and actually getting it.

Everyone was super nice and really helpful with the installation of my car battery. Probably could have figured it out myself but it would have taken much longer. First time shopping here and will be back. Thanks for all the help!

No matter what it is , you'll have an unusually long wait to get your transaction done. Customer service is ok just really slow. Good thing is I'm solved the issue, I'll shop elsewhere.

Has what you need but concerning that they are hiring retired people who are slow to help. What's worse is the young that are there never ask if you need help or greet you. If you know what you need and aren't in too much of a hurry to wait to get checked out then it's ok

The majority of the workers are absolutely clueless on what they stock, any info on parts, and even knowledge on their computers and registers. This place never has what you are looking for. I would avoid at all costs. I have much better luck with Oreilys and autozone in midland.

I was not able to catch the guys names but I could not be more thankful for the two gentleman that came out, and helped me change my tire on the side of the road today!!! I did not know advanced auto parts did some thing like that and I am super appreciative and very thankful! Thank you!!!!

Stopped in looking for a trim piece for a non automotive e project. I had one thing in mind but the lady behind the counter helped with an alternative way to do it. I was really happy she wasn't the typical waht year car is it? What motor? She helped me out and it was a lot cheaper than what I had in mind. I wish I would have got her name. Big thanks to her!

Great service tonight from the team. I had a dying battery on my truck and it was changed out fast in the cold weather. The people were very helpful. They will have my business from now on.

Son-n- law had called about his spark plugs so we could pick them up. Got there they was waiting no problems. Way better price than Auto zone.

Fantastic service! The employee will come out to you're car and do small jobs right there in the parking lot. Things like chang you're battery or windshield wipers, recharge you're AC, change air filters, and even run diagnostics on a service engine light. If you need parts for any normal maintenance they have it in store in O.E.M and CarQuest, there own brand. Any other parts can be ordered.

Great staff. Helped me find my wiper blades I needed. Changed them out for me. Checked my rear wiper blade as I have never had one before. Wasn't sure what I was looking for to replace it.

Honestly it was a mixed experience, manager didn't know what he was talking about yet claimed 20+ years experience. Simple oil change could've went catastrophic listening to that guy, thankfully the ladies behind the counter didn't have a problem giving me the items I originally asked for and then some. I appreciate those ladies

Cordial and inviting customer care over the phone. Patient to the novice, suggestive to the intermediate and translates easily with the experts. Prices are competitive. Location is great, easy access and plenty of parking. Store is well organized and clean. Will shop there again.

They have always been the best for my vehicle parts store. Good people, great prices on a huge selection of many makes and models new and remanded parts to choose from with a whole lot of discounts, and over all just a decent company to do business with wether your a weekend warrior, career DIY'er, or a professional that is working for, at, or owns their own shop.

Very disappointed. My friend bought a new blue tooth there, which didn't hardly work at all. They wouldn't even take it back, because the packaging was ripped in the process of opening it. It was a faulty product, and they're going to resell it!!!??? Really!!!???

For a retail parts store they're not too bad. They usually havw what i need when the other ones don't. If i don't need it right away i order my parts online. Half the price for a better product. As big as they are the can compete with Amazon and ebay prices. And even though they're profit per item may go down but overall profits will increase dramatically. I rarely got to a retail brick and mortar store and it's only if it is absolutely necessary. If it's parts for my vehicle I'll wait for 2 day shipping for the savings.

Like the staff here they will go out of there way to find what you need. The parts they sell maybe a few $$$ more on few things but there not selling junk parts like Auto Zone does. Ever since switching over to Advance for 90 percent of all my parts. My come-backs for parts warranties are very little now almost zero problems. Thank you AV and the amazing staff you guys have here.

They were helpful. Had everything I needed for an oil change and coolant flush and replace and even pointed out possible things I would do wrong if I didn't read the instructions... it was pretty clear I'm not a pro.

I used to get 40 percent off my order and I bought brakes and rotors for 6 vehicles. Now you only give 20 percent except for brakes and rotors. They don't get 1 penny off. Why.

Very helpful and went beyond there needed help. I thank the gentleman who put my head light bulb in. So very kind. I couldn't do it myself and he even did it with a stripped screw. Thanks so much.

A short hold for a price on a part is 12 minutes. An I never got a price. Mitch and Chasdidy or something. You'll know when you see her. Cheer up or get a different job!

Advance did not have a bleeder screw in stock that I needed, so I went to O'Reilly's and they sold me the wrong bleeder screw. When I went back to O'Reilly's they would not rob a bleeder screw out of the caliper to fix their mistake. I went back to advance and Mike fixed O'Reilly's mistake without hesitation. Customer service is why I shop at Advance Auto Parts, and why I will never shop at O'Reilly's again.

Refuse to issue an refund for a part. Was a loyal customer until the way I was treated this time by the manager. Not going to jump thru hoops for a $50 part.
