The people here are great, they took care of me after the hailstorm we had recently. Made my truck look new again. Buffed out a couple other little spots around, It s the small stuff and the little details that matter. They nailed it. Everyone should go here.

Steve and his team went above and beyond my expectations! These guys do top notch work. They're just a little bit of a drive from Battle Creek but well worth it! I'm posting before and after pics because the proof is in the pudding! My car looks better than when I bought it! My work cost twice what was quoted, half of it was done correctly, in double the time I was quoted. My experience with getting it fixed under warranty at their shop in Kalamazoo has been worse.

I cannot say enough about how professional I was treated from the very first encounter and information about how to get my car taken care of. It was just a total communication, a total work effort and I would recommend and highly recommend that anybody that needed any kind of information or understanding of how to get their vehicle taken care of. Just give them a call and I'm sure that you will soon see that this is the place you want to do business with... I also just want to stay for the record that we were just recommended to them so it was a word of mouth situation and sometimes I don't really take much stock in that type of recommendation. But this time it was right on my car was great. It looked great. The service was great inside and out. Very impressed with the way they did the inside. Totally detailed it and cleaned it. And again I would encourage you to just give them a call.. Thank you.

They have worked on my truck twice in the last three months and I am very satisfied with everything. I received text message updates all through the process and received the truck three days before the estimated finish date. I would highly recommend them.

Just picked up my vehicle from this place and all I can say is wow. Great work done to repair my damaged van for a fair price. Got me in same day and were very clear in communicating what was going on with it. Even detailed it inside and out! My vehicle was repaired here after hitting a curb and breaking the wheel loose. I live in metro Detroit and am not familiar with the area, and my insurance company recommended Autobody USA so I had my vehicle towed there. Melissa gave me frequent updates and my vehicle was repaired like new in less time than I had expected. We were able to take care of the details over the phone and I was able to pick up my car even on a day that the shop was closed as it was the first day I was able to make the 200 mile round trip drive. Very satisfied!

Do not take you car there. They repaired and painted our vehicle. A few weeks later, door still not right...paint needs to be redone. We made appointment...they "didnt write it down" They had agreed to repair and repaint and supply rental car free. Then wanted us to pay for rental car. Daughter explained frustration, manager Melissa walked away

Rob and the gang are adamant professionals. The quality of work was beyond my expectations, and they where done a day and a half earlier than expected.
