Arrived to pickup a uhaul that was rented online. There was some sort of issue getting the right code for the key. Uhaul advised to speak with someone inside and they could look it up on their system. We were greeted by the rudest person. Older lady, wearing glasses, very angry woman. She said immediately that she's got nothing to do with it. Even though this place is an authorized Uhaul rental location. While on the phone with Uhaul, the lady came out to say Uhaul was on the phone to assist us. Once again she's very rude, Uhaul was on the phone and heard her very clearly. Even apologized for her behavior. This isn't the first encounter with this woman. Also got the same treatment when they overcharged for a repair on daughters car, which after the vehicle was taken to a reputable mechanic, the problem was something entirely different. These people don't understand the value of their customers. Please think twice before giving this place your hard earned money.

I brought my car in because I was having an issue that I had before with an electrical issue in my car. I explained what happened the last time I had the issue, and how the last mechanic fixed it. I later got a call, where I was talked down to and told that the issue I had previously had was not relevant when my car was behaving the same way before, where it would randomly lose electrical power while I was driving. They told me all I needed was a new battery when my battery was a year old. I didn t think this was correct because my battery was relatively new, and I had already had it tested and it read fine. They put the new battery in and sent me on my way, saying that the car was fine. My car proceeded to have the same exact issue that they claimed to have fixed. I would not recommend this shop if you are a young woman because they will talk down to you like you have no idea what is wrong with your own vehicle.

Over exerted and removed my significant others tires. OVERCHARGED for a plug because they seen the rip off coming.Didn't torque spec tires and damaged the wheels and lugs.Should be ashamed for hustling an individual with less knowledge on the situation. TRASH BUSINESS ETHICS.

I had a pleasant experience with them. I had a noise coming from my rear brakes. Had them check it out and to no surprise it needed new brakes in the rear. they kept me inform and quoted me a fair price to do the job. Would hesitate to use them again in the future.Thank You

I was just passing through this town when I started having some car problems. I stopped at B&D to have them take a look and see if they could find and fix the issue. The owner, Bruce, was really friendly and helpful. He kept me informed about what he was finding to be the issue as he inspected my vehicle and was excellent about explaining how and why there was a problem in a way that was easy for me to understand. He had my car diagnosed, fixed and back on the road in under an hour and was very fairly priced. When I got to my destination, I did some research on what Bruce told me was wrong with my vehicle and I found that, not only was the issue something that typically took a couple of hours to get fixed by your average mechanic, but it is also somewhat pricey. The fact that B&D had me back on the road within the hour and at a price that was lower than the competition is a real testament to the experience of their mechanics. It has been several months since they fixed my vehicle and I have had no issues since so I know that it was truly fixed as opposed to just having a bandaid slapped on the issue.THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU, B&D!!!You turned what was very likely to be a vacation-ruining problem into a quick and easy pit stop.

I had a great experience at B&D Auto in Memphis, MI. I was on the road, quite a ways from home, when I started having issues with my vehicle. I knew I needed to stop some place close before my situation got worse. The first thing I thought of is "wherever I stop, to have the issue checked out, will try to take me to the bank because I'm a woman". But in this sitiation I had to make a quick decision. I pulled into the first place that didn't look shady, which was B & D Auto. Much to my surprise, I was greeted with kindness and respect and didn't feel intimidated what so ever. The owner was very kind and helpful and he was patient with me and my concerns. He was kind enough to speak to my husband on phone (stead of me being the middle man) to explain what was wrong and what needed to be done, he gave him all the details, which was a big relief for me. The crew took care of my situation, on the spot. I was safely back on the road in less than an hour, without feeling like I was taken advantage of. Thank you B&D Auto for such great customer service. If I lived in the area they would be my go to shop. I would highly recommend them.

Went here to get my ac recharged, at the time they asked if I wanted the dye put in for 15 bucks so the could see the leak. I also asked them to see why it was idling rough. I get a phone call telling me I need two spark plugs changed and that my brake line is bad in the rear but my brakes were just fine when I took it to them. They start doing the repair and pull out a spark plug with a helicoil on it, never did they recommend to do the heads just put a new helicoil on and tried to jb weld it in. Two days later my truck blows the plug out and then they didn t have time to do the brake line so I did it myself. $334 bucks and now my truck is at a different shop where they actually know how to fix the problem. Also when I picked up the truck I asked if they found the leak in my ac and they said no we didn t look over the system we just put the dye in so when it all leaks out then we will know where the leak is. So then they will be able to charge me again to fix the leak and then fill it. I will never recommend this place to anyone. And I ll continue to buy drinks and stuff from Sunrise across the street. Don t go here

Personally I would rather have helen Keller work on my car than let this company do it again. I m surprised any of the employees have certificates with their lack of knowledge. Not only are they slow in the head but they have taken weeks with my vehicle and have not responded to any of my calls. Hands down worst experience I ve had at an auto shop.

I wouldnt recommend this place to my enemy! They said they could fix my 03' f-250 but didnt or have the machine 2 tell me whats wrong w it! An then when they pull my truck out of bay smashed the drivers mirror backwards up against the wall! Broke it! An now dont want 2 fix it! They want 2 buy a Chinese. Mirror off-line no! I want a ford motor mirror that they broke! So i wont go too there repair shop! Or have anything towed also ripped up bumber!!

Just a gas station, but they offer tremendous service/repair for your ride at fair prices. Coffee is pretty good too.
