My wife heard about it his place and we checked them out. Really nice people that seemed to care more about doing the right thing rather than making the last dollar out of me. Recommended services but let me know which ones weren t crustal and could wait. Since then I have sent my daughters here and recommend them all of my friends. . They are honest, fast and won't take advantage of you if you don't know about cars. Fast and great service.

Second time there, I was really tired just got back in town, wasn't listening properly all the guys were so patient with me, very nice and friendly! Plus took time to acknowledge my dog and give her a treat, Thank you for your service!.

Was honestly pretty disappointed with my visit, I ve been going to this business for a few years now and haven t ever received the treatment I did last week. I maybe exchanged 3 sentences with a man who presumed I knew nothing as a young girl about my vehicle. Rude and condescending service, belittled me, took advantage of the fact that I was a young girl by myself, AND charged me for something I never even asked for. As a family business, I hope that middle aged white man never treats the women in his own family with such disrespect.

I have been going here for years and finally getting around to giving a review. They are very super friendly, fast and knowledgeable Whenever I have had a question, they always answer it without hesitation. Quick, professional, and friendly as always! I take my private and company vehicle here for regular oil changes, and I'll continue until they close or cars don't need oil anymore! :)

By far the friendliest service I have ever received at an oil change place! Very thorough with filling up fluids, making sure tire pressures were the same, checking the lights, and showing me the oil line at full after the change was complete. Very nice to see them all working so well together as a team to get things done in a professional yet very timely manner! I will be back!

Very good service makes mind everything to me to the fullest there are very convenient and quick and everything was done properly so I would recommend this place to any and everybody. A totally great experience and they did a very good job thanks guys. This will be where I will go from now on from my oil changes.

This is my go to oil change place. Family oriented. Greg, the owner, is very friendly and I look forward to seeing him every time I go. I think he was training a new guy last time I went in there and he was asking him questions to get to know him, which meant a lot for me to witness as a customer because it shows that he cares about his employees. Prices are normal, not low not high. They always check my fluid levels, ensure all lights are working and check the air pressure in my tires, which is an added bonus to the service.

These guys are always very nice, polite, and honest. One time there I asked to get my cabin filter changed and the gentleman pulled it out and showed me that it did not need to be replaced. He could have easily just replaced it and charged me for it. It is the little things like this that lead to word of mouth advertising. All three vehicles we own will only get oil changes at this place! They make it easy for me to support local business.

I've been coming here for all my vehicles. They do a good job with making sure your needs are met and they won't try to upsell if you don't need it or it won't help that much. The associates are very respectful and explain what needs to be explained well. The prices are very fair.

Family Quick Lube has the best service for the best price! My sister and I regularly get our cars serviced here, and have always been happy with the results. They also go out of their way to help. Recently, my hood would not open properly and when they were finally able to open it and change my oil, it would not close. They spent a great deal of time and effort ensuring it was safely closed, and that I wouldn't have as much trouble opening and closing it next time.

The only reason for a 4 star rating is because you guys need to cut back on torquing these oil filters on so tight. Had a hell of a time taking it off. No reason for this. Other than that you guys a very professional and knowledgeable.

Greg was very professional and efficient. I really appreciated his service and the way he handled social distancing with this pandemic. I live in Indiana but wouldn t be opposed to getting my oil changes here when I m in town visiting family.

In and out in less than 20 minutes on my lunch break. Even had 2 in the bay and 2 in line ahead of me . Guys are friendly, checked tires and all lights . Even Filled up my washer fluid for me. For the price I cant save money doing the job myself so it s very worth it to come here and get the job done without having to clean up the mess . Thanks Family quick lube for the great service ! Fast service and very friendly crews. My only constructive criticism is... I wish they would do a better job checking and topping off all fluids and air. I have had to fill air in my tires from an alarm going off after being there. Otherwise, great service.

Great experience here!!! Took less than 15 minutes for them to do everything and change my oil! They even filled up my tires! Worked together as a team and went above and beyond for me. Thanks guys, I ll be taking my car here from now on for any oil changes!
