Sam had the unfortunate pleasure of going behind a botch job performed by another mechanic shop. He kept me updated on everything every step of the way and provided pictures and videos of everything as visual proof of the previous mechanics negligence. I am extremely satisfied with the work performed and feel so honored that he cared enough about his work and my safety to ensure everything was done correctly. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of service.

Everyone at this location was so welcoming and friendly! First time, I went it was simple to get Muffler change and felt very good about job Sam did. He is very friendly and would give right advise if anything needs to change. He would sell you additional jobs, but it will tell if you can still keep it as is. His prices for repairs are very resonalbe and he would not compromise parts he will install to change. I will recommend all of my friends and family visit this location and work with Sam, he has outstanding customer service! I would go again to get any my repairs needed to get done to my cars. I am very handyman and I do many things myself, but still if anything if my car needs, I go to Dix auto, Why ? because of reliable and trustworthy customer service, which I can count from Sam. Today, I called him to change my car's alternator, he took my right away. Thank you for doing such a great job!

Took my impala to have work done on the front end ( control arms and sway bar), and I was amazed with the work being done. I know a lot about cars and work on mine from time to time, but when i dont have time, i bring it here. They gave me a very fair price compared to the other shops I took it to. They are professional and honest. I'll always bring my vehicles here. Thank you, guys, for your honesty! And for the ride home!

Best of the best. 10/10 recommend! They work thoroughly to insure that your vehicle is fixed properly. Everyone is very nice and they make sure to make you comfortable and effectively address all issues to make sure your ride is smooth, and they are resonable. I drove my sister's car to Dix Auto clinic and they did an excellent job on her car after I took it to other mechanics, most of whom told me that it could not be repaired and that it would be a waste of money if I tried. I found out about Dix Auto Clinic from where I bought her car, and I'm so glad I did. I highly recommend this place because it is reasonably priced and has excellent employees.Thank you so much to all of the workers.

I had a great experience with this mechanic shop. They really took care of me and beat all the other deals other mechanics were giving me. If you go here you can expect quality work for a fair price. I'm happy with my repair!

I dont live anywhere near this location, but I will gladly take a 25+ minute drive to entrust my baby to Sam. Not to mention the world's best customer service from an auto shop I have ever received. Got off the freeway near their shop with a blown water pump and no power steering at 4:30pm pleading for them to find a way to get rolling before close. Absolutely could not be without a vehicle tonight. They stopped what they were doing got me rolling by close. The extra money was well worth it. If you ve ever been in a bind you understand. Thanks boys!

Sam was excellent! He really looked out for me on the cost of repairs and parts. My car repairs were done in a timely fashion. Very kind, responsive and helpful . Sam is amazing, I just bought a car yesterday and the dealer sent me to Sam and called Sam before and he told him I needed a battery and a side mirror. He got to me immediately and I was in and out in less than an hour. I would highly recommend and will use him again!

I called in with a headlight issue today and not only did they manage to fit me in, but they also fixed the problem on the same day. The professionalism displayed by the mechanic was impressive; they took the time to address all my concerns. I'm thoroughly satisfied with the service and plan to make them my go-to mechanic from now on. Thank you for the excellent experience!

Been to this place twice and have had excellent service both times. Being a woman we tend to be more skeptical but mechanics were great and honest. Showed me the old parts and you could see big difference.
