I broke down on I96 in an old 2007 E350 Mercedes. State Farm was giving me a hard time about towing too far so I towed here until I could plan. Can t remember dudes name, but he helped me get my car to Mercedes in Kalamazoo. Great communication.It ended up being the o-ring on my oil filter cracked leaking oil all over the motor causing the white smoke. Car is fine now.

Oh my goodness on my way to Detroit,Mi from Chicago me and my family had car problems and was stranded in Marshall until the next day which was a Sunday Tuffy was the only shop open. The service was awesome and affordable. Thank you very much for the awesome customer service.

Tuffy Tire and Auto Service is the best out there. A place you can actually trust. Never worry about taking your vehicle there. Honesty IS their policy and their mechanics are really good, too.

Went in early on a Saturday for a nail in a tire repair. Had to get it done quickly as we were going to make the trip to Frankenmuth that day. John met me in the lobby with a friendly greeting and quickly confirmed he could take care of it no problem. Within a few minutes it was fixed and I was on my way. Great work John, much appreciated!

Fantastic service! Went there 1st thing in the morning due to a tire emergency was in company (Alternative Choices) van and heard air coming out of the tire. Panicking because had wheel chair clients on the van was able to get there with air still in the tire. I run inside start telling the guys inside what was going on quickly so it wouldn t go completely flat, a guy walk from the back and say let s walk out here check it out. Soon as he hears the air coming out, tells me to drive around back and literally had me back on the road in 10min! These guys are amazing!Service: Auto tire replacement

I want to thank John and his team at Tuffy. My wife told me that my 91 year old mother inlaw had a brake issue on her vehicle. The husband that I am waited until late on Friday of Thanksficing weekend to check it out and yup she was correct. Without an appointment I took her vehicle to John and his team at Tuffy on Saturday morning. They where able to get the brake pads and rotors and get the job done before noon! I would highly recommend Tuffy in Marshall for their professionalism, knowledge, skill and price. Thank you again John!

We use Tuffy repair in Marshall Michigan for all the repairs on all of our vehicles, and we have great service always top courtesy always willing to help out and not overcharge. You great overall business would recommend highly.

I stopped in here this morning to have my brakes done. Needed them done today and was told by 3 other places it would take me a week plus to get an appointment. Tuffy took me right away and had my car done in a few hours! I'm beyond grateful for their help in getting me back on the road. I had an emergency with my car hitch,pin rusted. It was right before closing and we where 3 hrs from home and the guy dropped everything and took our rusted pin out. He was fantastic,friendly and had it done in no time!! Thank You!!!

I went there to see if I could set up an appointment for exhaust repair. They had a spot open. Checked out my exhaust and ask if I had 45 minutes to spare, I did. Within the 45 minutes. AWESOME People, OUTSTANDING WORK, Well Managed and reasonably priced :) We had our Resonator replaced in less than twenty minutes! Three and a half hours from home, we had car trouble on 94. Got an escort tow service back to Tuffy. John and Joe are awesome. They had a full shop at the time mid-afternoon. I was checking fluids and under the hood, and John somehow found time to come out with a computer just to check error codes. Obviously I couldn't expect them to provide service with such short notice, but the fact that he took some time to check anyway was fantastic. Car was operating normally after he reset. His 10 minutes of time saved me a ton of my time! Great guys! Great Customer Service! Thank you!

My family has been taking our vehicles to this shop for years. Joe, Levi, and owner John Reynolds work hard to diagnose any issues, communicate what needs to be done, including what my options are, and get me back on the road quickly. My car dealership suggested I stop at a local muffler shop for assistance in re-attaching an unattached muffler bracket. I stopped at Tuffy Auto Service Center Marshall. The owner worked me into their schedule and performed the necessary repair while I waited for no charge. Great service from a home town business. I would highly recommend them for your auto service needs.

Loved these guys! My boyfriend and I were heading to Toronto from Chicago when we saw our engine overheating warning come on. We stopped at the closed Chevy dealership but their service wasn't open on a Saturday. We went to Tuffy's next door and their team was amazing! They didn't have the part we needed on hand but they did a temporary fix that would allow us to make it to the next dealership. They treated us like friends and even let us bring our dog in the shop and treated her like their own (giving her treats, water and lots of pets). Because of them we were able to make it to the next Chevy service center and get the part we needed and make it to Toronto for our mini-vacation. Such good genuine guys. My boyfriend and I are still talking about how great they are! Thanks so much!

I have to brag about Marshall Tuffy. I have never been treated so well, or spoken to with such respect by an auto repair shop. I have taken my car there twice now, and they are great. As a paraprofessional for a local school, i make very little. instead of scare tactics, and refusals, they have worked with me both times to tell me what repairs are needed most, and helped me stay within my budget. For this alone , i wont go anywhere else.The owner is a very down to earth guy, who is doing wonders for his working class community.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Joe's team at Tuffy is top notch. They have made several repairs (Radiator, electrical, AC) to my sons 2006 Chrysler PT Cruiser, and have been spot on with diagnosis, reasonable estimates for repair, and most of all patient with my car coverage insurance (Car Shield) when presenting a new claim for reimbursement. Strong tradition of excellence, and a solid community business for many years. Highly recommended for all types of service, with great discount coupons.

We were traveling on I-69 recently and noticed we were losing a lot of pressure in one of our tires. Luckily, we were close enough to get our car to Tuffy Tire and Auto Service. Within a couple of minutes of pulling into the lot, the guys had our tire off and diagnosing the problem. They discovered a pretty large hole but were able to repair the tire quickly and at a very reasonable cost. The guys could not have been nicer or more courteous. Thanks for all your help!

John saved me this weekend and I cannot thank him enough for his help. I was getting married and was trying to run final errands, only to find my tire was leaking air. I went to this Tuffy location and although they were closed, John was at the shop and offered to help me. He quickly had the tire off and we saw a nail had punctured the tired in 2 places. John got me back on the road in a matter of minutes and I was able to finish up all my errands before my wedding. Again, John saved me this weekend I truly appreciate his help. I would recommend this Tuffy store to everyone as their service was outstanding!!! Thank you John!!!

My mom and I broke down a couple miles away. Joe recommended an awesome towing service. The customer service at tuffy was outstanding. The radiator broke but they were able to fix it in a timely manner. The owner was great too, stayed open late to accommodate is. Go there for sure

I had work done month and half ago. Was very happy with them. They are honest and professional. Yesterday i had an issue happen. They got it in quickly and solved it !! They do stand by their work!! Definitely have earned my future business.

Outstanding service exceeding our expectations. Worked us in to replace our shredded tire so we could get back on our vacation at a very reasonable price. Joe and John provide true Midwestern service. We would go out of our way to return here!
