I was having a hard time finding a place to do a front end alignment on my RV. Another garage in Ludington referred me to them.Mears Service to the rescue. Super courteous, clean garage.Reasonable price, as quoted. Checked all tires and did a minor repair without charge. Returning RV same day as promised too.A pleasure to do business. The CV shaft went out in my Honda Pilot recently and they were able to get in the next day and tell us what was wrong with it. They gave us the amount of what it would cost. We also ended up getting new tires for the winter. My car is finally working again but better this time. I had a great experience. I need a place to repair my exhaust on my Motorhome, which is difficult to find. The guys here fixed it on time and at a reasonable price. I will be back when I need help.I came back for new tires and an Oil Change for my car. Price was good and the service was good. Very good customer service and all of my requests for balancing the trailer tires and saving my tire caps for the TPMS sensors were followed. The only reason I did not give them 5 Stars is due to the time it took to get the camper tires installed (3 hours) even though I had an appointment. That delayed us starting our 4 hour drive home. Everything else was top notch and I would definitely go there again if I was on that side of the state.Service: Tires

We are very pleased! The final price was $500. cheaper than quoted! (Some of our parts were still in good condition and were used). We had work done on a trailer (electric and bearings)and two push mowers (wouldn't start). Steve was great to work with. Estimates were spot on (or less, in the case of the mowers) and work was done in a timely manner. My husband and I are from out of town and last week we were staying in Pentwater for Homecoming. On our first full day of vacation, we unfortunately had a major problem with our car. Being from out of town we did not know who we could call for help. Would we be able to find a place that was both honest and affordable? We tried two places near Pentwater that were suggested but both were booked two to three weeks out. Neither had time to even look at our car. Luckily, we called Mears Service Center. I spoke with Barry on that first call and told him our story. He told me that if we could get our car towed to them before 5 pm they would probably be able to look at it that afternoon. Steve called the next morning and told us the problem with the car had already been diagnosed and that the parts had already been ordered and the repair would be done that afternoon. We were very pleased with the help and consideration we experienced at Mears Service Center. They helped us in a very timely fashion and the cost of the repair was very reasonable. Steve and Barry and all of the people who work there were very helpful to us in a situation that could have been so much worse. Thanks to all of them for their great service. We would defintely recommend Mears Service Center for any and all repairs you may need in the future. Debbie and Wes Martzolff

We had a long road-trip planned but I had a small transmission leak. I had Mears repair it and it was perfect for the 3,000 mile trip. This is the 2nd time I ve had work done here - and the price came in under their estimate. I took my skid steer in. The auxiliary hydraulics were not working. They kept me informed every time something changed or had progress. They never left me in the dark about what they were doing. This is normal practice for them. I highly recommend them. I have taken multiple trucks and trailers to have repaired here, honestly there isn t anywhere else I will go. It s a bit of a drive for me but 1,000% worth it. There s no trying to sell me something that isn t broke. They will show me anything else they see that needs to be repaired with detailed pictures and give me an estimate for how much to fix it. They don t pressure me to fix things that can go longer. They seem like they re not out to make a quick buck on me. And for that they made a life time customer with me. I will be recommended them when ever I can.Services: Electrical repair, Electrical

Called to see if I could bring a tire up for a valve stem while on vacation here, was told no had to many appointments, im a shop owner, a valve stem is a 5 minute job! Sorry but that's lazy I would have done a 5 star I would never do that to someone at my shop

Service was good, gentlemen at the front desk are very friendly and greet you with a smile.Very thorough, they go through your whole vehicle even if you already know what is wrong.
