And your right here in our beautiful town of Marshall. Fountain Automotive goes above and beyond every single time we bring our Audi in for repair, service or just a check-up. If you are a woman, I'd recommend going down to Buds for your repairs. As a man with an independent woman, I've encouraged her to take on her car maintenance. She's spent over $1250 with Fountain only to be taken advantage of in due time.They line itemized known issues for her car.Next time, she takes it in said issues have resolved themselves or aren't as severe as stated. So the previous items were lies looking for more work.She was smart enough to get a second opinion, which, of course, was contradicting of Fountains.I do know that Robert, who owns buds employees quite a few strong, independent women. He also has a high standard and conducts himself professionally.We will be taking our vehicles there in the future.

These guys rock!. They got my truck in as soon as I arrived early for my appointment and had the work done in record time. They have taken care of multiple issues for my truck and have always been courteous and professional. Their estimates are also very accurate. I trust them and their work.Update 7/26/23. They are still the best. I won't take my vehicle anywhere else for servicing. Thanks, Fountains!Update 8/18/23. Another successful experience with Fountain Automotive. My 18 year old vehicle needed a part that is no longer manufactured. They contacted some folks and managed to secure about the last original part available anywhere in the country for this repair. Apparently, they are detectives as well as outstanding automotive technicians. The work was done in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost.Update 9/27/2023. Another successful experience with Fountain Automotive. Just an oil change but it's good to know their work is so meticulous.11/3/2023 Oil leak issues with my vehicle. Cannot thank the team at Fountain Automotive enough for their care and patience with my recent car troubles. We took my vehicle in with what we thought was a timing chain issue, and ended up needing a total replacement of the motor. They allowed us to purchase a motor from a dealership out of state and have it shipped straight to their shop. They patiently kept my car in their lot while we waited for various parts to come. Never tried to upsell us, only recommended what needed to be done. Fair prices, professional, quality work. Highly recommend!

Quick Review:Buy parts at Autozone, watch a 10 minute YouTube video, and do it yourself. And if the job is out of your comfort zone, then go to Tuffy's, buy the parts they suggest, and let them repair it (their labor cost is way cheaper and the quality is the same).Long review:When I brought my car in, I knew the engine codes, and had already diagnosed the problem. Instead of trusting the customer, they charged me $65 to talk down to me while explaining what I already told them (plus, they missed a few things).I literally just needed them to clean the intake valve on my EGR, but they said they wanted to replace it instead. Low and behold, the same error came up a week or so later. Brought it in again because they have a warranty on parts and labor, same story. Brought it in a third time, and rather than making things right and actually fixing the problem since they never did, they charged me $200 to fix it.Side note, when they called to tell me what was wrong the third time, they said the repairs would be around 2:09, and I said I could pick it up then. Turns out that they meant the price, and considered that an "agreement" without elaborating or making sure to correct me. Really shady behavior.Are they good 99% of the time? Probably. But my experience really stunk and if you don't need major repairs, then don't bother bringing it here, because you will pay far more than you need to. If I would have taken my own advice, and made the time in my busy schedule, I would have saved 500 bucks, seriously.

They always provide efficient, trustworthy service. Was very happy with the new struts and wheels alignment. Also, they replaced a broken door handle and made sure it worked correctly. Very satisfied with their service and cheerful help.

My car has had its fair share of issues. I ve been lucky enough to do business with Fountain Automotive. Customer service is superior they re always so patient and thorough in their explanations. Prices are always fair, and much lower than expected as well. Very trustworthy and reliable business. Above all, they ve given me the peace of mind that other shops have not and that s why I will be a lifelong customer.

Very knowledgeable staff, always polite. Reasonable appointment times with quick turn around. Have used several times. Last problem was check engine light evaluation requiring old purge valve replacement. Defective new part (not their fault) failed quickly but they immediately corrected and apologized at no charge. Highly recommend.
