These guys are great. I ve used them regularly for routine service and have always been satisfied. Recently my Chevy Diesel had an exhaust fluid error. Even on something as unusual as this they did a fantastic job and had me up and running the same day at a very reasonable price.

They scheduled me in a timely manner. They were thorough and provided me with an estimate that was extremely accurate. They were able to put struts, brake job, and replace sway bar in one day. They were very professional and polite. I highly recommend West Point Auto & Service to anyone.

Whether you need general maintenance work done or have a major issue that needs repair you won't find better customer treatment and service anywhere.

As always, fast friendly service with a smile! AC wasn't cooling the car. Hoped it just needed some freon but learned the compressor was terminal. I was provided with all my options and the estimated costs.

We have never had a back experience with west point auto lube service. Ben is great to work with and the Machanics are extremely professional. Thank you for keeping our 2004 Toyota on the road and in great driving condition.

West Point has always been the most fair with pricing and have always done a good job on the repairs that I've needed over the years. Ben will only recommend things that you need done at this point in time and if there are other things that may need service in the near future they will be sure to let you know and to keep it in mind.

I am a new customer to West Point Auto and service. I have had two different vehicle service and one car had an interior detail. I am very pleased , and would greatly prefer them to any one for service. Recently purchased a vehicle from Jason, who was nothing short of amazing to work with. My kids are involved with a lot of different sports and our schedule changes from minute to minute and Jason was always flexible and understanding. We needed a few things fixed on the car that we purchased, they did it right there on site and when they were fixing it they found something else and took care of it, so that way I wouldn't have to get it repaired later. We really appreciate how the sales and service team work together! We have one more car to get in the future and I will start my search here. Thanks!!

This is my second visit, and both times have been great. Ben is very, very fair with pricing and the labor is top notch. I would highly recommend them!2 years later, and again, top notch establishment. Ben and Cam are two of the best at their jobs. Clear, precise information, and they will get you taken care as fast as they can. Couldn't recommend a better place for your auto repair needs and tires.

Amazing experience! As a college student I am still learning about making purchases and West Point was super helpful!! They did an amazing job and were patient and friendly. My daughter and I went to look at some cars she was interested in. Seems like a nice small collection of cars to choose from. Service was great, and we were given lost of info on a few of the cars she liked. The owner even helped us when he happened to be closed and happened to have had a scheduled off hour appointment with someone else he was waiting on. Nice guy!

We always have used the service department at West Point auto, since moving to the area. They are always helpful, courteous and do great work. I ve never been steered wrong. We recently bought a 2017 chevy Tahoe, the whole experience was great. We pretty much felt like family. We had our three young children with us and they guys really made an effort to keep them content. Highly recommend them for your car sales and service.
