Kirk, the owner, is very knowledgeable when it comes to RV servicing ( probably learned a lot from his former father). Good place to bring an RV in for repair at a fair price.

absolutely the worst customer service ever experienced in over 20 years of RVing. . there s nothing worse being a customer than being lied to, but it goes far beyond that being lied to in front of somebody that you were told the same story to to boot. This is a family owned business that I have been doing business with for almost 20 years. As a single father who raised his children myself, I will never fault another parent for putting his kids first however, afte working for the wealthiest man in the world for 21 years, I never let my family interfere in my business life and personal life conflict. But, in a recent transaction, when the son who is taking over the family business decided not only to lie to me, but to lie to me on top in the direct presence of somebody who was in witness of what he said and continued to lie to me, I have to draw the line. my son had just broken his back being involved in a hit-and-run accident buy a vehicle driver hitting him and fracturing his spine on his motorcycle and I am in bad medical shape as well and because the son who runs the business now, did not communicate with me or tell me the truth that my vehicle is not only going to be ready that night, but three days later, , put my own life in jeopardy . Mind you however, he adjusted his bill did and take off his labor due to the mishap Under fear of the lawsuit, but had it not been for that, he would ve charged me thinking nothing of it. which does not bode well to his innocence. Again, I do not fault anybody for putting their children first as I would as well, but I am sorry, if you cannot run your business accordingly in, maybe you should not be in business. If you have to make false promises, maybe you should not be in business. I know one patron left while we were having this discussion and I hope 100 more of you leave because of this post. It s one thing to care for your children, it s another thing to lie.

Great service. He fixed my camper while I waited. Explained what was wrong, tell me how he was going to fix it, and showed me what he did. I will go back again

Phoned them , no answer.I walked in the business and listen to four people behind the counter talking, no one said a word to me. So I walked back out with my money and business.
