My truck broke down in the middle of downtown Marshall, my starter went bad. They arrived within 45 minutes and got right to work on my issue. This young man knew what he was doing and did it!! It took about 2 hours and I enjoyed every bit of it, him taking his time and fixing the issue gave me time to roam around town and enjoy myself. He was polite, courteous and easy to communicate with, he showed me where all the batteries were underneath my passenger truck seat, showed me something new! After he got done I left and then my lights went out, my dispatch was able to reach him and he came over to the warehouse and got me squared away again, with the same level of courtesy as before. Had an air leak on our trailer, due to a bad gasket, that provides continuous air to the tires and suspension. We called B &B and they had Paul out to the rest area where we were parked in about 20 minutes. It only took another 30 to diagnose and fix the problem. This young man is a rare breed these days. He is only 18 years old, and was hired right out of a vocational program he was in, after graduation. He is polite, courteous, clean, and a hard worker. B & B got a real gem when they hired him. Oh and if you are reading this and you need someone, please give them a call!!!! And DON'T FORGET TO TIP ANYBODY THAT PROVIDES YOU WITH GOOD SERVICE!!!! Service: Tires

My driver lost his trailer lights and stopped at TA to get them fixed. They couldn't find the problem. I called B&B services and they got the problem fixed. Very good service.

Amazing customer service and was able to help me get my truck fixed quickly. Like when Jesus brought the guy back to life they brought my truck back from the dead.

If you call for service call to change tire they charge you 900 $ they r more expensive than loves or Ta

We called these guys to see if they could help us with a service call it was all great until we told them we can pick up the part ourselves all we need is the work done then magically behold these guys change their tune and instead of $150 an hour its now $220 an hour because they were charging me $450.00 to go pick up a part 25 minutes away. Whether they do a good job or not they are not professional and only looking out for themselves no ethics at all I even have the call recorded with their worker ANDREW over there. If you can find better guys I would suggest looking else where unless they are your last resort.

So we thought we knew what we needed however it ended up being something else Steven was personable, very knowledgeable and honest. Honestly goes a looooong way when you're spending $$$. He fixed what he came to fix and offered addl advice w/o trying to make extra by fixing more than we asked us. So thank y'all again for helping us.

Just called this place that has a mobile unit, was told they had a mobile unit to fix studs that were sheared off by poor work somewhere else. I thought they were about to come out and help, but then the owner said they were too busy, and they had no clue who else to call. Not very impressed.

My company uses them when we are in their area, very knowledgeable mechanics, very thorough troubleshooting and able to get parts or they already have parts to fix you and get you moving
