Customer service is fantastic. Everybody remembers my name when I come in and greets me with a smile and hello how are you doing that kind of stuff. Parts department order stuff for me and I get it in quickly. Service department is top-notch starting with the service department customer service desk. The mechanic in the back always does a great job on my bike. They pick up my bike and drop it off at my house. No charge big huge bonus that's unexpected. The manager over the parts and service department always make a point to come out and say hello helps me with issues that others can't. I ordered a few parts for my bike that supposedly don't fit on my bike but actually do. They take the time to call Indian to verify that these parts do in fit our bikes."

Had a good buying experience here. Will be back to look for any future purchases. Huge showroom with a decent selection of everything and wide variety of brands to look through. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help you find what you are looking for. Showroom has lots of natural light, has always been clean and well organized/set up.

Looked all over Michigan for a pair of quads, got the run around, bait and switches, and insane fees. Was able to find everything I wanted here with a painless buying experience. The wife and I are excited for our new Polaris s and Max hooked us up with a great price. Highly recommend stopping in and seeing for yourself the showroom, and meeting with any of the friendly staff.

Let me start off by saying I'm sure everyone at TC Powersports is awesome, but the guy who worked with me on my purchase "Max" was world class awesome. Not only did he help me throughout the whole process he was also a man of his words sticking to the initial price I saw on there website. If you're lucky enough to get Max as salesperson because he's pretty busy over there lol, rest assured he will get back to you and make the process worth it. Thanks again "Max" much appreciated

My brother and I just purchased our 2023 rzr 1000 xp from here and it was a great experience. Our dealer was a gentleman named Evan and he did everything he could to make it as enjoyable as possible. Made sure we knew what we needed before hand and even got us answers on loan terms before we made the 2 hours drive. Long story short we will be going back to buy another toy in the near future.

They were amazing very helpful and went above and beyond to help with financing Nikk was great and went over our paperwork and any questions we had with financing. Scott our salesmen was amazing all so he walked us through everything on our new purchase. They also introduced us to everyone in the store just in case we needed anything else from other departments.

My experience with this dealership was excellent. I live in Florida and was struggling to find a 2022 Kawasaki Z400. TC Powersports had the bike in stock for a great price. Scott Rice took care of all the paperwork promptly without issue. He also recommended HaulBikes to transport the bike, which was a great service. Bike arrived in show room condition.

Called for options, availability and pricing for three youth units for my kids for Christmas. Salesman pretty much just wanted me to come in and didn t want to give any info. Not helpful and super easy way to lose out on selling three atvs/dirtbikes

I worked with Max and purchased a new bike. Max was easy to work with, truthful and the communication was good. The service department and techs were terrific also in showing me important information about the bike. I would buy a bike from these guys again without hesitation. Great customer service and a good price! Thanks again Max!

Everyone I interacted with there was super helpful and easy to work with. Ken was an awesome salesman and wasn't pushy or trying to force us to buy anything. Great experience overall. Ended up buying a brand new 2021 Indian Scout Bobber 20 and couldn't be happier with the experience.

Worked with Max in sales to order a new bike and had them install aftermarket springs before pickup. Timing provided was spot on. Super smooth experience. U do ur part well and TC does their part well.

Purchased a new bike at the end of April and process when good and salesman was nice. At the time of purchase they had me go over to the service department to set up my 500 mile oil change. I set up the appointment and left. Fast forward to June and I could not remember the appointment date so I called several times with no one answering and I left several messages. Fast forward to the end of June and I called again and left a message and someone finally got back with me. Person on the phone was nice and courteous and set up an appointment for July 14th. They called that morning to remind me of appointment and that it would cost roughly $270 for the service. I told them I was under the impression it was included since they set it up. Now the salesman never did say that it was included but the way it was worded was that it was part of buying a new bike. I canceled the appointment. I m not mad at anyone there I just feel that after I purchased the bike our relationship wasn t important anymore.

Found what I thought to be a good price on an atv on facebook marketplace, it was on posted by someone from this dealer. Out the door price was more than a grand over the list price on facebook, and they weren't willing to work it down at all. Now I see a whole bunch of listings from people that all go back to this dealer, and I can't filter them by price because the price isn't accurate. It's an abuse of an otherwise good tool. Quit trying to scam people into visiting your shop.

Just got home with my 21 Honda cbr600rr from TC Powersports, definitely a great group of guys to buy from, I m new to the bike scene and they were awesome, helped me get financed, even taught me how to secure a bike to a trailer! I Will definitely be back!

This place really takes care of their customers with parts and service. Above and beyond, especially the time I needed some service during the holiday weekend and Sean Stiles ( service manager) took care of me with no hesitation. I was very happy when I road out of there. 5 stars from me

So i was looking around for something newer than my 95 zx6r and i came across this place.. filled out a simple quote thing on the website and this guy named MAX LEE hit me up and we talked for about a week until we found a day that worked for us. Got in finally met Max in person and i felt like we where already buds so we talked for a bit and he made sure what i was looking for was there and waiting for daddy to take it home. None of the staff or any salesman ever tried to push anything extra or upsell. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. And in 15 years when I'm ready to upgrade again I'll try to find TC Powersports to help me get a new ride!Mr.Turtlebite2021 Kawasaki z900

Husband and I rode 100 miles on Saturday to test ride a motorcycle at TC. Everything looked good, we liked the bike, and got started on the paperwork. They declined our deposit offer pending a credit approval. We were told they would contact us on Monday with our financing details and shook our hands after filling out our paperwork. We called late Monday as we had not heard from them and were advised they are selling it to a buyer who came in the day after we started our paperwork. Really disappointing experience.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience dealing with TC powersports on the purchase of my new Indian FTR. Scott, Sean and Nick were fantastic to work with. They were absolutely transparent and there were no surprises. There's nothing that would change about this experience. I highly recommend this dealership.

Had a great experience. Made the process of buying my NorthStar Polaris very simple. I traveled from Ohio and Max and his team had everything done as far as paperwork so we could finalize everything as quickly as possible. I would recommend TC to anyone looking for a side by side.

I went in to TC not really knowing if I was going to be helped in the way I needed. However I walked in and they adapted to my questions, had solutions to things that made the whole process Easier. When you have employees like Scott, Evan and Andrew to get you rollin, nothing is impossible. Thanks guys she rides amazing
