Cannot say enough about how professional, empathetic, speedy, and caring RICH, the tow truck driver, was during one of the most traumatic moments of my life. ROB S TIRE & AUTO CARE SERVICE out of Mattawan MI was at my accident scene on I 94 East Tuesday 3/5/2024 before I was even off the phone with my insurance agency. He talked directly with my agent to find out exactly where to tow the car. RICH praised me for not having gotten out of the car at the accident scene . too many people die unnecessarily because they get out of the car and into the path of speeding cars who aren t paying attention at all. He told me that the first thing he wanted to do was get me safely out of and around my car, and into the tow truck. He took my hand, told me not to examine the car damage now (that there would be plenty of time for that once we got to the body shop.) I m 75 years old and 4 10 tall . He told me that he treated me like he would want someone to treat his mother. He lifted me up in order to get me into the tow truck! I was very emotional and he was extremely calm trying to get me to calm down. When we arrived at the body shop he insisted that I not try to get out until he could get out and around the truck to help me, and took me by the arm/hand into the body shop. Rich then drove the tow truck around the back of the shop, unloaded my car, and then drove back to the front entrance to make sure that I had everything I needed from the car, and that I felt like I was ok to proceed with all the paperwork before he left .. And did I need ANYTHING ELSE. I was so impressed with all that he did to make his part, and his company s part, the most helpful possible. A horrifying experience for me was made tolerable by RICH S caring and professionalism. ROB S TIRE AND AUTO CARE SERVICES is lucky to have such an employee, and I would HIGHLY recommend this business for whatever tire and/or auto service you might need!!

Do not do business with this place. 5/17/23 I brought in my car for alignment as I was putting new tires. They said that I needed to also change the ball joints in the front but I ve never had issues with the front alignment so I asked to please just do the rear as my back right tire was being worn on the inside. The left rear was never an issue. On 1/05/24 I had my tires changed out at a different location for snow tires and was told my alignment was completely gone on the rear of my vehicle (picture included). When I called them and let them know about the issue, they said that because of the reads in Michigan we have to get an alignment more frequently. Our vehicle is used for traveling and has only had that rear right wheel come out of alignment once. Never had any serious issues with alignment until we brought it to this location. We included pictures so you can judge for yourself. Horrible these tires are 8 months old.

The most kindest people!! We were traveling with two kids right before the holiday and they were a life saver! We cannot thank them enough. I would highly recommend using them for business. They are as genuine as they come!

Tire blew out on the side of the road and driver and staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Could not recommend this place enough. If you re looking for good people and good series this is definitely the place to go.

Called for a tow. They were prompt, careful not to damage car and considerate. Also put car on hoist to see if damage. I was impressed with them!!

TERRIBLE SERVICE, DO NOT BRING HERE. Sure, it s cheap, but you get what you pay for with some extra spice so you keep having to come back.Asked them to plug a hole in my tire that went completely flat overnight (was punctured from loose metal in a construction zone). They added another hole because they messed up the first one, but the two holes were 1 apart, so it went flat again less than 12 hours later. I was not notified of the double puncture. Had to bring my car to another service centre to get it fixed & that s where I found out about the two holes, & had to completely replace a set of tires because of it.When I called to ask what they could do, especially financially because it was their fault for the extra damage done, the lady who answered simply giggled at my demise & whispered to the other people in the room about how stupid I was. Only suggested taking a look at it , but I had already said I was getting it serviced elsewhere because I don t trust them, & would ve liked them to pay me back for the damage done. She kept circling between giggling, insulting me in whispers, and saying we can take a look at it. I just ended the call because clearly it was going nowhere. Don t even bother bringing your car here. Pay the extra bit to go someplace more reputable.

Had a problem when visiting from out of town, and stopped in to see if my car was safe to make it the 500 miles home. Ken was very friendly and helpful. He took time out of his busy schedule to take a look at it and let me know what was going on.

