Swab Collision is sthe BEST! In looking up their "lowest" review, there were all 5 stars! I can attest to this. Our car had a loose heat shield that was rattling very loudly. A bolt had suddlenly come off and caused the heat shield to start to flap up and down in a strong wind, as we drove along. We happened to stop in at Swab's and ask them if they could help us. Despite our situation not being collision repair, they very wilingly helped us and the heat shield was secured in a jiffy. Their willingness to help us was a real blessing to us, and their shop and facility was very organized. They refused payment for their help. Our payment to them is to let everyone know how great these people are, and by all of the other great reviews you can believe it!

Update (4/1): shop did not hook out the airbag wire securely and was unhooked costing 160$ bill. Shop reimbursed a check for the error. TyWonderful attention to detail. Goes above and beyond on all services. Friendly and easily one of the best service I ever had. Thank you and best wishes

Excellent service, that is what you get at Swab Collision! I took my car in and had the air conditioner fixed and I was able to get a new tire put on all in one day! Whenever I have taken my car to Swab Collision (and that has been many times) it has Always come back looking better than when I took it in, detailed! Car washed and wheels shined! Customer service, going the step above! Now that s what brings the customer back! I would highly recommend this Family owned business! My car had a lot of damage from the hail storm in April of 2020. I took it to Swab this week to have the dents fixed. I had it back in 3 days and it looks great. They also washed it and cleaned the inside. My car hasn't looked this good since I bought it. I am very happy with the services I received and would recommend them to others.Service: Body & Trim

Mel took really good care of us throughout the process after our car was banged up. Mel walked us through the claim process and kept us informed on progress. When I dropped the car off Mel gave us a ride home in his charger no questioned asked. when we picked up the car it was completely detailed inside and out. im talking shined wax and clean. the car looks better than it did when we first bought it. Had my c5 Corvette detailed and and they went the extra mile and replace some bolts and worked with Davis auto to get my electrical repairs as well. And went to the hardware store for the bolt needed for my headlight. They will work with you and help you deal with a machanic so your not having to deal with multiple companies.
