Really just about the best repair shop we've used. We've taken Ford F250's and Ford Expeditions here. Reasonable price and fair on their diagnosis, they keep in touch if things go south on a repair job and don't just do the extra work before contacting you. Yes we've had that issue at places. Only issue is becaue they are very busy you are gonna be booking out a few days to get in. This happens when your good.

I have taken my last 3 cars to Red's. The quality of service, communication, price, and speed is incomparable to anywhere I have been in the past. I haven't lived in Marshall for years, but I still make the drive if I need repairs done because I know they will be done right! Red's Best Auto truly is the BEST.

They did a wonderful job fixing my Chevy. It runs great now! Their estimate was fair and reasonable. They did not try to push unnecessary fixes on me, which I have experience with other garages. They worked quickly as well. I would definitely recommend them.

Probably one of the last few honest mechanics out there. Can tell they actually just enjoy what they do. Provide top quality service at inexpensive prices and in a timely. Very friendly customer service. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!We broke down Saturday night on St Patrick's day, we got in touch with a towing service (M &M towing) who recommended Red's for quality, honesty and also as being the only place that would be willing to work on a Sunday.Nick, the owner of Red's was everything he is reputed to be; honest, fair, knowledgeable mechanic who does awesome work fast.I know that nobody wants to break down, and certainly nobody would call it a good experience, but we aren't from the area, and everyone involved from the tow service dispatcher, parts house people and lay but not least, Nick of Red's Best Auto Service made us feel like we were in good hands.I highly recommend.

My SUV was making such a terrible noise that I had it towed to Reds. They looked at it right away even though my appointment was for the next day. Id gladly give 10 stars if I could! I am from Illinois n was here for the dogshow n had my car that my daughter drove up so we could go see things n leave the motorhome at the fairgrounds with the dogs. On Friday night, the car quit n we limped to OReillys where we encountered the nicest employee ever, Rick. After trying several things, he gave us Nick's name as recommendation to fix it for us. I left a frantic, urgent message n he called me back within the hour! He said he'd go get it for me first thing Saturday morning n promised me so long as he could get parts, no matter what was wrong, he'd have it fixed before I had to leave Sunday afternoon! He found it was only a plug that had worked itself out n refused to charge me! I thanked him over n over n did give him $100 for towing and his time. He could have easily taken me, but was honest n very considerate. I'd certainly recommend this man's honesty n integrity!!! 10 stars is my rating!

We live an hour away and were on our way to a funeral when our alternator went out. They installed a new one quickly and expertly; we are very grateful for such wonderful service.

Wow this place is really getting a make over, the techs are really good and they have all up to date equipment. They do tires as well, and the cost is totally affordable, I love seeing business like this transform our community to become a Piller, show your support and give these guys a try, I'm sure you won't need to go anywhere else

Excellent service when I was stranded down the street from him, did the work and when I had to come back for another small thing, he fixed it right away without an issue.(after he just closed shop up for the day to boot!)

Very helpful in any questions. Also fixes what needs to be fixed and doesn't add more charges for other things that aren't needed at that time but will inform you that they found something that will probably need to be done in the near future.
