Had a good experience here. Ordered a number kit from a Schram in another state and they got it here in no time. Staff was nice and friendly. The whole process was quick and easy from start to finish.

I didn t expect to receive this level of respectable customer service. Very nice people especially Sean who took care of me and promised me that they ll have it delivered next morning even though they were 100 miles away. Was very surprised!

I had a fantastic experience here. The service was outstanding, and the sales team, both men and women, were a pleasure to work with. They don't want to bother with certain parts. Looking at the that part that I need in a picture of their inventory online, called to inquire about it. Was met with "It's nothing we would sell". You wouldn't want to box that up real quick and make a hundred bucks? "Nope, it's nothing we would sell."

Called in on a week day to see if they had a part I needed since the website basically can't or won't confirm prices or inventory for checking during the weekend. Spoke with friendly customer service who was fast and efficient. They placed what I needed on hold and I stopped down at their store in Mason and paid. Part was perfect.

Super friendly staff got my part delivered next day in the morning even thought it was a far distance! Jeff hocked it up real good! I looked for my transmission all over the place and found it here a lot cheaper than anywhere else with lower miles! Thanks guys! definitely dealing with them again!.

My first time here. Didn't know what to do but was guided by the staff. I ordered a door by phone and came in for pickup. It was ready to go and exactly as advertised.The door was a perfect match in every way including the color, and was only $125. Awesome.

Great guys over here , very easy to work with when buying parts from them for my customers.I recently worked with Jamie to grab a set of fender flares ,my phone service sucked but he was still helpful and we got it done.Would absolutely recommend them and I do!

The whole team at Schram was awesome to work with! Came in for a new top for my Buick Cascada. The part was in great shape, reasonably priced, and I was in and out in 15 minutes. Always a pleasure buying parts from you guys! Thank you!

Courteous & friendly staff. They were able to find the car part I needed and have it ready for pick up within less than 1 hour. I arrived right at closing due to traffics delays and they stayed over so I could still pick up the parts I had put on hold. Also, they were very reasonably priced.

Sean really knows his job, pulled my bumper out of inventory and shelved it until I got there from out of state. Saved me a bunch of time getting a perfect match to my difficult Optioned Challenger. Highly Recommended
