I had a vehicle emergency while I was traveling for work. Even though they were booked solid for the day, they were able to fit me in for what turned out to be a quick fix.When my vehicle was repaired, I was very satisfied with the work and their price was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Don't bother unless you have of time to tie your vehicle and hear a lot of excuses and talking to Ed's help is like talking to a box of rocks. The transmission repair was paid for in advance, it was the fuel senser that needed to be paid for and there wasn't a bill made out for the part and Ed wasn't expected back till latter in the day and I needed my transportation. I had the money you didn't have a bill made out so my vehicle was being held hostage.

Beware of this repair facilityI was a mechanic at this shop and worked with ED on Powell Custom Homes Vehicle Vin no.1HTGEAUROSH606579 ........7 yard dump truck and the hub was cracked so Ed sent me and Rick to the junk yard to get a used hub,the hub Rick picked out was the wrong hub and needed spacers,Ed knew that the hub was wrong and used these spacers and replaced the bolts,the spacers were not the right ones and Ed just put them on and sent the truck back to Powell Custom Homes "PCH" to get paid and the repair was not right and could be very dangerous,recently I notified Powell Custom Homes "PCH" of this problem because I helped ED and I feel the repair was not right and puts the community and PCH workers in danger.Also, Ed owes me for 65 hours of work and has not paid me and will not return my phone calls.

The one young worker there was extremely rude and noticeably inexperienced. I would never go back to this place nor recommend them to anyone either!
