I totaled my car hitting a deer. I immediately called buds because I know if you wait and have the sheriff call, there are extra charges. The driver (I forgot to get his name) arrived fairly quickly and made sure first and foremost that I was ok before he even looked at the vehicle. That means a lot when you re still shaken up and coughing up airbag powder. The car was safely towed to their lot and they were awesome the next day helping me get my belongings out.

My review is a little late, but I had to mention Cameron from Bud s towing. I locked my keys in my running vehicle about a month ago, and I started with calling the local police to see if they would help, and they gave me a bunch of numbers. This first tow company on their list said they d be there in a half an hour, and were still not there an hour later. Then they got mad at me for asking for a more accurate time frame after an hour had passed. So I tried the next number, and that was Bud s. Cameron arrived within a half hour of my initial call. By this time it was dark and very cold. Cameron was super professional. Never complained about after hours. He took great pride in his work and the company he worked. He didn t treat me like an inconvenience, after everyone else I had talked to before that had. Bud s should be everyone s first call for lock outs or towing.

I got a flat tire recently and Bud s was the local towing company assigned to my request for help through my insurance company. Alex arrived to assist in about 20 mins from the time I submitted my request online. The service was awesome - I felt very lucky to be taken care of so promptly. I would definitely recommend Bud s to friends and family based on my very positive experience. Thanks again, Alex!

Oren was the driver who was helping my fiance after he totaled his car. He was super nice to him and he calmed me down while I was on my way to my fiance's dad's house to see the car in person. He didn't have an attitude towards both of us and was extremely kind. I thanked him for making sure my fiance was in the best hands while riding in his truck. I would definitely call buds towing company any day if I need anything and request Oren

I got into an accident back in October, everyone at buds is phenomenal. From the driver that came and picked up my car to the girls at the front desk. I highly recommend buds for all towing needs.

A respectable business with a team full of dedicated workers. I was stuck in snow, the customer service was excellent. Being a 24 hour business the man who helped me out at 7am in -3 degree has my blessing. Thank you again.

I fell asleep and drove my car off the road last night, I called some buddies to have them help me dig my car out of the ditch and hopefully get it back onto the road, one of buds towing trucks pulled up and informed me he was on his way to another call and if I was still here when he got back he d pull me out. We kept digging and shortly after he was back and pulled me out for free and told me he didn t want to see anyone out in the dark on the highway. Highly appreciated, great to see good people doing good things.Service: Car towing

My experience was not the best! There were differences about damage done to my vehicle while being towed. Make sure you have documentation of any damage you notice afterwards. They may may not take responsibility for the actions of their drivers.

They handled everything for me. Great place for a tow. Secured lot as well.AndDid you know after an accident your child seats are no longer Good?This was a perfect example of this. All the glass powder and glass got embedded into the seat.No longer usable.Now you know! and knowing is half the battle. #GIJoe

Drive shaft fell out of husbands truck on a busy corner. They were very speedy getting there. Driver was great. Thank you once again for great service! Paul did a great job. He deserved to be mentioned.

Dispatcher was rude on the phone. I had a call coming out they canceled it with no call back at all to tell me. I'll never tell anybody about buds they're the worst and rudest.

Alex was very kind, during a scary time. We hit a deer on the highway, totaling my brand new car and he sat and waited with us for an hour or more until my ride got there.

Martin was the guy that came and towed my car and he was so kind! He offered to jumpstart my car since that would be a less expensive option, but when it didn't work, he happily towed my car without charging me for the attempted jumpstart. I'm grateful for him offering an inexpensive alternative and for his kind and patient disposition. Keep him around and hire more employees like him that care.Service: Car towing

Dispatcher are rude and so are drivers. Will never ever use them and tell people about them. If u need a tow do not use buds period. Use others in town.

These companies charge for IMPOUND what DOCTORS CHARGE ! OUTRAGEOUS . Weather related incidents should be less than someone who went to jail . I will never call BUDS

I realized I had a flat tire after dropping my husband off at work, and Tommy came to the rescue!!! It was super cold outside and my tire was literally frozen and stuck to my vehicle, he endured until that tire came off, no complaints!!! I even offered him a tip and he refused, so honest, and kind. My husband and I were very pleased with his wonderful attitude and speedy service, we assumed he has been with the company for years, but no! He's new! What a great asset!! God bless you!! My boyfriends cv axle and a few other things came apart, and left him in the middle of the road. Bud's towing was called, and they were there within 15 minutes. Dakota was the one who came and helped. Besides him being very professional and prompt he went above and beyond to help us out. I got stranded on the side of the highway in my ford excursion while also hauling a 28 ft car hauler. When Farmer Joe from Buds Towing arrived, he quickly and swiftly loaded my excursion onto his flatbed and also towed my trailer behind. Absolutely the BEST towing company I've dealt with so far! I locked my keys in my car this morning. I called them to help with lockout services after work. They were dispatched to help us with a flat tire. The guy stripped our lug nuts and then couldn t change the tire at that point. We asked him for a tow- he said he didn t have time as we had to confirm with our insurance for payment He left us there stranded so we called Mclaines towing and they came immediately and took care of everything. The guy from McLaines in Battle Creek was appalled at how we were treated by the guy from Buds. If I could give 0 stars I would.Service: Tire change

I was stuck today and waited for AAA fir three hours. Eventually I found Buds towing on google. Called them at 515 they showed up at 531 and within next 15 minutes my car was back and they charged me whatever they quoted me on phone. Impressed by their service rates and honesty

My truck broke down at 5 o clock in the afternoon. Progressive dispatched some towing company who forgot about me and told me they were on the way. 3 hours later I became tired of sitting on the side of the road and called budsThe tow driver showed up within 30 minutes and had my truck home in no time.
