These people are wonderful and honest.I bought a KIA from them about a month ago, wonderful deal.I brought my daughter here and she took home an Impala, she loves her new car.We had a problem with my insurance company not wanting to give me authorization but Orchard Auto took care of that too.Wonderful people!Thanks alot!

I bought my first car with Orchard Auto at a doable price for me. I was pleased with the fact that they were more concerned about the quality and the safety of my car than making the actual sale. They got my car in tip top shape (well considering that it's a '94) before I took it home. They got it running perfectly, test drove it for a couple of weeks, cleaned it inside and out and filled the tank. They've fixed things here and there that needed fixing and that they were able to do. Being a single mom, it was imperative that I finally get a car. I was 33 when I bought my '94 Corsica and over a year later I still have it! These are great Christian honest people and I highly recommend people check them out. God bless! :-)

This is a family-run business that has a variety of used cars to choose from on their lot. The staff made buying a car easy and pain-free giving us the best possible price. They guided us through the paperwork quickly and we were on our way with a beautiful 2012 Subaru. Definitely recommend this place!

Myself and my siblings have bought 6 vehicles from Orchard Auto over the past 8 years. They are the most honest and well intended used car salesmen I have ever experienced. Personally I will not hesitate going to them in the future!

They went above and beyond with helping me find a vehicle. First one I bought broke down 17 hours after I had it. They let me back out of the vehicle and then found me one that had a few things wrong with it that they fixed before I bought it. I highly recommend them to buy a vehicle from. They are honest, trustworthy people and I can't thank them enough for everything they did for me. Thank you again Jim and family from the bottom of my heart.

I have purchased several cars from Orchard Auto, the last was helping my daughter buy her first car. No used car is perfect, but they have always disclosed anything they knew could be an issue for me before the sale. In every case I have been very satisfied with what I got for the money.This is a family owned and operated business and the owner is a master mechanic that really knows his stuff. Many of his cars come from auctions where he seems to have a great eye for a good value. Many times they purchase cars that need minor repairs and do great work in-house.If you want a perfect car with a bumper to bumper warranty you need to go do a new car dealer. If you want to speed way less for a car with many miles left on it this is the only place in Lapeer I have dealt with that I trust 100%.I have done business with just about every other Lapeer used car dealer and this is the only one I would give a good review to.

Was prepared to buy a vehicle found on thier website and turned out it wasn't ready to be sold and still needed repairs. Made several contact attempts and kept getting told the stereotypical "just a couple more days". They promised as soon as it was ready they would let me know. 2 months later the vehicle was finally ready and on display on the lot and they never called or emailed or attempted to contact me in any way. I had bought another vehicle and watched that one sit on thier lot for a few more months.

Bought a vehicle and they put 1000 miles on it in a week before I could pick it up. Had it for a month and it's overheating. Changed thermostat and not working. Heat isn't working. Squealing noise. Back end is rattling. Getting air from somewhere. Plus I almost got my car towed bc they didn't get my plates to me. Had to go get them from dmv. They called me 2 months later!!!!!!!!!!! My brother got a vehicle and he has had one problem after other.Sold me a lemon ugh worst used car I ever owed. I definitely would stay away from this place. Now I'm looking to trade this pos in. I DONT EVEN GIVE THEM A ONE....more like a -4

I communicated with reps/family members for two months and finally come to a deal. Very honest, up front and knowledgeable with the F 350 I purchased. Overall I would purchase from them again.

Purchased used vehicle spent 30k delivered on Friday night, broke down Monday morning after 50 miles. salesman gone on vacation. was told to take to manufacture dealer. Everybody smiles to get the sale no service after the sale. would not recommend read the other feedback and review

I Like this dealership because they are a used dealership that takes pride in there work. We all know that turned in used vehicles are not usually in great shape. While I was there I noticed that they were removing and replacing nonfunctional or damaged parts many of the vehicles that were on the lot had been detailed and any rust having been repaired or sealed.I walked onto the lot today to look at a E350 cube van they had for sale. It was not what i was looking for, broken hearted I figured look around the rest of the lot in there back lot nestled amongst many other trucks was the exact vehicle i was looking for.They had been using it for the dealership use.. They sold it to me for a fair price I had my paperwork filled out within a hour and was plated &insured..My only negative for the whole process is that they did not have a credit card machine.

My husband and I just recently did business here.we traded our vehicle in and for a vehicle they had on the lot for sale.we are very pleased with our new vehicle as well as the friendly service we recieved.i would recommend to buy a vehicle there for sure

Has a lot of used cars and trucks, but everyone of them seems to have a problem of some sort. The salesman is up front thou with you and tells you the issue.
