I don t like to do bad reviews but I spent way to much money more then once on buying mixed auto paint from here. When buying paint it s great but their digital paint matching is way way off. They color matched paint and it s not even close. Cost me about $400 in loss because of it. Hood is original color and fender is how off it is. I ve been painting cars for 20+ years and never had problems until they use their paint match system which is outdated in my opinion. I ve had to do complete paints jobs because of it to make it right. It s a bummer for me because they are local and i support them a lot. I don t want to have to drive to metro Detroit are to get paint supplies but it looks like I might have to again.

Went in there today and got a new battery, Kyle gave me a hand and recommended the best product for my car. He also thanked me for my service being military. Absolutely outstanding service he will help you out ask for Kyle I promise you won t be disappointed, thanks again Kyle appreciate you man.

Long story hereI went to the store in Port Huron for some parts and left with a sour taste with how I was treated, but I ended up needing a few more things, so I went to the marysville location instead.There was one younger guy there all alone so I thought "Here we go"I explained what I was doing and he was very helpful, explaining things and giving me what I needed while not making me feel dumb. We spent a good 20 minutes going over all what I needed for my project and I left with a much better understanding of the job.I will be driving the extra few miles from now on.

Last three weekends Monique has worked, referred me to come back during the week to talk to Brian, or go to Amazon for the parts I need. Said she doesn't know what she is doing, was stuck there by herself for the weekend. Trying to support local business, employees like Monique who have poor customer service and act like the customer is an inconvenience make it difficult to do so.

I was born and raised here. Used to frequent the place when it was BMI. I moved away but during a recent visit, I had to buy a few small parts to fix my moms car. They had what i needed, some 3/8 fuel hose, clamps, and a union. I paid via debit card. There was tape over the chip slot and a label that read "no chip." What happened later earned this place a one star.I was contacted by my credit unions fraud prevention department. About 3 hours after I swiped my debit card, someone attempted to make purchases in Garden City Michigan with a cleaned debit card. This was the first time I had swiped my debit card since leaving Arizona the day before.The chip makes it virtually impossible for a card to be cloaned through a random, constantly changing authentication process. Was it just coincidence that my information was used 3 hours after swiping my card on a reader with a blocked chip port? Is it coincide that my information was used in a city about 1.5 hours away 3 hours after the swipe? There was nothing different about the card reader, no visible tampering, I do watch for these things.I prefer Advance Auto to the other 3 of the big 4 auto parts stores. I used to have a commercial account with advance, probably still do, but don't use it anymore. I think someone in the organization is complicit, but not the company, just a rogue employee.My visit was 7/24/2018. It was the register on the far left of the counter as you walk in. Unfortunately, I didn't take a recipt.

Gentleman working the was nice but not all that helpful even with basic thingsThe parts I had been told were in and asked to be pulled when I got there hadn't beenAnd half ended up being out of stock