Today while at speedway, I was attempting to put air in my tire. I was having a hard time with the machine, and Rich noticed I was struggling. He came over, tried to help, then grabbed his own compressor to fill me up! He was super nice, and told me I can stop by soon to get my tire fixed (there's a nail in it). Thank you Rich for being so helpful, I'll definitely be coming to Robs!

Rob and his team did the exhaust manifolds on my 2013 F-150, and made sure that I was able to get my truck back by Friday evening. That really helped me out, as I use my truck for a mobile business, and down time is a real killer! So far, so good on the repairs, and I'm sure I'll choose them for future maintenance.

Super convenient, I called in and the lady was super helpful getting a driver scheduled. The vehicle showed up as expected. Even the driver was pleasant which you might not expect from a tow truck. GREAT PLACE.

Called for an alignment and was scheduled in a reasonable amount of time. They were ready for my appointment, alignment was done while waiting. Steering wheel was straight. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Good experience.

Had my car for a month said they couldn't find anything wrong. There obviously is something wrong since the steering is making an awful grinding noise. I asked for help for a different shop to take it to on Facebook and Haley that works in the shop attacked my post in a completely unprofessional manner. Claiming they tried calling the number we provided. We provided two numbers and the did not call. Rob is a great mechanic and person but because of what she has done I will never trust this garage again.

Best service ever! Broke down on the freeway. Trying to find an affordable tow to the next exit. These guys by far were the best!! No long wait. Amazing driver! Shop worked us in next day. I would highly recommend.

Rob's is fantastic! Their pricing is reasonable but even more importantly they are fair and honest. I told them I an older van that I was giving to my kid who is away at college. I knew it had a few issues and wanted someone to give it a once over. They identified all the issues and prioritized the repairs into, need fixing, should fix, could fix but probably shouldn't. The could have easily talked me into a bunch of repairs I didnt really need but that is not what Rob's does.I have been taking my vehicles to them ever since I moved to Mattawan 4 years ago and will continue to use and recommend them.

I had a nail in my tire. Stopped in took about 15 minutes to have them patch it. I would definitely recommend them. I have been a customer of Rob's for many years.

I shopped around for tire prices for a while before landing on Rob's tire and auto! It's local, close to work and home. Dropped my car off the night before. Tires were down when I was done working for the day. The whole process was super easy. Friendly, knowledgeable staff! Glad we chose the local place :)

I would highly recommend this place. Rich was super great & super fast. He towed my truck for me twice & both times I called he was there quickly. Super friendly & easy to work with & I was surprised at how reasonable the price was!

Rob's tire and service did a nice job changing my snows out for my summer tires. The change over price was very reasonable and the heels were balanced properly.

Rob's helped us out not only once, but TWICE, in the same night, when our moving truck got stuck in the snow. Rob's responded immediately and came to our rescue promptly, both times. Great service! Definitely would highly recommend them!

Rob was great very personable, he even brought me back to show me what the mechanics were doing to my vehicle, this is a very upfront and honest place I originally came in to get an alignment done and they turned the job down because I needed other work done and didn't make me waste my money one something before my car was ready for the job I requested. There is a reason the police trust this place to do the work on all their cars. Put plainly and simply if you want affordable work that done correctly go to Rob's.

Update September 2021. Had my vehicle towed to the dealer today by Rob's. Super quick arrival. The guy was awesome. I love this place!I just started coming here a year ago and I'll never go anywhere else. As a woman I've always dreaded vehicle repair and maintenance because I dont know much about it and my checkbook has been taken advantage of several times being sold things I didnt need at other places. Not here! Everyone is friendly and they do great work at the most fair pricing I've ever experienced. I am super stoked to have found this place and would recommend 100%.

On a road trip with a full loaded van and the whole family in the car, blown tire on the road. Impressed with the service. Professional and fast! Unsure of what to do we called and Rob's took care of us! Stress-free experience. Quick service and quality job done! Thank you so much!!!
