Can't speek for the actual work they do but I took my summer work truck to them i was expecting to be hired to a trucking company and go over the road, I explained I hired people to maintain my business while I'm gone and requested they send an invoice to my address upon completion and a check would imediatly be mailed to them and the truck picked up, I also told them back in the middle of April that I didn't need it back until May 1st so they had plenty of time... Well things didn't go as planed and I never got the job due to I'll assume having too many points on my license. I went to check on the truck and it wasn't touched, not a big deal sence they still had about 2 weeks at that time so I left them my phone number and address if they had any issues. A week later the day they told me over the phone that they would get started on it, it was only moved to the other side of their yard they explained to me they were worried about the payment upon completion... ok understandable I explained there wouldn't be a problem at all I have a small income and I can take care of the price as long as they were not going to charge me 1000$ for a 500$ job I supplied most of the parts for them as well... fast forward to 4-28-18 I called them up asked them if the truck was in the shop yet guy gave me a broken record response as to why they were worried... the problem I have is simple... I never recieved any calls prior to any of these issues they had. I asked them to do a job and send an invoice thwy agreed to my terms if they had such a problem why wasn't I notified? Sorry guys but I'll just do the work myself not happy at all comunication is key when it comes to customer service.. you guys are very unprofessional when it comes to customer service my money was good my word was good if you had a problem you should have requested to alter the agreement
