Ran down, dirty, most machines don't work. They take your money and don't get any products. The wash bays are always full of mud and dirt. You have to spray the wash bays out before you can wash your car or you track mud back into your car. No one is ever there working and when you call with an issue you don't get a call back or it's a dead phone line. I definitely would not recommend it.

Waste of money! My car was just as dirty after than when I arrived. I have been coming her for decades, not any more. Very disappointed!!!

I used to always go here with the other owner. But I noticed with a new owner I'm having less soap. While I'm wiping my car off there's spots all over my car. I've been very disappointed. And I am very faithful washing my car once a week. But it's time to look for another one

You can still get a decent DIY car wash for $2.50 ($1.25 a session ) at this car wash in Mason. There are hangers for floor mats, too. Also, vacuums outside the stalls, although I have never tried them. 6-2022: still at the same low price! 1-2023: there are 2 bill changers now.

What a sh!% hole. Just wasted 5 bucks between 3 stalls, 2 of which the sprayer either didnt work at all or had minimal pressure and the third one had no soap coming out of the brush. Call the service number and it rings indefinitely. Save your money!

No soap and very little water pressure. Now my car is dirty and wet both. Neglected space and it most definitely shows

Put $10 in the change machine and got $8.75 back. The phone number rings forever then eventually says this number is not available. Wth?!

One of the few left with a good price, decent time on the timer, plenty of soap on the soap setting, good pressure from wand.
