3 wheel alignment and 4 bushing. Great team got truck in right away and had it done way earlier then expected. This will be my new spot for all my tire and suspension needs. Right off the 75.

Always friendly and welcoming when you walk through the door. Sometimes there's a wait, but that's not a problem when you know the jobs done right the first time.

I changed my front drag link and i did an alignment at their shop. See the results on pics my tires a 3 weeks after alignment started to fade away SMH. Now i have to change my steering tires. Does not recommend

Always quick and friendly service. The team was great getting my wheel off that was badly mangled, and replacing it in a timely manor. I know removing those bent in parts wasn t easy but just got right to work.

Tried to get an alignment done on my truck . No luck . These guys are busy busy . The manager James gave me his card wants me to check with him next week . Very professional with a welcoming demeanor. he answered all my questions . Price seems reasonable for an alignment. Ill be back next week .

Shrader tire and oil was ver fast and sufficient with getting me pulled in and fixed. Service was excellent!! PS they have the most comfortable recliner chairs to sit in while you wait!!

BEST SERVICE AVAILABLE. I showed up at Shrader with an interesting task. My tarp system on my soft side trailer had ice almost 4 inches thick, preventing it from being opened. With almost no heads up, James, the fleet store manager, offered anything at his disposal to help me get back on the road. He told me several times, "my shop is your shop" and let my trailer sit in one of his bags for quite some time, even though he was a man down and very busy. Each time I wanted to check on the progress, he made me feel welcome and brought me straight to my trailer, while keeping my safety on the floor in mind. Matt, the compliance manager happened to stop by, and immediately began brain storming on how to quicken the process and help me get back to operation. Although it was far from his job description, he sat with me and bounced ideas back and forth for quite a while. After a few *hours* of them letting me use their bay to thaw, Brandon, one of the technicians was eager to assist the others in getting the ice off piece by piece in the safest way possible. The whole time, they allowed me to relax in their very clean waiting area, and were constantly available to assist. At the end of it James insisted there would be no cost to myself, although I had used up one of his few bays for the better part of a day. I've never left a review, but these guys deserved it. You will be in the best hands if you decide to stop by Shrader in Melvindale.

Shrader Tire & Oil!! Great guys over there!! They really take of you and treat you like family!! Very reliable and trustworthy!! Starts at the the top with managers like James and Matt very professional and goes all the way to the guys in the garage. They are very attentive and look to make sure your trucks are safe and D.O.T legal before you get on the road. Can't say enough about these guys!! One of the best shops around!!

I've used this location for all my tire purchases and repairs for many years and find the staff here to be the best at customer service. They don't just sell you a tire, they make sure you get the right tire for the tight equipment. James also has the outstanding HAIR!!! LOL
