These peeps provide better service than my dealership. I stopped in for an oil change and my car was swarmed by the "pit crew". They checked my tire pressure, washed my windshield, and even offered me a bottle of water while I waited. The price was also comparable to dealer and everything was explained without being condescending. I will be bringing my car back for any future service needs.

efficient service, fairly priced, great energy in the shop. I had a few questions for the mechanics aside from just a quick oil change and they were extremely knowledgeable. If theres one place I would go to get my oil change its here.

John is the best mechanic in All of St Clair County. He is honest and a good person. Everyone that works here is professional and polite. There is no better place to go!!! This is a true quick oil change - NASCAR style! Best family and service ever!! Thank you always John!

Fixed the gear shift problem and put on my back brake pads in a very timely manner. They were very respectful and I will be returning. I wanna give a shout-out to Tracy for helping with my gear shift problem by explaining what was going on and helped fix the issue without having to buy extra parts that was not needed. They are very decently priced and very knowledgeable about what they are doing.

Great work done here. These guys got me in and out really quick. They were able to order an air filter and have it delivered very fast to install into my vehicle

BEWAREMy mother came here to have her brakes rotors and calipers replaced, and they did not even replace both calipers. Her rear brakes stopped working so we investigated. Does this look like it was replaced to you?Not okay to pray on anyone, let alone a woman, Shops like you are the reason why customers have fears of getting car work done.

Awesome mom and pop shop. Family owned and run. I love to support small businesses. Great service. Never had to wait long for service, and they are fast and efficient. I generally spark up a conversation with the lady (I feel bad I never did catch her name), and she always takes the time to chat with me and the kids. I had to take an impromto trip out of state last month. I asked if they could give the car a once over to make sure everything was in good shape. It was a used car I had purchased shortly before the trip and I was nervous. They were very accommodating. Answered all my questions. Checked the tread on my tires and all the filters and what not. I will not go to any other oil change. Full synthetic oil change I paid less then 100 which I was very pleased with.

I wrote an earlier review complaining about the fact that after my oil change, all of my warning lights on the dash went off. After I posted it, I received a response from the business asking me to come back and give them a chance to correct that. They absolutely did what they said and for that they deserve full credit. I am now satisfied and they should not be berated since it is never what you do.....It is always about what you do next that counts so I appreciated that they took care of it promptly. They took me right in and did my oil change and also changed my air filter. They were very nice and I had them order me new tires for my car. They weren't as expensive as Fords, and they are closer to me.

I have used magic lane quick lube going on 3 years for all my vehicles. John and his team go above and beyond to accommodate with any issues. I have never had a bad experience with any vehicle repair they have done, the time frame for repairs done along with price has always been fair and affordable. I would recommend them over and over.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Battery, Oil change

I have always had stellar service at this place of business. Honest hardworking folks. If you get a ridiculous quote from a Port Huron Autoshop, call these guys and tell them. They will not only beat the competition, they will perform!

Just had 2 cars fixed there, brakes on one and sway bars on the other. Work was completed quickly and as of this post no issues. John and his staff are friendly and professional. I will be using them again in the future if needed and would recommend the shop.

I ended up having an issue with my receipt, and I wanted to bring it to the owner Johns attention; not just the employees that I spoke to the day of my oil change. When I spoke with John he listened, apologized, explained things, investigated, and handled my issue making things right. He was genuinely sorry for everything and that things weren t explained to me the way he teaches his employees to explain them to the customer. He was going to go above what I was expecting to make things right, but I also wanted to be fair not taking advantage of the situation, and so I settled in the middle. I believe this made both of us happy in the end. I know I was happy, grateful, and at ease that this was taken care of the way it was so Thank you for taking care of this and making things right John. Thank you for caring.

I had a tune up done today and I gotta say, it was the best! It was done quickly so I did not have to wait all day, I was shown my old parts so I know it wasn't for nothing and best of all the price was extremely fair. I will for sure go back and if I can will send people there!

These guys are great. I took a car I had just bought in for an oil change. When they pulled the dip stick out they told me the oil was extremely clean and didn t need to be changed. Then they went as far as checking the CARFAX to see when it was last done. Come to find out there was less than 1000 miles on it since the last change. Talk about honest. They could have easily changed the oil just to make a few dollars, but they didn t. I have been there before and they have always treated me great. Thank you guys for being so honest!

Love the service here, only place I go for oil change and repairs. As a Doordash driver it's important to keep up with my cars maintenance and I can always count on these guys. John is awesome his so understanding and helps me out each time I have an emergency.... definitely recommend this place to everyone...prices are reasonable they're not looking to get rich they know people gotta eat and help as best as they can....God bless you all at magical touch best place for service

Extremely friendly staff. Very quick service. Although my oil change didn't qualify for the $19.99 price it was still only $29.99 which is great for that quick of an oil change. No pressure to buy anything. Quick. Friendly. Ive never posted a review for an oil change before and probably won't again. Thats how happy i was with this stupid errand i have to do every 3,000 miles.

This is a great local family-run business I have used them for oil changes almost exclusively my whole driving career they also offer auto repairs and I have used them in this fashion as well with great work at good prices would recommend them to all and love that its one of the few still family owned and run businesses in the local area

Friendly staff great service for an even greater price. I've been going to these guys for a little over a year. Went in today to get my headlight bulbs switched. The owner stopped what he was doing <due to me having to go to work) to switch my bulbs for me. These guys go above and beyond for the customers. The appreciation I have for them is enormous.

I usually change my own oil, being short of time and needing to drive a long distance I decided to stop in here to get one done quickly. Didn t cost much more to have them change it than It cost to buy the same oil and filter I usually buy to do it myself. Ill probably end up taking all my vehicles here. Quick, reliable service.

Everyone but the older gentleman was extremely rude. Everyone but the older gentleman seemed bothered to actually have to work. Everyone could take a lesson in customer service from the older gentleman. Seemed like everyone but the older gentleman was trying to get me to spend more money because I'm a woman and they figured they could get away with it. I've tried giving them the benefit of doubt a few times but I can't anymore. I will not be returning anymore.Follow up on the review because they are downplaying everything that took place in their response..They also told me I needed 4 new tires and that all my tires were at 20lbs... I had come straight from Belle Tire getting two new tires and my tires balanced. The only person that treats people fairly no matter their gender is the older gentleman. Two of my tires had less than 15 miles on them. How could I possibly need 4 new ones?And notice I did complain about being offered an air filter by the older gentleman.... because that was the only other thing that needed to be replaced. After the comment about the tires I went straight to another local shop and had the "oil leak" and motor mount inspected. Neither were an issue. I gave 2 stars originally because the older gentleman seemed like a good honest guy. Going down to 1 star after the lies in their reply to my review.

I have been going here for over a year now for my oil changes. These guys are so kind and they actually care about their customers. I always bring referred customers here because i know they appreciate it and will do the job right every time. Thanks for being so awesome guys!!!
