Patrick was so friendly, quick, and amazing at his job. He was there within 20 min of me calling, and had my truck unlocked in under 5. It was way cheaper thab my other quotes,i will forever be using Phelps for my emergencies, and requesting Patrick forsure!

Really great company. My wife used their services this morning when her car wouldn't start as she made an attempt to go home from work. I was at work so I couldn't help her. But the driver was absolutely amazing, super friendly and went above and beyond to help her out. Thank you so much. I would definitely recommend Phelps !

Had a tire go flat on me in the middle of the snow storm I had my 8 month old daughter with me I called Phelps who my insurance went through and told them exactly where I m at and my situation they were to me in 10 minutes. Thank you guys so much!! It s already bad enough having a flat tire it s even worse when you have a very young child with you. This is twice now they this company has been quick and efficient!

I ve used my State Farm roadside assistance twice in the past 2 days and Phelps was the company they sent. The drivers were very friendly and professional and prompt. Thanks for all your help!

Had a blowout on 127 this evening. I called Phelps and within 20 minutes. Erik was at my car and in less than 20 minutes he had me back on the road. Always a bummer to get a flat tire, but so grateful for Awesome helping hands.

GREAT COMPANY. I work with a lot of wreckers around the US as a freight broker and these guys are in my top 3 favorites. Great service, great pricing, and great people. Will use them any chance I get.

My brand new tires not even a month old and one popped randomly not hitting anything on the free way. I am new to the area and was not sure of any tow places. Called phelps and they were there in 15 min or less. Very friendly and made me and both my kids feel very safe

Phelps is very professional. I was kept informed as to when they would arrive via text messages.The two young men were efficient and polite. They moved a vehicle for me from Vandercook Lake to Parma.

Had a flat tire and reached out to Phelps Towing. Spoke with Jenny, who was kind and informative. She gave us a clear estimated time arrival of service. Todd came to our rescue with knowledge, experience and a caring personality to match. Not only did he change the tire in a speedy time, but also guided us to the right location for a tire repair. Worst customer service ever. They curbed my rims which are very expensive and didn t do anything about it. Be careful they don t care about your vehicle. Also they won t own up to there mistakes.

Need a car moved out of the backyard and off the fence, tight drive, steep hill, sharp corners. Basically a nightmare job! First let me say thank you again Dylan. My husband & I were headed to Chicago for a overnight stay. My vehicle stopped 81 miles from home. 81 miles and my car is in my driveway at this moment. We had to get our vehicle towed and they arrived very fast. The person I talked to on the phone was very nice wish I would of gotten his name. The driver was Joel and he was just amazing. We had just arrived in town for a weeks stay and my car would not start. Thank you for your excellent service. Nick, the tow truck driver, was very kind, knowledgeable, and patient with me. When there was a mixup with the tow destination from my insurance company he called to confirm where I wanted the car to be towed. Thank you for making the experience pleasant and less stressful.

They towed my daughters car from Jackson to Muskegon and the rate was beyond reasonable AND the customer service was second to none! They were friendly and kind while we were trying to navigate getting her and her car home to be repaired.
